《Together we howl》Chapter 32

"Perhaps we should leave" Hermione sighed and rubbed her temples, feeling the headache that has been coming and going for a few days now. Sam noticed her discomfort and wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her into him so she could lay her head on his chest.

"No, spitfire. Dad is right, their behaviour has gone on long enough and I will not allow it to ruin our day. The food is already cooked and the table is set outside, the boys can help bring the food out, why don't you and everyone else go get seated" Charlie said softly as he kneeled in front of her and Sam, though slightly hesitant knowing a wolf's temper when it comes to their mate. Sam sent him a reassuring smile and mouthed 'thank you' which earned him a smile back from the Weasley.

"Okay, I guess we can do that," She said with a smile and gestured for everyone to follow her, leaving the Weasley men, Remus, Sirius and Harry.

"What are we going to do? They have gone too far this time" Percy hissed angrily, feeling protective of his two little sisters.

"This is serious guys, dad has never once threatened to divorce her or disown one of his children" Bill stressed, sitting down on the couch with his face in his hands.

"We think-"

"Dad is finally sticking-"

"Up for himself and-"

"The two of them have-"

"Have all walked over him-"

"Long enough" Despite their back-and-forth twin speech, the oldest two brothers have never seen the twins so serious and frustrated.

"Listen, I've known your parents for a long time and your mother can be a lovely woman but we've learnt from experience that she's willing to force her beliefs and rules onto anyone, even if it causes them pain and sadness" Remus spoke in his professor tone, earning an agreeable nod from Sirius and concerned looks from the Weasley boys.

"She has done something to you two?" Charlie questioned with a frown, looking back and forth between the two marauders.

"It was well known in school that we are both bisexual and were quite popular with both genders, your mother had made it pretty clear that she was disapproving of our affection for men" This was shocking news to the Weasley's, who had never known that their mother was homophobic nor did they know that both men were bisexual.

"I'm sorry, no one deserves to be treated like that, especially for something that they can't control" Percy sighed, feeling even more conflicted about his feelings for his mother and younger brother. They were his family and would always love them but he felt as if he didn't even know them, how could he not know that his mother was homophobic? That made him even more anxious and horrified at revealing one of his darkest secrets.

"Don't worry about it, Percy, we are grown men and know how to handle people like Molly. The most important question is, what are we going to do about them?"

"This conversation is something we can figure out after, everyone is waiting and I'd rather enjoy the rest of my day than have to worry about this" Bill stated before they all decided to join the others in the garden, both Molly and Ron were nowhere in sight.

It was later in the day and the sun had already set, beautiful lanterns were floating above them, giving the warm light that was needed. It had been a while since Molly and Ron had been seen but neither of them had the guts to bring their names up, seeing how carefree and happy Arthur currently was.

The girls sat at one end of the table, quietly conversing with one another whilst also observing the men, who were laughing with one another and shouting over each other to get their voices heard.

"It's nice to see dad like this, he's usually so stressed out and tense" Ginny sighed before taking a sip of her firewhiskey, which had come a favourite for the three vampire women.

"I think this get-together was a great idea, it even brought the pack and Cullen men together" Hermione chuckled when she saw Jacob and Emmet holding each other in a chokehold, both laughing and throwing sarcastic insults.

"Thank fuck, I've had enough of the conflict between both of our families" Esme sighed tipsily. The women all turned to her, the witches were amused at the woman who was usually extremely stern on such language, whilst her adoptive daughters were shocked as she revealed something they hadn't known.

"Language" Alice teased with a giggle, making Esme smack her hand over her mouth as her eyes grew wide. Then, her shoulders began to shake and she burst into laughter, Following closely behind were the other girls who found her drunken state rather refreshing and entertaining. They hadn't noticed the men's attention on them but if they had, they'd see the large smiles on their faces due to seeing the people they love, being so happy.

It was another hour later when their first sight of Molly and Ron was seen standing in the kitchen, looking out of the window at them with sneers on their faces. They chose to ignore them and continue with their light and fun conversations, unfortunately, the mother and Son duo had other ideas.

"I demand my family to get inside the house! Ginerva included" She shouted as she came storming over, Ron following close behind with a smug smirk on his face. His eyes remained on Hermione, who was sitting comfortably on Sam's lap. The conversation died out abruptly and the Weasley children and their father's faces hardened. The guests felt rather awkward but they too were truly disgusted by the red-haired woman's behaviour.

"Molly, didn't we already have this discussion?" Arthur sighed tiredly, rubbing the bridge of his nose.

"I don't care, Arthur, I will not allow my children to socialise with these... Animals" She hissed with a tone of disgust as she looked over the pack and vampire coven. Sam and Paul both felt their mates tense up and as they looked, they noticed the pure fury in their eyes.

"Mother, watch what you say about our mates and friends" Ginny warned through clenched teeth, causing Molly to look at her daughter in shock and anger.

"How dare you, I'm -" Molly was cut off by Ginny and Hermione as they both stood up from their mate's laps. Those around the two girls felt the anger rolling off them in waves, as a precaution, they all moved away from the table but stayed close enough in case something happens that will need to be stopped.

"Oh, I dare. Paul is my mate and all these people behind me, are my family. I'm finally happy, mother, why can't you accept that?" She cried out in frustration, her main focus was on her mother which meant she missed the shocked but awed expressions on the other's faces.

"I am your mother! I am your family" Molly screeched, making those with enhanced hearing cringe from the volume. Hermione couldn't help but let out a scoff, gaining Molly and Ron's attention.

"I don't know what you're laughing at, you are such a horrible daughter who willingly removed her parent's memory of her" Ron shouted venomously, earning angry and disbelieving looks from his brothers, father and friends.

Hermione could feel herself lose control, all she wanted was to rip him apart. She felt herself shake in pure fury, the pack instantly understood what was happening and demanded everyone to step back. The Weasleys and the Slytherins were confused but could tell it was a serious matter, so they complied.

"Look at her" Ron laughed along with his mother, but stood in complete horror as Hermione morphed into a giant white-coated wolf. Gasps were heard from those around them, but the pack stepped toward her, in fear that she would do something she regretted.

"She's one of them! A monster!" Molly screamed and yelped when Hermione snapped her jaw in the mother's direction.

"Wicked" The Weasley twins said in unison, bright smiles on their faces. The Slytherins nodded in agreement, their eyes never leaving the wolf's beauty. The group had noticed the exchange between the pack and Ginny, and much to their shock, they all transformed into equally large wolves, though the men were more muscular and intimidating.

"Holy shit, my daughter is a wolf" Arthur gasped, his eyes wide as he watches his daughter, in wolf form, playfully nudge Hermione's wolf.

"Aren't vampires and wolves meant to be natural enemies or something?" Charlie asked Rosalie, who stood with a bored expression on her face.

"Yes and we always have been, that's until Luna, Hermione and Ginny came into the picture. They have brought us together" A ghost smile was on the blonde's face, which was surprising to her family because she was one of the vampires who had a deep hatred for the shapeshifters before everything changed. Rosalie cared deeply for Luna, who managed to make her brother happier than she ever thought possible, and she had bonded with Ginny, Hermione and their friends from their world. She knew how much Luna cared for her friends and simply refused to cause the sweet little witch any stress or upset.

"Hm, those girls tend to do that to everyone" Charlie chuckled and nodded towards the group of Slytherins, who were conversing with one another quietly as they continued to stare at the giant wolves in front of them.

Molly and Ron had run inside at some point, no one necessarily paid much attention to the duo since the group had turned into large animals, including two girls who they had known for practically their whole lives. The group had approached the wolves and was admiring them when Molly returned, holding a frying pan in one hand and her wand in the other.

"Which one of you did this to my daughter" She screamed as angry tears flowed down her cheeks, the pack decided to remain in their wolf forms whilst Hermione and Ginny transformed back, both crouched on their hands and feet. They slowly raised, their eyes never once moving away from Molly, who was looking down at them in disgust.

"We didn't get turned, Mrs Weasley" Hermione sighed and glanced over her shoulder when she noticed Ron storming over with furious eyes.

"These animals turned my fiance and sister! We need to call the Aurors " Ginny and I looked at one another before we burst into laughter, making the duo even more furious than before.

"I-I'm sorry, it's just fucking hilarious" Ginny gasped through her laughter, trying to gain control.

"Language, Ginerva!" Molly scolded as Ginny and Hermione had finally begun to calm down.

"Whatever. We are animagai, Ronald. We weren't turned" This was shocking to the Weasley family, knowing that becoming an animagus was difficult and time-consuming.

"Sirius Black! How could you help my daughter become an animagus!" Molly screeched whilst Sirius's eyes widened in shock and innocence

"Me!?" A few of the visitors chuckled at his dramatic response, though from those who knew Remus, they could see that the werewolf was holding back. He had always been one to respect his elders but Molly Weasley was pushing his buttons and soon, he was going to snap.

"It was me and Ginny's decision, not Uncle Pads" Sam could feel his mate's frustration and decided to sit beside her, his wolf towering over her figure but the warmth that he provided gave her the comfort she needed to relax.

"U-Uncle Pads!? Since when was he known as your uncle, Hermione" Ron asked, his tone accusing as he looked between her and the grown man with narrowed eyes.

"Since the war? Why does that matter?" Hermione asked in confusion, glancing at Ginny who had an identical expression on her face. Ron looked behind the girls at his ex-best friend, his eyes wide in disbelief.

"And you allow this, Harry?"

"Allow what?" No one could understand what Ron was insinuating, even his mother was looking at him with a confused frown.

"They're sleeping together! It's so obvious-"

"What!?" Everyone shouted in shock, looking at the youngest male with wide eyes.

"You think I'm sleeping with Hermione!? She's like a daughter to me! She's beautiful but I would never sleep with her" Hermione was lost for words, how could Ron even assume that she would sleep with her brother's godfather? He was handsome, there's no denying that but never would she step over that line, Sirius and Remus were there for her and Ginny when no one else was.

"You've lost your mind, Ron. I think it's time we leave, otherwise, this will only escalate more" They all nodded their heads in agreement with Harry, completely ignoring Molly and Ron's rejections.

"Thank Merlin we bought the boys extra clothes"
