ထိုစကားကြောင့် ကျောင်းသားကျောင်းသူတွေအားလုံး ထိတ်လန့်ကုန်ကြသည်။ကျောင်းသူလေးတွေဆို ငိုပါငိုနေကြသည်။ပါလေရာငါးပိချက်ကြီး ရှောင်းကျန့်တောင် တိတ်ဆိတ်နေသည်။သို့သော် နဂိုထဲက အမေးအမြန်းထူသူပီပီ မေးဖြစ်အောင်မေးလိုက်သေးသည်။
"အသတ်....အသတ်ခံရတာက ဘယ်လိုအကြောင်းအရင်းကြောင့်လဲ...ကြုံရာရွေးတာလား"
ရှောင်းကျန့်ဟာ ဒူးတုန်တုန်နဲ့ မေးပြီးနောက် ဝမ်ရိပေါ်ရင်ခွင်ထဲ ဝင်လိုက်သည်။သူ့ကို သတ်သွားမှာကို အရမ်းကြောက်ပါသည်။
"ဟားဟားဟား.....သတ္တိရှိလိုက်တဲ့ ကျောင်းသားလေးဘဲ....မင်းဘေးက လူငယ်လေးကလည်း အံ့သြစရာဘဲ...ကျောင်းသားလေး...ဒါက ကစားတာဆိုတော့ ငါက ကံကိုမကြည့်ဘူး...အရည်အချင်းဘဲကြည့်တယ်....အသံမြည်တာနဲ့ မင်းတို့ကိုသတ်ဖို့ ငါ့ရဲ့အချစ်ကလေးတွေ ရောက်လာလိမ့်မယ်....မင်းအားနည်းရင်တော့ မင်းက အသတ်ခံရလိမ့်မယ်...မင်းတို့မှာ ပုန်းဖို့အခွင့်အရေး ရှိပါသေးတယ်...အပုန်းကောင်းရင်တော့ အသက်ရှင်မှာပေါ့...ခုနက သုံးယောက်က စလာထဲက မင်းတို့ကို ဒီထဲမြှားလာခဲ့တဲ့ ငါ့ရဲ့ကစားစရာလေးတွေမို့ အစမ်းပြတဲ့နေရာမှာ သုံးလိုက်တာ.....ကဲ....ပျော်ရွှင်စရာဂိမ်းလေးကို စလိုက်ရအောင်....ဟားဟားဟား"
ထိုမိန်းမအသံကြီး ပျောက်သွားတော့ အကုန်လုံးဟာ ကြောက်လန့်လွန်းလို့ ဘာလုပ်လို့လုပ်ရမယ်မှန်း မသိတော့ပေ။တစ်ကျောင်းလုံးက ဆရာဆရာမတွေအပါအဝင် ကျောင်းသားတွေနဲ့မို့ အယောက်၃၀၀ ကျော်လေသည်။
ဒီလောက်လူအများကြီး ရှိနေတာတောင် စာကြည့်တိုက်က ချောင်နေကာ အရင်ကထက်များစွာ ကျယ်နေလေသည်။
ခဏအကြာမှာ သတ္တိရှိတဲ့ကျောင်းသားလေးတွေဟာ အုပ်စုဖွဲ့ပြီး ပုန်းမဲ့နေရာတွေ ရှာကြတော့သည်။ခေါင်းလောင်းသံဟာ ဘယ်အချိန်ဘယ်လိုမြည်မယ်မှန်း မသိတာကြောင့် နေရာရှာထားမှ တော်ကာကျမည်။
ဆရာတွေကတော့ ကျောင်းသားတွေနဲ့ဘဲ ပူးပေါင်းကြသည်။ကျောင်းသူတွေကလည်း သေမှာကြောက်တာကြောင့် အငိုရပ်လိုက်ကြပြီး အားကိုးရာ ရှာတော့သည်။ရှောင်းကျန့်တို့တစ်ဖွဲ့သာ ကျန်ခဲ့လေသည်။
"ရှောင်းကျန့်.....မင်းဘာလို့ ငြိမ်နေတာလဲ...မင်းက အဲ့ဒီသရဲမှန်းဘာမှန်းမသိတဲ့ဟာကြီးကိုကျ မေးခွန်းထမေးပြီးတော့ အခုကျတော့ ငြိမ်နေတယ်ပေါ့"
"ဟုတ်တယ်....သူများတွေ ပုန်းစရာလိုက်ရှာနေကြပြီ... အခုချိန်ခေါင်းလောင်းသံမြည်ရင် ငါတို့အဖွဲ့သေမှာ"
ငြိမ်နေတဲ့ရှောင်းကျန့်ဟာ ဘာမှပြန်မပြောဘဲ ခဏအကြာမှာ ထငိုတော့သည်။ငိုတာတောင် ဝမ်ရိပေါ်ကို ဖက်ထားသေးသည်။
"ဘယ်လိုလုပ်ကြမှာလဲ....လာသတ်မဲ့သူတွေက သရဲတွေလို ကြောက်စရာကောင်းနေရင် ငါလန့်သေသွားလိမ့်မယ်....ပြီးတော့ ငါက လှလှလေး သေချင်တာ....အဲ့လို မျက်လုံးတွေပြုတ်ထွက်ပြီး မသေချင်ဘူး....တစ်သက်မှာတစ်ခါသေရတာကို အလှဆုံးဖြစ်ချင်တာ"

ဖန်မုဟန်နဲ့ ရီချုံးမိုဟာ ဘာပြောရမှန်းတောင် မသိတော့ပေ။ဘယ်အချိန်ဘယ်လိုသေရမလဲ မသိတဲ့အချိန်မှာ ဒင်းက လှလှလေး သေချင်တယ်ဆိုတော့ သူတို့ဘာများ ပြောနိုင်ဦးပါ့မလဲ။
ထိုစဥ် ဝမ်ရိပေါ်ရဲ့ အသံချိုချိုလေး ထွက်လာလေသည်။

ဝမ်ရိပေါ်ကတော့ ရှောင်းကျန့် ဘာတွေသဘောကျနေမှန်း မသိတာကြောင့် လွှတ်ထားလိုက်တော့သည်။သူများတွေက ပုန်းပြီးနေကြပေမဲ့ ရှောင်းကျန့်ကတော့ စကားပြောနေဆဲပင်။
ထိုစဥ် ကျောင်းသား၃ယောက်နဲ့ ကျောင်းသူတစ်ယောက် သူတို့အနားရောက်လာကြသည်။
"ငါတို့ ပူးပေါင်းကြမလား"
ပြောလိုက်တဲ့သူက အရပ်ရှည်ရှည်နဲ့ အရမ်းချောသော ကျောင်းသားတစ်ယောက်ဖြစ်ကာ cool guyပုံစံဖြစ်သည်။
ရှောင်းကျန့်သာ ဝမ်ရိပေါ်နဲ့ မတွေ့ရသေးပါက ထိုကျောင်းသားကို သူရအောင်လိုက်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။ကျောင်းချင်းတူတာတောင် မမြင်ဖူးလို့ အံ့တောင်သြမိသည်။
"ပူးပေါင်းလို့ရပါတယ်...ငါတို့လည်း လေးယောက်ဘဲရှိတာ"
"ကျေးဇူးပါ....ငါ့ဘေးက ကျောင်းသားနှစ်ယောက်က ဖုရိနဲ့ ဖုဖန်....သူတို့ကအမွှာတွေ....ကျောင်းသူလေးကတော့ ငါ့ညီမဝမ်းကွဲ ပိုင်မုံ့မုံ့....ငါ့နာမည်က ပိုင်ယန်စန်း..."
ရှောင်းကျန့်တို့တွေလည်း အပြန်အလှန် မိတ်ဆက်လိုက်သည်။အမွှာဖြစ်တဲ့ ဖုရိနဲ့ဖုဖန်ဟာလည်း အရမ်းချောကြသည်။ပိုင်မုံ့မုံ့ကလည်း ချစ်စရာကောင်မလေးတစ်ယောက်ဖြစ်သည်။
တစ်ယောက်နဲ့တစ်ယောက် မိတ်ဆက်ပြီးနောက် ဖန်မုဟန်ဟာ ပုန်းမဲ့နေရာရှာရန် ပြောလိုက်သည်။သို့သော် ပိုင်ယန်စန်းက တားလိုက်သည်။
"ငါတို့ ပုန်းမဲ့နေရာ မရှာဘူး...."
"ဘာလို့လဲ"
"အဲ့မိန်းမကြီးက လှေကားရှာဖို့ အချိန်နှစ်နာရီပေးတယ်လေ...ငါတို့သာ အချိန်မှီရှာမတွေ့ရင်ကော...သူက သတ်မယ်ဆိုရင် ငါတို့ဘာလုပ်နိုင်လို့လဲ"

ရှောင်းကျန့်က သူ့မျက်မှန်သူ ပင့်တင်မလို့လုပ်ရင်း ပြောလိုက်သည်။သို့သော် ဝမ်ရိပေါ်က သူ့အစား အောက်စိုက်နေတဲ့မျက်မှန်ကို ပင့်တင်ပေးလိုက်သည်။ရှောင်းကျန့်က ခေါင်းတညိတ်ညိတ်ဖြင့် ပြုံးလိုက်ပြီး

ရှောင်းကျန့်စကားတောင်မဆုံးခင် ခေါင်းလောင်းသံထွက်ပေါ်လာလေသည်။ထို့နောက် အခြားနေရာတွေကနေ အော်သံတွေ ထွက်ပေါ်လာသည်။
ရှောင်းကျန့်တို့ တစ်ဖွဲ့လုံး ကြောက်လွန်းလို့ ဘာမှမလုပ်နိုင်သေးခင် အော်သံတွေရပ်သွားကာ ကြောက်စရာကောင်းလွန်းတဲ့ သရဲတွေကို မြင်လိုက်ရသည်။
ထိုသရဲတွေရဲ့ ပါးစပ်မှာ လက်တွေ မျက်စိတွေ နှလုံးတွေကို တွေ့ရကာ သွေးတွေကလဲ ရဲရဲနီနေသည်။အသံက ငါးခါဖြစ်တာကြောင့် လူငါးယောက် သေသွားပြီဖြစ်သည်။
ထို့နောက် ထိုသရဲတွေဟာ ပျောက်သွားကြသည်။သရဲဆိုတာကို အခုမှမျက်မြင် တွေ့လိုက်ရတဲ့ ရှောင်းကျန့်ကတော့ ခဏငြိမ်နေပြီးမှ တံမလွန်က ပါးပါးကြားအောင် ငယ်သံပါပါနဲ့ အော်ဟစ်ပါတော့သည်။အသံက စူးလွန်းတာကြောင့် သရဲတွေတောင် လန့်ပြီပြေးနိုင်ကာ ဘေးကလူတွေတောင် သူနဲ့ဝေးဝေးကို ရွေ့သွားကြတော့သည်။
