to everyone who is reading this,

it has been such a long time since I last uploaded a chapter, i know, and for that i am so so sorry. this may sound stupid but i feel so ungrateful to have received over 60k reads on this story without having uploaded in over six months. i have just finished school for this year and have been on holidays for about a week now, therefore will have much more time to write and finally complete this novel.

despite having explained in my summary and disclaimer that i will try incredibly hard on this story, i feel as though i have not lived up to this. therefore, upon finishing this book i will take a short break before going back and editing it once and for all. my reason for this is mainly because my writing style has improved drastically since i begun this, but also because there are many scenes that, in my opinion, could be so brilliant if only i were to improve them. i will make it clear when i am editing so that there is no confusion, and hopefully you will all be able to go back and notice a change for the better.

this will not be my last author's note, as there are around two chapters of the book left and i would like to give thanks upon completion. but that does not mean i will not thank you all now, so thank you very much for all of the support and motivation you have all given me throughout these past two or so years. without readers, i daresay i will not have come this far.
