《Let's stop | KookMin/Jikook》Talk to me pt. 1

Jimin POV
"Taehyung I've tried many times, but he won't listen to me..." I said with my head hanging low.
"What do you expect? It has only been a week, give him time." He answered bitterly.
"You know time is gold for me, and why are you so grumpy and irritated towards me? I'm supposed to be your best friend!" I know Kokkie is dear to all of us, it's not possible to look at him and not love everything with him, but still. I couldn't see his feeling 'cause I was caught up in my own, but why is all the blame on me?
"Yes I know, and because of that, time is gold for me to, to spend every second with you. But I was also very happy for you, I thought you had found your especial one like me." My eyes widened, has he an especial one? No way...
"Who is your especial one?" Was all I could get out.
"Jimin, I told you about me and Hobi one month ago. Can't believe you have forgotten it."
"I-I didn't know, I think I didn't heard it." I couldn't bring myself to look him in the eyes, or else I don't know what would've happened. "I'm sorry, but I'm happy for you." That wasn't a lie, I was happy for him and Hobi hyung. But I was angry and not happy at the same time.
"Thanks, and I was happy for you too, until you messed up. I mean, how could you not notice him having these feelings, after all you were the one who led him on."
"Tae, how would I have known he would look at it as affection? I love him with all my heart, but not that way. And I was too caught up in my own feelings..." I said.

"Oh no, you like someone don't you? Kookie's going to feel more bad now." He said and my blood started to boil, do my feelings and I not matter? Kookie here and Kookie there!
"Yah! How about me and my feelings? And yes I like someone. I don't expect any of you to be on my side, but I do expect you guys to believe and understand me when I say I didn't see his actions towards me more than a brotherly love." I was so lost and didn't know how to get back on track.
"There is no difference between you and Kookie, Jimin. We love you both and both of you are very important to us. But you know Kookie is still a kid, he gets hurt more easily, and you're stronger than him. Do you know he has cried himself to sleep for the past week?" I was totally mad now that I couldn't keep control over myself.
"Oh so since I'm the ''strong'' and ''mature'' one I have to stump on myself and my feelings? I know Kookie is younger than me, but did you know that I cried myself to sleep for the past MONTHS and not days? Even if I smiled in front of you guys, I was broken inside and I still am. I didn't want to say this because I don't want anyone's pity. But now I see that it doesn't help to be quiet, because everyone will think you're not troubled anymore." I had lost it and regret the minute after I was done talking.
"Jimin, non of us knew. I'm so sorry, please tell me what to d-
"I'm sure you are, and no. Don't do anything, and don't pity me. You know I hate that the most." I paused for some seconds. "Could you please leave? I need to be alone." He nodded and disappeared in few seconds.
How will I recover from all of this?

Living in Paradise
The first thing I saw when I woke up was a group of people standing over me shouting "Happy Birthday!!!". Immediately after they start debating what type of world I came from and calling me 'William'. Later on I would learn that everyone here is reborn from another world and many children come with magic or superpowers or other gifts leftover from their old lives. I came from a world that was, to me, typical modernity. To them it was pretty boaring with the only thing interesting about my world being was a higher than average tech level for a non-spacefaring civilization; technology that wouldn't even work in this new world. All I brought with me was a peculiar mindset and the strong suspicion that there must be something more to life. Once everyone started to clear out my mother took me up in her arms, explained how the world works, and then stabbed me in the neck with a knife. I got better. -------------------- This story was written from the central idea of a simple question: What if a videogame like world, with all the normal video-game staples and tropes, was actually a real world? How would that work? How would people understand the universe around them? What sort of weirdness would the world appear to have from the point of view of someone who recognizes the odd nature of the place? And finally, if left to its own devices, how would this type of world ultimately develop?

Dominion Expansion (a 4X LitRPG)
Clay is one of the world's top players of 4X games, a genre where the goal is to eXplore, eXpand, eXploit, and eXterminate. He's also one of the only players in the world to so stubbornly stick to the one city strategy, a favorite tactic of his that involves only ever using a single city or planet depending on the game's setting. All that matters to him is winning with his favorite strategy, but earning the respect of his fellow players for taking a sub-optimal strategy to its highest level has always been a nice bonus. And now it is because of his skill and entertaining determination that he has been chosen to represent a higher realm in a strategy game where the fate of Earth and dozens of other worlds are at stake. To the victor goes the spoils, and the spoils include entire worlds and billions of lives. That's how he ends up representing the ascended realm of Hell in a grand "game" between an entire pantheon of godly beings and other higher powers. But while it may just be a game to those overseeing it, it is a genuine war for survival to those participating in it where billions of real lives will go to the victor of whoever wins, and many will die before the game is over. Quick Author's Notes: System inspired by Civilization, Endless Legend, Stellaris, and Crusader Kings 2. Combat mechanics inspired by the Total War series. Slow-paced with many long-term plans. Protagonist has a personality heavily inspired by Ron Swanson. Know who that is and love him? You should like Clay. Know who Ron Swanson is and hate him? You'll probably hate Clay. Planning on writing every single day (turn). Days with important things happening will have the system/game mechanics be the priority of the chapter. Days where there isn't really anything important happening will be more slice-of-life and focused on character interactions. Designed a dice-based randomized map generator to create the world as the story goes on, so I don't even know myself exactly what's going to happen as a lot is dependent on world generation. Tech tree with hundreds of technologies already designed. There is a "harem," but it's not the main focus, the girls won't be cardboard cutouts, and I'm not going to completely forget about any previous women in the relationship whenever a new one comes along. One last thing. The "game" starts off with primitive technology level. The current plan is for the "endgame" tech level to be equivilent to WW2-era technology. After that and war just gets boring until you end up in space. Cover is temporary and made from royalty-free stock images while waiting for the real cover's commission to finish.
