I was in the car with Mauricio towards the training grounds today we were flying to Barcelona because of the the last group stage match in the champions league. There was some pressure on the guys they needed at least a draw to be able to go trough to the next stage. Barcelona is a tough team to face specially when they're home. I was exited to be going to Barcelona though.

I had my stuff packed, but I was still anxious about seeing Dele. Zoe hadn't talked to me since yesterday either so I knew she was also mad at me.

"Are you okay?" Mauricio asked me

"Yea why wouldn't I be?" I asked

"I don't know you've just been really quiet since yesterday" he said

"I've just been in a weird mood lately, but It'll pass or whatever" I said

"Are you sure? Do you wanna talk about it?" He asked

"No It's okay, I think as soon as me and Zoe make up after our argument it'll be fine" I said

"Okay" he said dropping the conversation.

We drove to the training ground in silence and we parted ways, me to the dressing rooms and him to his office. All we were doing today was preparing the clothes that were being brought on the trip then eating breakfast. After breakfast we would be heading towards the airport in the team bus then we'd be on our way to Barcelona.

I was helping Steve pack everything up and it didn't take that long in fact, I was trying to drag it out so I wouldn't have to face Dele. But soon enough we were done and it was time for breakfast.

I got my food and I tried my best not to look at the table where Dele was sitting but winks called out my name and I couldn't help but swear under my breath. I turned around and put on a fake smile as I walked over to their table. I sat down in between Winks and Dele, Dele had this big smile on his face which made me all warm inside.

"You trying to avoid me?" Dele asked as I sat down. He put his hand on my thigh and gave me a squeeze, he wasn't trying to make it discreet.

"No" I said not looking at him

"Look at me" he said in a soft voice and turned my head so I'd be facing him.

His eyes were scanning my face and lingering a bit on my lips, I knew he wanted to kiss me and I wanted to kiss him too, I didn't care who was watching. I just gave him a small nod and he understood what I meant. He cupped my face in his hands and then leaned in to kiss me. I wrapped my hands around his neck and pulled him closer to me until our lips coiled. As soon as we started kissing we heard a bunch of yelling, cheering and banging on tables. We both laughed into the kiss but tried to block the noise out. After breaking apart all eyes were on us and I all of a sudden felt uncomfortable.

"Okay shows over you can all turn around now" Dele said

Everyone sort of just laughed and continued what ever they were doing.

"so I guess the cat is out of the bag" I said

"Why didn't you tell us?" Christian asked

"This is great, why would you keep it from us?" Kane asked

"I don't know, it's private, we weren't even planning on telling anyone" Dele said

"Yea And everyone was slowly finding out" I said

"Who knew?" Kane asked

"Eric" Dele said

"Winks and Son" I added

"Mauricio" Dele said

"Wow so pretty much everyone but us?" Christian asked

"Son wasn't suppose to know, Eric knows because of Zoe and Harry knows cuz he's Harry" I said

"How did Son know tho?" Winks asked

"I caught them in the bathroom on the train yesterday" he said

"You guys were having sex while everyone was literally on the other side of the door?" Winks asked

"We weren't having sex" Dele said

"Sure you weren't" Eric said

"Don't make me bring up your sex life" Dele said to Eric

"How is Zoe doing" I asked not looking up from my food

"Good I guess she was really angry or annoyed all of last night, you know what's wrong with her?" Eric asked

"No"

"Didn't you guys have a argument yesterday after we got off the train?" Kane asked

"Yea What was that about?" Eric asked

"None of anyones business" I said annoyed

"So you did have an argument with Zoe?" Kane said

"It's none of anyone's business" I said frustrated

"Fine" Eric said putting his hands up in defence

I didn't say anything I was just annoyed at this point, I wanted to get away from everyone.

"I think I'm full" I said getting up

"You haven't even touched your food" Dele said

"Yea I'm still full" I said before leaving the table and exiting the dining hall.

Why do they constantly have to ask about stuff that isn't any of their businesses. I was very annoyed now I just went to go start packing the guys kits and everything they'd be needing. As I was doing that I heard someone enter the room and I just assumed it was Steve.

"Amelia" I heard Deles voice

"What are you doing here?" I asked as I turned around with a smile

"I wanted to see if you're okay" he said

"I'm okay" I said

"Are you sure?" He asked

"Yes" I said to him

"Okay come on I have something to show you" he said as he took my hand

"Where are we going?" I asked

"Just follow me" he said

I didn't say anything I just let him guide me to where ever he was taking me. The further away we got the more anxious I got.

"What are we doing?" I asked as we stopped outside some door.

He didn't say anything but just opened the door which revealed Eric who had his back to us.

"She's here" Dele said

"What's going on?" I asked confused

Eric turned around and moved out the way to reveal Zoe.

"Zoe?" I asked confused

"We'll leave you to it" Eric said before leaving with Dele and closing the door behind him.

"So" Zoe said

"So" I said

"About yesterday" Zoe said

"Yea, you know I don't like fighting with you" I said

"No you know what the problem is Amelia" Zoe said

"What?"

"You hate hearing the truth, I told you that you're pushing Dele away because you're scared of commitment Amelia and you know it, that's the only reason you got mad at me, and unless you start owning up to your issues and problems your relationship will never work" Zoe said

"Do we really have to do this now? I wanted to apologise" I said

"Yes we're doing this now, I don't want a apology I just want you to realise that you're self destructing and it'll never get better if you don't face it"

"What's your problem, why do you care? Let me do what I want, I know what I'm doing okay why don't you let me handle it?"

"My problem is you Amelia, you not realising that you're only ruining stuff for yourself"

"I don't get why you care so fucking much" I said raising my voice

"I really don't have time for this" Zoe said picking her bag up

"Zoe" I said

"No honestly Amelia I really don't have the time for this I didn't even want to be here Eric tricked me into this and I was stupid enough to fall for it" Zoe said as she opened the door and started walking away

She brushed past both Eric and Dele who were standing outside the door.

"Zoe are you being serious" I asked as she walked away

"I have a lecture in a hour" she said not even looking back

"What happened?" Eric asked he started walking after Zoe

"What happened?" Dele asked

"No I don't appreciate you ambushing me into that sort of situation" I said

"I know it was Eric's idea and I felt like it might help?" He said

"I have some stuff I need to finish" I said as I started to walk away

"Ames I'm sorry" he said grabbing my arm and turning me so I'd be facing him

"Dele I really have work to get done" I said

"Can I get a hug?" He asked

I just rolled my eyes at him and gave him a hug, he wrapped his arms tightly around me.

"I'm sorry" he said

"Don't say sorry" I said to him

"I feel guilty" he said

"Don't" I said as I looked up at him

"Kiss me" I said to him

Dele just smiled as he leaned down and placed a kiss on my lips. I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled me closer to me. Dele just wrapped his arms around my tighter, we started walking backwards until my back hit the wall.

"Okay we get it you're dating" someone said which made us break apart.

We looked over to see Dembele, Hugo lloris, Son and Trippier.

"So this is finally official?" Trippier asked

"Yea" Dele said as he wrapped his arm around my waist

"I guess we'll have to get use to" Dembele said

"Yes you will" Dele said

"I should get going" I said to all of them

"I'll follow you back" Dele said

We walked off and at first it was silent between the two of us.

"Del"

"Yes?"

"While at work or here we have to be professional so no kissing, holding hands or anything like that" I said

"I know we need to be professional, but how do expect me to keep myself away from you, you're irresistible" he said putting his arm around my waist

"Bamidele" I said

"I know I know, I'll try my best to be on my best behaviour" he said

"You better" I said

"I'll save you a seat next to me on the bus" he said

"I'll see you then" I said before we parted ways

I went back to continue with the packing, Steve wasn't with me so I had to do it myself. I didn't mind tho I had my earphones in and my music on the loudest volume. It was nice just being myself doing my job listing to music it was peaceful.

After packing everything that was needed, double and triple checking I sat down and I let out a sigh.

I closed my eyes and leaned back, I didn't get a full 5 minuets I'd rest before someone walked in.

"Hello, we're packing everything onto the bus, so you should get your stuff and get on the bus" Mauricio said

"Okay I'll be there in a sec" I said

"Is everything okay?"

"Yea I just had a silly little fight with Zoe" I said

"Just give it time you guys always come back together"

"I know, I just need to give it time" I said

He just gave me a smile before leaving the room. I quickly got my stuff and double checked i had everything with me before going towards the bus. After I got on I directly spotted Dele who had saved a seat for me and had a big smile on his face. I just smiled at him as I went to sit down next to him.

"How are you?" He asked

"I'm okay, what about you?"

"I'm better now that you're here" he said

"Why you being so cute?" I asked

"I'm always cute" he said which made me roll my eyes

"I want to take you on a date, a real date, a proper date" he said

"I would like that" I said blushing

"I was hoping you'd say yes cuz I've got something planned for us tonight in Barcelona" he said

"You do? What is it?" I asked

"It's a surprise"

"I don't like surprises" I said with a pout

"Too bad"

"Can you give me a hint?" I asked

"No"

"Please just give me a hint" I said

"You're gonna have fun" he said

I just rolled my eyes at him and crossed my arms across my chest.

"Trust me Ames you're gonna have a great time, If id tell you it'd no longer be a surprise" he said

"Fine" I said

"Are you looking forward to the match against Barcelona?" I asked

"Yes I'm really exited, but you know what else I'm looking forward to?"

"What?"

"When we're somewhere alone and I can kiss you" he said

"Bami" I said as I gave him a hug

"Is that you're new nickname for me?"

"Maybe" I said

"I like it" he said

"What happened to being professional at work?" Dele asked

"It's just a hug, I could let go of you if you'd like I'd stop" I said

"No don't" he said hugging me even tighter

I couldn't help but smile and bury my face into his chest. I couldn't believe any of this, the fact that Dele actually likes me. That he would be taking me on a date, in Barcelona none the less. Looking back to the end of the summer I could never imagine liking a Tottenham player none the less going on a date with one of them. I looked around the buss and I saw some of the guys give us smiles. I couldn't help but blush and smile, I laid down my head on deles chest. I closed my eyes and slowly started to drift off into sleep.
