You were with your Aunt Olivia talking on the way to talk to a victim. "Aunt Olivia can't you take custody of me? Dad has no time and hates me sense and I quote, "Lied to get rid of your mother." He doesn't want me to be happy. He doesn't want me with Scott either no he hasn't met him and He hits me." You mumble the last part. "He hits you?!" She asks. "Yes but it never bruises." You say. "Yea Y/n, I'm taking custody now, we'll talk to Alex when we get back." She says. Then all of the sudden the car is smashed into a tree like it was pushed. You see some teens and a dude in a helmet, before you pass out you hear. "Someone Call 911!"

I enter the precinct with Y/n's homework. "Hey Eliot, Munch, Fin." I say sitting at my desk. Then placing Y/n's homework on her desk. "Hey Jeanie!" Fin says, I roll my eyes at his nickname for me. "Where's Liv and N/n(Nickname)?" I ask. "They went to talk to the Victim again." Munch says. "They should have been back by now." Eliot says. Then my desk phone rings.

Jean: Hello Special Victim Unit, Jean Grey speaking.

Caller: I'm Dr. Evans from Mercy General hospital, Detective Benson and Y/n L/n were victims of a car crash, Detective Benson has a concussion but Ms. L/n is in critical condition.

Jean: Oh My God! We are on are way!

I hang up the phone. "Y/n and Liv are at Mercy General Hospital they were in a car crash." I tell them. "Get in the car." Eliot says. I get in the back with Fin while Eliot and Munch get in the front. I call Scott.

Scott: Jean? What's up?

Jean: Get to Mercy General Hospital now!

Scott: I'm just about to train with the team, Why do I need to get to Mercy General Hospital?

Jean: Y/n and Olivia were in a car crash, Y/n is in critical condition and Olivia has a Concussion.

Scott: I'm on my way.

I go back and change. "Scott your supposed to be in the danger room. Get your uniform." Logan says. "Logan the love of my life is in the hospital in critical condition, please let me go." I tell him sharply. "Take the others." Is all he says. "Guys but normal clothes on and get in my car I'll explain on the way." I tell the others as I pass by. "Scott." The Professor said. He and Lance walk up. "I'm sorry Scott, he didn't tell us it was Y/n." is what Lance says. "What are you talking about Alvers?" I ask. "Magneto caused the car crash and he had the brother hood help him. I wouldn't have done anything if I knew it was Y/n." Alvers says. "Thanks for the information." I say and go to the garage and get in the car with the others. "Why is Lance here?" Kitty asks. "I'll explain. So Jean called me right before I entered the Danger room telling me that Y/n and Detective Benson were in a car crash," I say. "Are they okay?!" Rogue asks. "Detective Benson has a concussion and Y/n is in critical condition. Magneto had the brother hood help him. Lance was telling the Professor everything. He's actually sorry." I say. "Well if you think about it the only one who is really evil in the brother hood is Pietro. Blob, Toad, Wanda, and Lance are really misguided. I know I was apart of the brother hood for a little while." Rogue says. I pull in to the hospital. We walk in and see Stabler, Fin, and Munch. "How are they?" I ask. "Scott. Olivia is out cold, and Y/n is in surgery. Family is only aloud to see them so Jean is back there." Fin says. "Jean?" Evan asks. "You didn't know? Jean and Y/n are cousins." Eliot says. I stand there shocked for a minute then walk up to the desk, the others giving me questioning looks. "I'm looking for Olivia Benson and Y/n L/n." I say. "Are you family?" The nurse asks. "I'm Y/n's boyfriend. And these people," I say pointing to the others. "Are the only family Olivia Benson has please can we see them?" I ask. "Go ahead. they are going to share a room, room 234." the nurse says. I call the others over and start to walk down the hall way. "How did you do that? We've been try for 30 minutes to get back here." Eliot asks. "I told them I was Y/n's boyfriend and you guys were the only family Liv has." I shrug. I open the door and Jean looks up. "You could have told us." I say sitting down. "Well it never came up in a conversation." Jean smirks. "How is she?" Munch asks. "Liv is still sleeping, I'm not sure on Y/n." Jean sighs. The door opens and Y/n comes through on a bed asleep. I go up to the doctor. "How's Y/n?" I ask. "You must be Scott." The doctor says. Everyone looked at him. "While we were rolling her to the surgery room she woke up asking For Scott, Olivia, and Jean. We had to put her to sleep so we could do the Surgery. Y/n will make a full recovery and should wake up by tonight. Olivia should wake up soon. If one of them wakes up get me or a nurse." I nod and sit by Y/n's bed and hold her hand. "You have to wake up Y/n. I need you." I mumble. After a while It's only me in the room with the two knocked out girls. I gave Jean My car keys so she could drive the others home. I have my head on Y/n's bed holding her hand when Olivia starts to groan. I go to the door. "Nurse! Detective Benson Is waking up!" I call. I go to Olivia's side and take her hand when she starts to freak out. "Liv, it's Scott calm down." I say, she calms down. The Doctor comes in and check her out then she goes back to sleep. An Hour later Y/n walks up and the Doctor checks her over then leaves. "You scared me Baby." I tell her. "Sorry." I kiss her with so much love it is like my heart is going to explode. "I Love You Y/n." "I love you to Scott." She says. "Hey Scott?" I hum for her to continue. "My Dad is hitting." She mumbles. I hold her in my arms when she starts crying. "It's okay your safe with me." I say and run my fingers through her hair. "Aunt Olivia is getting custody of me." She says. "I'll keep you safe no matter what I promise." I say as she falls asleep.
