Problems might come like a freight train - one car after another, after another - but eventually the last car passes. So when it seems there is no stop to your problems remind yourself to deal with them one by one. Each time you have a bad day, sleep it off and start again the next day. We can not rewind the past, and we can not fast forward the future. So just record the moment you are in. Go slow. Take baby steps. Build the momentum.
