"What were you thinking, Richard?! Are you out of your mind?! You tried breaking into a civilian's house and attacked him. You're probably going to jail for that! How many times do I have to tell to step out of this?!" Danes exclaimed.

He now addresses me as Richard; that's a first.

"It's HAZEL's house. I didn't break in. she wouldn't mind if I got in. they are the ones overrunning her property! Why am I at blame?! Plus he attacked me first."

"It's not her apartment. It's theirs. And this counts as self-defense."

"What are you talking about?"

"You heard me. It's not your fiancée's. That man owns this apartment. Validly. Since a year ago. Can you explain this to me?"

"It's her apartment. She owns it. It was her parents'. They left it for her. It's hers. Do you hear me? HERS!" and I see colors and blurs. Snaps of a life I used to know. Memories passing by like they were never mine. How can this be real? Nothing makes sense!

"You should calm down, Mr. Wills. This isn't going to help. You don't understand what you've got yourself into. You attacked a man in his own apartment and frightened his wife. You tried to break in their flat. And you had a history with the phone number too. You claimed that this is her number and involved an innocent man into some investigation that he found provoking. Are you aware of what you are doing?"

"Claimed? You don't believe me? Why are you helping me then? Or are you?" I can feel the anger building and I gladly welcomed it.

"I believe evidence. And you don't have any. You don't even have evidence that this person exists. You don't know her name, for god's sake! I don't have a name to write in my reports! I am sorry but I am dropping this case. And I am referring you to a psychiatrist. We will deal with this incident as a state of mental disturbance. I will try my best to persuade them to drop the charges so you could start your consultation. You will still be on probation. So stay away from trouble."

"You think I am crazy?!" I am furious now.

He looks away.

"I can't believe I wasted my time with you. I trusted you! I don't know if you're seeing the bigger picture here, but something big is going down. Hazel isn't kidnapped by a psycho or just a mugger. This is like an organization. An organization so entrenched in the community that they have access to almost all documents. Who knows what plans they have? This is the only possible explanation."

"This is the only explanation that you are willing to believe, Mr. Wills. It doesn't make it possible. The conspiracy theory seems to charm you. But this is real world. Nothing aids your story. How can you prove any of this is true?! I believe the treatment will help you."

"You're not helping. I am not crazy! Hazel is real, I swear! I don't care if you're not going to help me anymore. But I am not crazy. I will prove it."

"Okay. Prove it once you finish your therapy. Your first session is in four hours."

"I am not crazy! I am not taking any therapy. I am leaving now."

"It's not up to you, Mr. Wills. You're either going to therapy or jail. And I bet they will still manage to arrange you some consultation sessions in jail too."

What in the world is this?! I am a madman now! This can't be happening. I need to move on. I need to find her. But with the police glued to my tail and claiming my madness, this is going to be harder than ever. I need to act. Fast. God only knows the consequences of my hindrance.

"Okay."
