I couldn't believe my eyes. I get it, she hurt someone, but she doesn't deserve this! Nobody does! Everyone left the trial room, and like every other time, no one said a word. As soon as we all stepped out of the elevator, the nighttime announcement played. "Atleast we all know what time it is." Junko yawned. We all made our ways to our dorms, tiredly. I opened the door to my dorm, entered, closed it, and locked it. I got dressed in my pijamas, and immediately fell in bed. I layed there for s while, trying to find a comfortable position. I twisted and twirled all over the bed until I was satisfied with my position. Ah, yes. Finally. After a long... day...
I fell asleep.
"Goood morning everyone! It is now 7AM, and nighttime is officially over. Time to rise and shine!"
I groaned. Damn that announcement. I wish I could sleep more... I got up and changed into my everyday clothes. I went to the bathroom to brusu my hair. I looked in the mirror, "Hm... I have a strand of hair up." I brushed it down. It popped back up. I brushed it down. Up again. Down. Up. Down. Up. Down. Up. I groaned furiously and threw my brush across the room. "Wait!" I quickly grabbed water and poured it on my head. Man it was cold. Nope, it was still there. "Doesn't Makoto have a-" I interrupted myself and dashed out of my dorm. I impatiently hit the doorbell, hoping he was still in his dorm. The door opened. "MAKOTO I NEED YOUR HELP!" I shouted as I entered his dorm. He quickly closed the door. "What is it? Is someone chasing after you?" He asked nerviously. "What? No. I'd be running around the dining hall if that was the case." I said calmly. "BUT THAT'S NOT THE POINT HERE, LOOK!" I said, pointing up to my hair. "Oh, you have an ahoge?" He asked. "I DONT KNOW! IT WONT GO BACK DOWN!" I shouted, now pulling on the ahoge. "Well, it doesn't look bad. Plus, now we're matching!" He said, trying to calm me down. I did. "Hm, you're right. Oh well, lets go." I said, grabbing his arm and dragging him to the dining hall. "Oh- uhm, sure?" He said. I kept on dragging him until we got to the dining hall, everyone was already there. I let go of Makoto's arm. "Hey guys guess what?! I got an ahoge and I can't get rid of it now!" I said, pointing at my brand-new ahoge. "Cool." Mondo said, eating his breakfast. Everyone said the same thing, with Junko trying to yank it off, "Woah, it really IS real!!" She said. I rubbed my head where the ahoge was, Junko really tried to yank it off, huh? I got my breakfast and sat on a table with the rest, eating my breakfast. Everyone finished their breakfast after 20 minutes or so. We all went out own separate ways, I went to the storage room to see if anything caught my eye. I looked around and nothing caught my eye. I then left the storage room. I was walking to my dorm when Chihiro came up to me. "Hey Y/n! Are we going to work out today?" He asked cheerfully. "Yeah! Uhm..." I thought for a bit, "Do you mind if... we invite Sakura?" I asked. His eyes lit up, "Yes! Then we can all work out together!" He cheered. "Ok, I'll go get Sakura and then we'll get dressed!" I said. He nodded and left to the training room. I made my way to Sakura's room, I hoped she would be there. I knocked on the door and waited a bit. The door then opened a bit. "Who is it?" She asked. "It's me, Y/n." I said. She opened the door more, signaling me to come in. "What did you need?" She asked, a hint of sadness on her voice. Who could blame her, her best friend was currently out cold. I decided to comfort her first before asking her. "How are you feeling today?" I asked her. "I wont lie to you. I'm feeling a bit lonely without Hina." She replied. We both sat next to eachother on her bed. "Well, you shouldn't worry about her being gome forever! She's going to be back some day." I said. Sakura sighed, "I know. But to think it was Sayaka who did it... I just feel lonely without her." Sakura said. Her voice was softer than other times. "Hmm, well then. How about we take off your mind from that!" I said. She look confused. "Chihiro, Mondo, and me have been working out together, trying to help him grow strong. I feel like if you go, he'll be even more motivated! Plus, we get to have fun together!" At this point I was standing up, motioning my hands cheerfully. She smiled, "Hm, alright then. I'll go put on a trainig suit." "Alright then! We're at the training room!" I said. I waved her goodbye and went to my dorm. I got out my training suit and quickly changed into it. I left my dorm and saw Sakura barely leaving hers. We both went to the training room together. We entered and a cheerful Chihiro greeted us.

Y/n and Sakura entered the training room, "You guys made it!" Chihiro cheered. "Good. We were just about to start without you." Mondo said, crossing his arms with a smirk. Sakurs also smirked, "Hm, we'll be doing my routine today." She said. Y/n sweatdropped, 'Oh boy. Haha, I'm in danger.' She thought. "Cool! We're switching it up today!" Chihiro said. Sakura smiled at his motovation, "Alright, once we start, you can't back down."
"Alright, we're done with our warmup." Sakura said. "WH- TH- HOLD ON, WARMUP?!" Y/n was shocked. "Heh, don't tell me you're already tired." Mondo teased. "*Noo, me dio mas energia. WELL NO DUH IM TIRED." Y/n said. "Alright then, lets keep going!" Chihiro said tiredly.

*Noo, me dio mas energia: Noo, it gave me more energy.

Rise of the Desolate Star
“The soul is a sword. The body its sheath. Adversity is the hammer, while courage is the anvil. Oh, and son? Your tears and snot, they’re just the sparks that chip away at the impurities, like dungflies off a sow’s arse.” - Kendric Farrow Ever since he could remember, young Skyle Farrow’s body and mind have been hammered relentlessly like red-hot steel against the anvil of adversity under the watchful eyes of his father. All the while, Skyle’s heart and soul have been nurtured by the enduring warmth of his loving mother. Skyle has always asked why a simple farmboy would have need for all manner of skills like hand-to-hand combat, wilderness tracking, archery, beast taming, geography, history, politics, and even embroidery! The one vital question remains unasked, however: just what are his parents preparing him for? The invasion of a demonic horde? The advent of an age of war and endless bloodshed? The dark legacy of an ancient mystical power? A desperate struggle to save the lives of those he holds dear? The end of the world? It is a good thing he never asked these questions, for the answer would have been yes - to all of them. Now Skyle must take his first steps beyond the sheltered world he has known. He has been raised strong, but is he strong enough? Welcome to a tale of friendship, love, loss and heartbreak. It chronicles the growth of a young boy into a legend whose path will shatter the very foundations of the world. Expect a rich, detailed world with vivid characters. Each will pursue their own complex agendas due to realistic motivations. The MC will be overpowered, not through liberal use of plot armor but rather the deliberate application of arduous training, clever thinking, and nurtured talent. Battles will be graphic, victories will be bittersweet, and defeat will not mean the end of the world - for time waits for no one and life goes on whether we like it or not. A War Beyond Kings
Author: I made som mistakes early in the story that I will have to correct, but it will take some time. I have not abandoned this story, but I will be working on my computer and will not be active on royal road. "The elves start to leave their secure forest of Silvanwood for the first time in over two thousand years. Wizards are murdered in their own homes one by one to the dismay of the Jeidan Order of mages. The ancient ruins in Agnellia seem to have awoken after thousands of years of abandon. The flames of war are brewing, and the continent of Maëgor is about to witness a war like never seen before." Author’s note: This is a serious story, loosely inspired from many great works, which you will maybe be able to identify on your own. It is entirely original though. I’ll be working on this for hours every day, but that doesn’t necessarily means that there’ll be daily chapters. I don't own the rights to the cover image, and will immediatly take it down if the author requires so. Every chapter will be at least 2000 words. And congratulations to anyone who guesses on which language the chapter titles are written in.
