You only struggle because you are ready to grow but you are not willing to let go. To let of something or someone can be so hard. But u need to release the need to over analyze a negative situation over and over in your mind. Forgive yourself. Forgive them. Do no become a hostage to your past. Do not remind and relieve your mistakes. Do not spend minutes, hours, days, weeks or months over analyzing a situation, trying to put pieces together, justifying what could have happened. Just let it go. Move on. Give up on things not because you weak to endure, but because you are emotionally drained and want to end the suffering. Give yourself love you deserve already. One of the most courageous decision you could ever make is to finally let go of what is hurting your heart and soul. Remember;
