"I don't know" Bill answered truly. "We thought, we killed i-it already...and even if not it should come back after twenty-seven years" they all break the hug, Billy with a sigh sit down.
"Why did you though that?" Y/n questioned. Ben then stands up from his place, walks to his bag, and takes some old newspapers with papers in them, marking important articles. He handed her the first newspaper with green paper. And she read the marking article...
1908: During the town's annual Easter egg hunt an explosion at the Derry Iron Works killed over one hundred people, most of them children.
She takes the next newspaper with yellow paper in it and reads the next article...
1935: The Bradley Gang massacre occurred in Derry, where five were killed.
Next newspaper, this time with red paper.....
1962: The Black Spot, a club for black service members, was burned to the ground by a "racist cult".
"So that means..." y/n thinks for a second. "Something need to be wrong...right?" She looks up from the newspaper - losers already looking at her- and continued. "Or maybe he is staying here longer...when it happened for the first time...I mean for you guys"
Bill put his index finger on his chin and think for a moment. "Juh-Georgie died in October 1988...that was the first time when it happened but we saw I-it in June 1989." he rubbed his back of his neck as the rest of the losers agreed.
"So that means your brother died two years ago?" Asked y/n. Bill nods and the clubhouse goes into silence.
"What if we don't talk about that right now" Eddie cut the awkward tension.
"What do you mean ?" Richie ask.
"Well we can talk about that tomorrow...but today we can just...hang out?" Eddie explains himself.

"That... sound good we can...talk about the news...we didn't talk for a month...right?" Stan says, agreeing with Eddie's plan. The Losers agreed and sit in a circle.
"Y/n! You should tell us something about you" Mike says.
"Yeah that's true we don't know anything about you, only that you are Bev's cousin" Ben agreed.
"Well...I was born in Hawkins, Indiana. I lived there with my mom only...dad left my mom when she was pregnant with me. She was working in lap there but when I was eleven something happened - I don't know what - and my mom went crazy. She was saying there were kids with superpowers and she need help them and there is some kind of monster. It becomes so bad that she stops talking, only mumbling some weird things, then she stopped walking and at the end when I was in school....she just killed herself" y/n let few tears fell, but she quickly wiped them away. Richie notices and gives his hand around her in a comforting way"Then my aunt adopted me...and well I'm here" she smiles kindly and losers the smile return it.
"I'm s-sorry...for wh-what happened to you," the bill says softly.
"It's fine really...but thank you," she said in the same tone as him.
The rest of the day went fast. No sign of the motherfucker. Yes, I mean pennywise. No killing, running, yelling, or screaming. The losers claim y/n, like one of their members. She was extremely happy about that. Beverly was apologizing for y/n the whole night. But y/n wasn't mad at her anymore, she would replying with "it's fine" or "I already forgive you, Bev" and hugged her.
The Losers enjoyed the day together, being kids again. Talking about memories they had together and memories they don't have together, playing games, or just chatting about stupid shit. Laughing or disgusting at Richie jokes or at his flirting with y/n. And not thinking about death was the best in it.

An Average American in A High-school Academy Anime
An American versed in narrative tropes and more than mildly acquainted with anime wakes up in a completely different bed than the one he went to bed in. Now he has to scramble to understand where he is, what's going on, and hope to God he isn't in a relationship drama. I don't expect this to be good or well-received, but I have plenty of time this quarantine, so I'll try to get a chapter of 4000-10000 words out every one or two weeks. (haha) Please let me know how it can be improved. I'm an avid reader of fiction, but I've never really fallen down a rabbit hole so hard that I can name all tropes and settings and such by heart. I'm not sure if this will be effective satire, so I preemptively apologize. Inspired by: "My Life is Not a Manga, or maybe..." by EO Tenkey and "The Simulacrum" by Eganthale. Check them out if you want probably better stories than this one.
