Its been 2 weeks since that night with carlos, I left his place in the early morning to go get changed and then went to school.

He said he found the ring and gave it to me but wasn't exactly happy with the fact that I left without telling him.

it wasn't his place to tell me what to do tho.

The only reason I am being rude is because he became annoying. Last week he made a big scene because I was walking with Logan, a guy I talked to in math.

"What are you gonna do today?" He asked his grey eyes looking back at my grey ones.

"Nothing much, I will have lunch with Levi...uhm go home and take a nap, by a nap I mean 6-7 hours then eat. What about you?" I answered.

He smiled and said " that's good, I'm skipping lunch because I really need to study. I am failing.".

I feel bad for him and for everyone who's failing because I believe that everyone is good in their own way.

School shouldn't determine our future, some of it but not most of it like it does now.

"I can help, we can go to a park or something after school and I will give you my notes and explain what you don't understand." I said with a smile.

He rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly and said " it's fine I don't want you to feel like I'm using you.".

I placed my hand on his shoulder and said " I won't feel that way, don't worry.".

Suddenly he got pulled away from me and pinned against the locker with an angry looking Carlos.

"What the fuck?" I said out loud to which Carlos started aiming punches to Lagan's face non stop.

I tried to pull Carlos off Logan whom nose and lips are bleeding.

Carlos didn't budge and punched Logan again earning a groan.

I was about to punch him but he let go of Logan and turned to me his hazel eyes burning every bit of me.

I looked at Logan to see him clutching his nose and just as I was about to walk to him carlos threw me over his shoulders and walked out of the hallway.

Everyone is looking, I usually don't care but enough rumors are said about me. I don't want to deal with their shit.

"PUT ME DOWN!" I said out loud, what the fuck is wrong with him.

He got in a classroom, an empty one and slammed the door shut then locked it. He put me down and hissed " what did I tell you that night?".

I know what he's talking about but I said something too.

I glared at him and said " I told you that that was nothing but a one time thing, a one nightstand. No strings attached at all. And I also said that I only agreed for the moment nothing was serious!".

He pushed me to the wall making my elbow hit the hard surface harshly to the point where electric pain shot my entire arm.

I gasped for air but quickly wiped any sort of weakness and looked at him to see him already looking at me.

He let out a sigh then said " I give zero shit whether you meant what you said or not, you did and that's why you touching that asshole is wrong. I said this before and I will say it again, you can think of me as nothing but I'm all you will get. Next time you pull something like that I will kill whoever it is.".

Who the fuck does he think he is?

He walked away before I could say anything and left me raging.

Now not only am I rumored for killing jacob but also for dating Carlos which he didn't deny.

I did multiple times but then again these people are nothing to me, it's only a matter of a few months before I'm out of here.

My dad didn't talk to me at all, he gave me cold glances and that was it.

Logan didn't speak to me either, I apologized even tho it wasn't my fault but I was technically the reason so I had to.

He just nodded and walked away, every guy in school avoids me now as if I'm deadly or something except levi.

I'm okay with them ignoring me as long as I have Him.

We got to know each other more and he's seriously the sweetest person I know.

We're going to the park today after school because he said he needs help with something.

He came to my house and I did to his but we prefer this park because it has swings where we can play and talk.

Another reason why we're getting along is he matches my vibe.

As to Carlos I've been avoiding him but it's hard because we have every single class together. In fact we did after the first day and it doesn't take a genius to know that he changed all his classes to mine.

I just arrived at the park and can see levi sitting on our bench, it's not exactly ours but we sit on it whenever no one is.

I turned off my car and got out then made my way to him as slow as I can carefully because I want to scare him.

I successfully made it behind him without him noticing and screamed "BOO", he jumped a little and turned to see me with a pale face.

I laughed all my breath away and clutched my aching stomach to somehow get some breath.

he glared at me and said "what if I had a heart attack?", I put my hand over my mouth to stop myself from laughing and said " I will stay single after 30.".

me and him have this inside joke that if both of us are single at 30, we get married.

he smiled and said "it will be my turn to laugh at you from up there. I will haunt you.". I laughed and sat next to him then asked "so what help do you need?".

he looked down at his hands then around, basically everywhere except me.

"levi? is everything okay?" I asked, he nodded and said "I just want to tell you something...".

I nodded and he looked at me his deep brown eyes shining with hope and excitement.

suddenly someone sat between us and it only took me a second to figure out who it is. carlos.

"you know not telling someone you're dating that you are in another date is wrong right?" he said calmly but in an intimidating tone.

I know what he means, this is just another attempt to scare levi away.

I let out a sigh in order to not loose it and said " I wouldn't know because I don't date and I'm not, so you can shove that piece of information up your ass. now leave.".

the calmness that once covered his anger fell and he glared at me, "that's not what you said when I was fucking you against my swimming pool was it?" he said mockingly.

I looked at levi to see him looking at me with sad eyes, No one knows about what happened that night. technically the whole school thinks of it but I never confirmed it. even to levi.

levi turned his gaze to carlos and said "you heard what she said, leave.".

carlos chuckled and said " leave so you can show her your little surprise?" he turned to me and said "I will break it to you, he likes you and has a little date planned. that's why I'm here.".

I looked at levi to see anger clear on his face, he was about to say something but carlos looked at him and said "she doesn't like you buddy.".

"how do you know? maybe I do." I said to shut him up. I hate it when arrogant people think they're above everyone. I will explain everything to levi later.

he turned to me with an unknown expression and said "well, it's time for him to meet my bird.".

I didn't even have time to process what he said before a loud gun shot echoed the place scaring everyone followed by a thud then another gunshot.

I looked down to see levi's pale body on the floor with a hole between his eyes and in his chest near his heart, blood is oozing from both holes making his pale skin appear more pale than ever.

his chest is not rising, he's still.

I felt my heart ache and just simply stared at his lifeless body entering a daze, everything around me faded and I just focused on levi.

"I warned you, now this falls on you. I would've never killed him if you didn't provoke me and go against what I said." carlos' voice said but it came echoed and distant.

my hands began shaking and tears blurred my vision as every memory of us flashed through my mind, I shook my head in denial and let out a sob making my heart ache even more.

I'm not stupid to believe that this is my fault but it hurts, I kneeled down and just stared at levi.

I am angry, furious, hurt, sad and every negative emotion there is. I looked at carlos who's typing something on his phone with a smile. he will pay for this!

I stood up and snatched the gun for him, he looked at me with a smirk which only makes me want to kill him even more.

I aimed it at his head with shaky hands and said " I guess you will meet your bird too.". he laughed and said "do it.".

I let out a sigh to calm down and steadied my grip on the gun then pulled the trigger but nothing came out, I did again and nothing came out.

I looked at him to see that his face is holding a dark look.

he stood up towering me and said " you wanting to kill me makes me want to fuck some sense into you, that gun only had 2 bullets. 1 for his head so he can think next time when he's up there. and 1 for his heart because he dared to have feelings for you.".

more tears welled up in my eyes and I said "watch your back carlos, I will kill you even if it means I die with you.".

he smirked and said " I rather watch your tits bouncing as I thrust in you but okay, I will watch my back.".

I glared at him then looked at levi's lifeless body and more tears streamed down my face. he didn't deserve this at all.

I looked back at the asshole and kneed his groin earning a groan from him, I punched his face and said " mark my words carlos, I will break your soul, heart and mind till you have nothing to want to live. I will slowly take your life away and make you go on your knees and beg me to stop but I won't. I will only stop when you're completely broken and dead.".

I meant every word I said, my father may not be as strong as his but alliances are a thing for a reason.

if my father doesn't want to talk to me let him be, but I will tell him that I'm taking over him. I will work to become stronger than carlos' mafia ever was and make him pay for what he just did.

I took my phone out to call a guard and tell him to come along with others to clean up the mess and take levi's body. just the thought of it makes my heart hurt.

a man came with a crew less than what I asked for and started cleaning, "I called them." carlos said in a monotone.

"STOP!" I said out loud to the men, the last thing I want is for levi to be taken for examination by his murderer's men.

they looked at me then at carlos and I said "Some men are coming from my side, go enjoy what you have left Mr. Rodriguez.".

he chuckled making me fist my hands and said "see you later then.".

and just like that he left, not giving a shit about the fact that he just killed someone. not that I expected him to, men like him have no remorse and killing is their hobby.

I will put an end to him, I will end him even if it means I become as ruthless if not more.

that's a promise.
