《Together we howl》Chapter 3

"What?" I whispered in disbelief, my heart thumping rapidly in my chest. She let out a small laugh and approached me.
"You're my sister, Hermione. I haven't got any sealed plans for the future and the ones that do will always involve you. I'm coming with you. remember what we promised" My eyes teared up and I let out a shaky breath.
"Always and forever" She nodded her head with a smile before pulling me into a hug.
"Always and forever, big sister"
"You are not going anywhere, Ginerva Weasley" Mrs Weasley shouted, causing everyone to flinch back. Ginny let out a quiet groan before pulling away whilst I let out a subtle giggle and stepped aside.
"Mum, I'm eighteen years old and legally an adult, in our world and the muggle. Hermione is my soul bond, she's my sister in everything but blood, we have a bond that only Harry could understand. You can't tell me what to do anymore" Molly opened her mouth but decided otherwise, she clenched her jaw and stumped out of the room like a child having a tantrum. I cast a nonverbal silencing charm around the room, knowing that the next part of the information is important.
"I've already found a house, it's on the border of La Push and Forks in washington. It's got plenty of rooms but I'm able to create more if needed, you're all more than welcome to visit and I'll contact Harry for the name so you'll be able to floo. I have one question though" They nodded their heads.
"I do not want Molly nor Ronald to know our destination. I love Molly but I can't trust that she won't tell Ron"
"We understand Hermione, we won't say a word"
"Thank you, we have one more destination to visit before we leave. I love you all and thank you for understanding, I'll miss you" They all approached us and one by one, they hugged us before Ginny and I made our way to the fireplace. I stepped inside and grabbed hold of some floo powder.
"Wait, you have your things right?" I asked and Ginny nodded her head. I took a deep breath.
"Lupin-Black manor" And with that, I tossed the powder into the fire.
As I landed at my destination, I stepped out of the fireplace and removed all the soot from my clothes with a flick of my hand. The fireplace lit up and Ginny stepped through, I let out a giggle when I noticed some soot on the tip of her nose.
"Why are you laughing," she asked with a raised eyebrow, I pointed at my nose and her eyes went crossed as she tried to see the dirt on hers.
"Fucking Soot" She groaned before grabbing her wand and vanishing it all. I rolled my eyes fondly and we made our way through the large manor and into the garden, where Remus and Sirius spend most of their time. I looked wide-eyed at the scene before us. On the garden couch, sat Remus with a book in his hand but was staring at Sirius, who was in his dog form and was chasing some birds that had landed on the grass.

"Cubs" Remus greeted us with a large smile and placed his book on the glass table before he began to approach us.
"Alpha," We said in unison with our heads bowed in respect.
"Give me a hug," He said, causing large smiles to appear on our faces before we rushed toward him. We tumbled over, all three of us landing on the ground in hysterical laughter. He placed his face in our necks, inhaling our scent.
"How are my two favourite girls" He questioned as we removed ourselves from the ground and made sat on the couch.
"A lot has happened uncle Moony" Ginny sighed. Remus' eyebrows furrowed in concern and his back straightened, Padfoot must have felt the change in the atmosphere because he changed back into his human form and greeted us with tight hugs.
"What happened pups?" Sirius questioned as he sat beside his best friend. Ginny and I shared a look, she nodded her head with a supportive smile before we turned our attention back to the two people who we see as uncles.
"We are leaving," I said softly.
"I'm sorry, I thought I heard you say you're leaving," Sirius said with a chuckle and a shake of his head, I glanced at Remus and noticed his eyes were glowing amber, making me gulp nervously.
"Ginny and I are moving the Manhattan, we need a fresh start and I found the perfect place for us to live. According to Kingsley, there are shapeshifters in La Push and Vampires in Forks, you both know we will fit in perfectly there. Plus, you are both connected to our floo, you're more than welcome to visit" silence, that's all there was until a loud whine was heard, causing my chest to clench painfully.
"Is it because of that ginger-haired fucker? - Sorry pup" Ginny waved off the comment with a small giggle. I let out a sigh and ran my fingers through my hair.
"Uncle Pads, you know the things we have gone through. We need a fresh start and I've found the perfect place for us, Ronald is only a small percentage of why I'm leaving. I can't even walk down the street without being stopped by the paparazzi and I don't want to isolate myself in the muggle world either. Where we are going is safe and even though the vampires and shapeshifters live in secret, it will be nice to know that we aren't the only people that have a secret to keep. Kingsley permitted me to reveal our identities and our world if truly necessary, it won't violate any laws because they are magical creatures. Even if they aren't aware of our world, they belong in it"
"We'll miss you," Remus said quietly. A small smile made its way onto my face and I immediately pulled him into a hug, our faces nuzzling into each other's neck as we both inhaled the scent.
"Please be careful, you're both different from any other magical creature and person in this world" I pulled back and nodded my head before making my way to Sirius, who had let go of Ginny.
"You know, you could live here and forget about your trip to Manhattan" I let out a chuckle and shook my head before wrapping my arms around his torso and placing my head on his chest, listening to his heartbeat which had always calmed me down.

"I'm going to miss you, uncle Sirius"
"I'm going to miss you too, snow" A smile appeared on my face at the nickname he came up with. We pulled away and he placed a kiss on my forehead, making my eyes flutter shut.
"We love you" Ginny cried as tears ran down both our cheeks. I grabbed hold of her hand, the familiar golden glow surrounded us which calmed us down.
"We love you both too"

We landed in a heap on damp ground, I let out a groan and slowly sat up. I looked to my right and noticed Ginny, who's sat up but rubbing her arm with a pained expression.
"Are you okay, Gin?"
"I hate fucking Portkeys, who invented that shit" She hissed as she rotated her shoulder, causing it to make a 'Pop' sound. I cringed back and rolled my eyes as she sighed in relief, I slowly removed myself from the ground and looked around. My face lit up at the sight of a two-storied house, it was recently refurbished and the outside was done up perfectly.
"Welcome home, Little sister" I announced. I looked over at Ginny, who was standing beside me with her mouth hanging open in awe.
"It's beautiful"
The house was white bricked, with a large porch and two stone pillars on either side which allows the porch to have a shelter. The door is light blue as well as the stairs that lead onto the porch. on the right, there's a porch swing whilst on the left, there's a glass garden table with six chairs surrounding it, the cushions are also blue.
"How many bedrooms are there?" She questioned.
"There's Ten at the moment, but we can always add another floor if needed. Each room has an ensuite, there's another bathroom on each floor too"
"Why the fuck would we need more than ten bedrooms?" She questioned with an astounded tone. I let out a laugh and we made our way onto the porch and to the door, I pulled out a key from my pocket and used a charm to create another before handing it to Ginny. Her face lit up and she examined the key with such intensity.
"Gin, it's only a key" I laughed, to which she narrowed her eyes half-heartedly. I allowed her to unlock the door, which she was more than happy to do before opening it, we were both left speechless at the interior.
The door opened into a large open planned room, in front of us stood two staircases on either side of the room which connect to a balcony above. From the door, we could see a small amount of the kitchen that was at the back of the house. We walk past the staircase and into the gigantic kitchen which has a large marble island that has around ten chairs surrounding it. The floor is a beautiful glittery black tile and the walls are angelic white, the kitchen counters and cupboards are black with white handles. The appliances, such as a coffee machine, cooker, fridge and freezer, microwave and kettle, all function without electricity, which would not work due to it being a magical household. Magic and muggle things, like televisions, don't go well together which means everything has to be run with magic instead.
To the right of the kitchen, there's a large arch which reveals the living room. I decided on grey floorboards with grey painted brick for the walls, whilst one of the walls is covered with empty photo frames. The large L shaped couch is red leather with two identical armchairs, and the coffee table is glass with a darker grey frame. A large flat screen tv sat on the wall, opposite the couches with different game consoles. On the far left, there's the fireplace for warmth and entrance for visitors.
"Gryffindor pride, huh" Ginny commented with a smirk, I shrugged my shoulders and walked back into the kitchen where another two doors were.
Behind One of the doors was a bathroom, with a large walk-in shower with black tiles. The floor was also black tiles whilst the walls were painted a darker grey, which was a similar colour to the sink and toilet. A large mirror sat on the wall above the sink, the frame was silver with wolf figures carved into it. The other door reveals the garden, which is ridiculously large with red gates surrounding the perimeter, along with bright and colourful flowers. A pool is placed to the right of the garden which is 40 meters long and 20 meters wide, despite knowing the terrible weather, I managed to charm the garden to deflect any bad weather and to always remain warm. A diving board was placed for the pool, along with a small cave that had a waterfall flowing at the entrance.
The first floor revealed five bedrooms, all spacious with en suits and walk-in closets. Each room is rather plain and has a king-size bed, two bedside tables, a desk and a mini-fridge. There's also a gym and duelling room, which comes in handy for Ginny and me whenever we need to let out some energy or anger. The final door is a bathroom, which is identical to the one on the ground floor, whereas the en suites are much larger and have both shower and a Jacuzzi for a bath.
The next floor is somewhat the same, with five identical bedrooms and bathrooms, however, there are three extra doors. One reveals an office with two desks, one for myself and the other for Ginny. The other door is a potion lab, with shelves that cover the walls, seating on one side of the room whilst in the middle are two large cauldrons. The last room was Hermione's favourite, it was a library that held over ten thousand books, both Muggle and Magical. There were small tables around the room which resembled the ones in the Hogwarts library, along with a couch where you're able to relax and read.
To say we were happy about the house was an understatement, we were truly amazed at how fast the workers I hired, completed the job.

OUTLIERS
30 years ago brought the first superhumans, regular people given great power seemingly at random. 15 years ago brought the paranormals, stranger and often weaker in their abilities, but far more numerous. Today, the world holds its breath . . . Or at least, it should. Most people, though, are just trying to get on with their lives; some successfully, some less so. It's a sensible goal, but it can be hard when shadowy conspiracies and worldwide N.G.O.s are turning your city into a proxy battleground over world-shattering secrets. It’s bad enough when you’ve just woken up with superpowers and terrorists are holding your school hostage. It’s even worse if you’re an illegal vigilante stuck in the middle of the whole Charlie Foxtrot after a supervillain raid drops vital information in your lap. For Hannah Eiling-Kingsford and Flint Perez, life is about to get a lot harder to get on with. ----- Outliers is a superhero story. Okay, so not so much superhero as vaguely superhero-ish. It's about two teenagers dealing with, among other things, new powers, psycho exes, mysterious datapads and a giant, secret war between the foremost powers-that-be, over information that could forever change the world. Again. You know, normal teenage stuff. Outliers contains some foul language and mild sexual references. It is a complete story, and can also be read on its own website. Hush | on hold
"Your name?"When I stayed silent, he repeated himself. "Your name?""Jeyri." I let out quietly."And last name?""Rae...""Jeyri Rae..." He crouched down next to me and moved the hair from in front of my face, "I dislike when things get difficult, I end up doing things I'd much rather not do. Do you want to know what happened to the last person who made things difficult for me, hmm?" He asked, leaning into me. Is he talking about me calling the cops? He pressed his gun against my head and frowned, "You get it don't you?"I nodded quickly. "Good... And if you tell anyone what you saw today, I'll know." He pressed his finger against my lips and smiled, "So hush."

NEVER SPLIT THE PARTY: The Adventures of The Creeping Bam (BOOK TWO: One Cold Trail)
After their fateful misadventure in the mountainous Norther Reaches of RUNDAO, a dark new threat to all of RUNDAO has been revealed to the mercenary band of THE CREEPING BAM and their newest member, half-orc bandit SHAYLINE SWIFT-KILL. Returning their hard-won cargo to THE SILVER ORDER in their city stronghold in BAVAT, they find their well-deserved rest will have to rest – half-elf wizard GAEL FOXTAIL’s father has disappeared while performing an investigation in the coastal city of UNTERMER, and it’s up to our motley crew to find him. As a son of Untermer, wily bakaneko thief ART OF SHADOWS is the perfect choice to lead the way, but he has ghosts of his own to face as their investigation brings them into the orbit of the THIEVES GUILD. But there are daker forces at work here, and as they uncover a dark conspiracy and form an uneasy alliance with a trio of tough sellswords with their own stake in the game, led by dwarven warrior THELGAEWYNN FROSTFORGE, the Creeping Bam begin to suspect this may be connected to that unfinished business they started back up north … This is a love letter and homage to the high-fantasy worlds of the tabletop RPGs like Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder and Warhammer and the sword & sorcery cinema and literature I fell in love with as a kid growing up in the 80s, from Robert E. Howard’s Conan the Barbarian (and the awesome Schwarzenegger movie, STILL my favourite fantasy film EVER), The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit and Ron Howard and George Lucas’ Willow, to the more grown-up and edgy worlds of grimdark masters George RR Martin and (my all-time favourite) Joe Abercrombie, as well as a BIG DOLLOP of Terry Pratchett’s immortal Discworld series. IMPORTANT: This story contains material which some readers may consider to be mature, such as battle violence, some strong language and occasional mild sexual scenes. If this is not your kind of thing, this story is not for you. I am also serializing this story on Tumblr, Wattpad, Quotev and Sweek.

As a first time writer, I'd love some constructive criticism as well as general comments about my work as a whole. This story is something I've been kind of thinking about for the better part of a few months and I actually got anxious enough to attempt to put it in writing. Releases may be sporadic as I'm currently in school, and chapter lengths will vary depending on how much I feel i need to write to get my point across. The tags are temporary and may change. I plan on using a cultivation/mana system as this will be somewhat of a crossover
