"What did you say to her?" Calix asked Vicente.
"Nothing. And that's the problem." I said getting worked up. "So are you gonna take me home?" I asked him and he glared at Vicente before gripping my arm and leading us outside.
"What's your deal?" I asked before pulling my arm out of his grasp.
"You are." Calix said and my eyes widened. "You are mine." He said before placing a rough kiss on my mouth and a rush of butterflies flew through my chest.
"I-I thought you said-"
"I know, Heaven." He said before pecking my lips and tapping my ass. "Let's get you home." He said and I wordlessly climbed into the car.
Does this mean I'm allowed to be open about my feelings now? Because I have been hiding them for so long now.
I couldn't help but to fall-
I looked over at Calix, his hand gripped the steering wheel as if he was upset. His jaw was clenched as he focussed on the road.
"Calix?" I called and he briefly looked over at me.
"Yes." He replied briefly.
"I'm sorry." I said softly.
"For what?" He asked and I closed my eyes.
"For betraying you."
"You already apologized for that, love." He said and I sunk into my seat.
"So?" I asked and he breathed out.
"Apology accepted." He said with a smirk on his face. I looked out the window and smiled broadly.
Things might be different from now on.
"Thank you." I said softly and I noticed him smiling. He has a nice smile.
"Nevaeh Hart." He said smoothly and I felt butterflies in my chest.
No Nevaeh this isn't Buffalo 66.
This isn't a movie this is real life and you don't fall in love with your kidnapper in real life. There's fault in that, it's wrong.

But then again Vicente said that he had me kidnapped. I shook my head before pushing Vicente to the back of my head.
"What does, No puedes confiar en nadie, mean?" I asked slowly and Calix frowned at me.
"You memorised that?" He asked in realisation so I nodded.
"It means that nobody deserves that." Calix said and I frowned slightly.
"Are you doing that thing again where you're lying and when I ask people about it they tell me that you were lying to me?" I asked him and he laughed before shaking his head.
"Maybe but it's better if you don't know." Calix said and I sunk into my seat. Why am I still surprised?
"You just need to wait a little longer and this will all be over." Calix said and I turned my head to watch him while he drove us home.
I wish he was always like this. Gentle and nice.

Ghosts and spirits are outside of his specialty, and heaven help him if he has to cast actual spells, but Riordan isn't going to make this easy on his enemies. Even if that means breaking his long exile, turning to the local shifter community for help, and dealing with a bureaucratic department of mages. And don't even get him started on getting licked by a damn spirit bear. Now he just needs to figure out what will kill him first: his enemies, his past, or his own attempts at using magic? Touhou - Journey to the East
If you knew there was a world different from ours, what would you do? [a.] Try to go there. This was the choice on the application form of the so-called "Sealing Club" at my university. I did not know that this marked the beginning of an extraordinary journey. One on which I would experience unimaginable things, see magical places and meet mysterious beings. A journey that would change me forever. This is a fan fiction based on the Touhou Project bullet hell game series created by ZUN. It employs the many colorful and varied characters of these games (who are predominantly female), with some of them having canon personalities, while others are original interpretations. The story is written in first-person, as you may gather from the description above, and has a rather slow pacing - please bear with it. Warning: If you don't like to see your Touhou characters get hurt, emotionally or physically, this is not for you. There will be bloody conflicts.

Storm
The Storm started six months ago, and no one knows where it came from. All they know is it hasn't stopped for a single day, and you better follow the one rule: Don't go out in the rain. Hiding in the broken building of her old high-school, seventeen-year-old Marylou is one of the few to have survived this far. She doesn't believe in the Ghosts -- shapeless creatures said to roam under the rain outside -- but, to be fair, she doesn't really believe in anything except booze and the unconditioned love of her ball python snake, Evil Noodle. Chance brings Marylou together with Amy, a mysterious girl with an even more mysterious past, and Dean and Ray, two young men running what they call 'the last pizza place in California'. As the Storm rages on stronger by the day, the foursome will have to make a choice: keep hiding under roof after roof, waiting for starvation, or set out to the road and face whatever hides out there, under the Storm.
