I woke up due to the lights flooding into the room from Zoe's bedroom window. My head was on someone's bare chest and my eyes fluttered open and I saw Dele still fast asleep. A smile came to my face as I looked at him while sleeping.

"Stop looking at me" he said

"Oh sorry I didn't know you were awake" I said as I blushed and buried my face into his chest

"What woke you up?" He asked as he tuned on to his side and pulled me towards his bare chest.

"The sun" I said

"What woke you up?" I asked

"The sun"

"We should probably get up, you have training today" I said

"No just 5 more minuets, it's warm and cosy here" he said

"If you don't recall we're still in Zoe's apartment" I said

"I know I need to go home get ready and all of that" Dele said with a sigh

"So I guess it's time to get up Bamidele" I said

He just nodded as he pulled me closer to him and I just wrapped my arms around his waist.

"We really have to get up" I said as I let go of him and sat up. He just sighed before also sitting up on the bed.

"Did you sleep well?" I asked

"Yes I did I had you by my side didn't I, did you sleep well?" He asked

"I did" I said while smiling at him

I started to get out of the bed and Dele grabbed my hand pulling me back into bed with him.

"Dele" I said as I couldn't help but laugh

"That's me" he said as he started kissing all over my face

"Get out of bed" I said as I got out of his grip then tried to pull him out of bed with me

"Fine I'll get up" He said

He got up out of bed and started to put on last nights clothes on as I fixed my dress that I had slept in.

"Have I told you how beautiful you are?" He said

"No I don't think you have" I joked as I started looking trough Zoe's closet

"Well you are beautiful Amelia" he said hugging me from behind

"and you Bamidele are breathtakingly handsome" I said turning around to face him

Dele tilted my chin up and placed a kiss on my lips and I wrapped my arms around his neck to kiss him back

"I should get going before it gets too late" Dele said after we both pulled away

"Yea I'll walk you out" I said

He took my hand as we exited Zoe's bedroom, when we entered the living room we saw Zoe and Eric sleeping on the sofa bed.

"What the fuck?" Dele asked

"Zo wake up" I said hoping she would wake up and she did

"What are you doing here?" I asked

"Eric wake up" Zoe said as she started waking Eric up

"What?" he asked as he woke up

"What are you guys doing here?" Dele asked laughing at how confused Eric was

"We didn't think you guys were gonna sleep here so when we came back it was all quiet and all, we assumed you had left not that you were in my bed" Zoe said

"So you guys slept here?" I asked

"It was too late to drive back to mine" Eric said

"Oh okay, well I should get going" Dele said and I just nodded following Dele to the door

"I'll see you later" i said as I gave him a hug

"I'll see you then" he said hugging me back and giving me a quick peck.

After he left I went back to the Living room to Zoe and Eric

"Please tell me you guys didn't have sex in my bed" Zoe said

"We did not have sex" I said and rolled my eyes at them

"Did you have fun?" Eric asked

"Yes I did, I'm gonna go get dressed now" I said as I walked off to Zoe's bedroom.

I put on a pair of tights and a hoodie before entering the bathroom to brush my teeth. After getting ready I went back out to the living room where Eric and Zoe were sitting.

"Come here" Zoe said patting the spot between them

"Why do I feel like a child sitting in between her parents?" I asked as I sat down in between them

"am I your daddy then?" Eric asked and Zoe started laughing

"Euw no"

"Okay no but seriously how was last night?" Zoe asked

"It was really fun and nice, we talked about a lot and I like him Zo I do" I said

"That's so cute" Zoe said hugging me

"And I'll have you know that Dele really likes you" Eric said

"He said that last night but as much as I want to believe it, it's so hard" I said

"He really likes you trust me he told me a long time ago"

"When He was with ruby?" I asked

"Come on Amelia, you do this all the time you find someone good who treats you right but then you always try to find the bad stuff and pick it apart" Zoe said

"I know I know, I just have my doubts" I said

"Who doesn't when they're going into something new don't you think I had my doubts about him" Zoe said referring to Eric

"You did?" Eric asked

"Yes I've never dated a guy like you, who's so good looking, nice,funny and had thousands of other more beautiful and intelligent women after you" Zoe said

"But to me you're the most intelligent, most beautiful, the funniest, then most kindhearted out of all those women, and to be fair I think I'm punching above my weight" Eric said

"Excuse me you think you're punching above your weight? Have your seen yourself you're way out of my league still not sure why you chose me" Zoe said

"Could you guys stop being so cute?" I asked

"Can't help it" Eric said

"Don't you have training?" I asked Eric

"And don't you have work?" He asked

"Shit" I said looking at the time

"You can ride with me and Dele, he's picking me up in a bit" Eric said

"Okay" I said not sure if it was a great idea but I still agreed.

I was sitting on the couch next to Zoe while Eric left for the bathroom.

"So what did you guys talk about last night?" She asked

"How we feel about each other and that kind of stuff" I said

"And How did he feel about you?"

"He said that he likes me" I said

"But you still have doubts?" Zoe asked me

"Yea wouldn't you too, why would he like me out of all people?" I asked

"Because you're smart, beautiful, resilient, funny and just amazing in general" she said

"You're just saying that because you're my best friend" I said

"No I'm saying it because it's the truth and I had my doubts with Eric too but just give it some time and you'll see that he does truly like you" she said

"He's following me to dinner at my dads" I said

"Now see if he was playing you or didn't actually like you I don't think he would do that, follow you to your dads house, he likes you" Zoe said and I couldn't help but blush

"You blushing, damn you must really like him" she said

"Yea I do like him" I said

We continued talking about last nights evens and I couldn't get rid of my smile.

"Are you ready?" Eric asked exiting Zoe's bedroom

"He's already here?" I asked confused

"Yes he is, so get a move on" Eric said

I got off the couch and put on my shoes, I looked over to Eric who was giving Zoe a hug. A smile came to my face I was happy that she was happy. She deserved happiness more then anything.

"Okay lets go" Eric said as he started walking towards the door.

"Bye Zoe" I said

"Bye" She said back before we left.

"I'm glad Zoe found you, you make her happy" I said to Eric as we walked down the stairs.

"She makes me happy too" he said with a smile

"If you ever hurt her I'm going to break you legs" I said to him

"Same goes for you don't you hurt my Dele" he said

"I would never" I said

We exited the building and saw dele sitting in his car waiting.

"You wanna sit up front?" Eric asked me

"Yea If you don't mind" I said

He just nodded and got into the back seat while I sat up front.

"I didn't know you were coming along" Dele said with a big smile

"Well here I am" I said also with a smile

Dele just continued smiling as he leaned over to give me a peck.

"Gross" Eric said

"Shut up" I said while laughing

"Lets get this show on the road then" Dele said as he started driving.

As we drove to the training grounds we were all rather quiet and were just listening to the music. I think we were all tired too, the whole ride Dele had his hand on my leg. When he first placed his hand there i couldn't help but blush.

After arriving I said bye to both Dele and Eric before rushing into the training ground. After getting the first load of wash in I headed towards the dinning hall. I got my food and sat down next to the guys, I was sitting in between Dele and Son.

"Hey" I said

All the guys said their hi's and how are you's to me.

"You guys exited about tomorrow's match?" I asked

And all I got from them were a couple of yes's and nods.

"Wow you're all very talkative today" I said as I rolled my eyes at them

"I think we're all just so tired" Kane said and I just nodded

"I actually am not tired I had a good nights sleep and a great wake up call" Dele said as he placed his hand on my knee

"What you back together with Ruby?" Christian asked

"No" Dele said

"You got someone new?" Son asked with a smirk

"Well I slept okay my body is a bit sore me and Zoe slept on the couch last night" Eric said shifting the focus from Dele to himself.

"Why did you sleep on the couch?" Winks asked

"Because Amelia was sleeping in Zoe's bed" Eric said looking at me

"You guys could of had a threesome" winks joked

"It wouldn't of been a threesome because she was with- never mind" Eric said as he put his hand over his mouth.

"No continue who was Amelia with?" Kane asked with a smirk

"I was with no one" I said

"Oooh does mrs Amelia black have a secret boyfriend?" Christian asked

"Yea do you have a secret boyfriend?" Dele asked with a smirk

"Can I eat my breakfast in peace or will I have to leave?" I asked

"Fine we'll drop it" Winks said

"Thank you" I said

Today was the day that me and Dele were going to dinner at my dads house. I was so nervous and I wasn't sure why, I was going to meet my half siblings and that was going to be weird in itself.

"Amy" I heard James say as he came into my room

"Is everything alright?" I asked

"Yea I was just wondering if i could come to dinner with you at dads" he said

"Of course you can" I said

"Okay good" he said

"Come here, what made you change your mind?" I asked as he sat down on my bed

"I couldn't let our half siblings go their whole life not knowing this amazing beautiful creature" he said referring to himself

"Seriously?" I asked as I rolled my eyes

"I want an explanation from dad and I want to also meet them" he said

"Dele is coming along just so you know" i Said

"Ooh So whats the deal with you guys ?" James asked

"I don't know we're taking it slow" I said

"Taking it slow? He's following you to go see your dad" he said

"It's complicated" I said

"What ever I'm gonna go get dressed" he said as he got off of my bed

"Thanks for caring" I said sarcastically as he left my room.

I put on a pair of light blue jeans and a white knitted sweater, I wanted to look good but not extra. I finished my make up and I could feel how quick my heart was beating. I was so extremely nervous and I didn't know what to do. After 20 minuets or so I got a text from Dele saying he was outside.

"James let's go" I yelled out as I went down the stairs.

"How are you guys getting there?" My mum asked

"We're taking a taxi" I lied

"Okay, you know if you don't want to be there you can leave when ever you want" my mum said to me and James

"Yea I know" I said

"I'll see you two later" she said giving us a hug.

"Why did you lie about the Dele thing?" James asked as soon as we stepped outside the house

"I haven't told them about him yet and I don't think this would be a great time to tell them" I said as we walked towards deles car.

"So when are you planning on telling them?" James asked

"Not sure" I said

We both got into the car and Dele looked good per usual.

"Hey, James you decided to come along" Dele said

"Yea I changed my mind about this whole thing" he said

"I'm glad to hear that" Dele said

"So should we get this show on the road?" I asked

"Yea just write down the address" Dele said

I put the address into the gps and we started driving towards the house. It was quiet in the car and we were just listening to the radio. I think we were all just over thinking and didn't notice how quite we all were.

"So is this thing serious?" James asked making us snap out of it

"What thing?" I asked confused

"You two, what ever you've got going on"

"James" I said as rolled my eyes at him

"It's pretty new I guess but I'm serious about us I want to make it work" Dele said while looking at me for a brief moment.

I couldn't help but smile and look down to my lap.

"I have a question" James said

"Ask away" I said looking back at him

"So Dele let me get this straight you had Ruby and you chose Amy?" James asked

"James stop being a dickhead" I said

"No it's a valid question" he argued

"I don't want to be comparing the two, but I wasn't in love with Ruby anymore and It's just everything about Amy that draws me to her" Dele said

"Is that good enough of a answer for you?" I asked

"No really but I guess it'll have to do" he said

"I think we're close" Dele said looking at the gps

My heart started to beat faster and my palms started to get sweaty. Dele put his hand on my leg to reassure me and it sort of helped. But I was still feeling very anxious and nervous. After 5 minuets we pulled up to a house, which was obviously my dads. The house looked homely and welcoming, it had Christmas lights and other Christmas decorations.

"Are you guys ready?" Dele asked

"Yea" we both said

As we were walking towards the front door Dele took my hand into his and didn't let go. After knocking on the door it took a minuet before someone opened the door and it was our dad.

"You guys came" he said with a smile on his face

"Come in its cold out" he said letting us in

"Wow you've grown so much" he said looking at James.

James didn't say anything but just nodded.

"So id like to introduce you to my wife, Christina, Christina this is James, Amelia and Amelia's boyfriend Dele" he said introducing us to her

"Hi it's so nice to meet you guys, your dad has told me so much about you guys" she said with a nice smile

"It's nice to meet you too" I said

"Mummy who are they?" A little boy asked as he entered the living room

"Eduardo don't be rude now" his mum said as she picked him up. He was adorable, he was no older then 6 years old.

"This Eduardo is....." Christina trailed off

Understanding that it would be hard to explain to a child that these random people in his house were his siblings I said

"We're your dads friends, my name is Amelia and this is my brother James" introducing us

"Who's he?" He asked pointing to dele

"I'm Amelia's boyfriend" he said

"How about you guys follow Christina to the dinning room and I'll bring down Julia" my dad said

We all nodded and followed Christina to the dinning room, Dele still holding my hand not letting me go.

"So how old are you Eduardo?" James asked as we all sat down

"I'm 5" he said holding up 5 fingers with a proud smile

"You're a big boy now" Christina said to him

"Yea I'm a big boy" he said

"How old are you?" Eduardo asked

"I'm 17, she's 20 and he's 22" James said

"That's really old"

"Yea I should be getting grey hair by now" I joked which just made Eduardo giggle

"Julia this is my....friends, James, Amelia and Dele" he said introducing us to the little girl

"We were just talking about what a big boy Eduardo is" Christina said

"I'm a big girl I'm actually 8 years old" Julia said as she sat down on her seat

"So you're in year 2?" James asked and Julia just nodded

"Wow you're practically a grown up" James said

"No im not you silly" she said while laughing.

Through out most of the dinner we talked about the kids and how we were doing, we discussed a lot of football too and we were just leading stuff about each other.

"Amy, James I was wondering if we could talk for a bit alone?" My dad said

"Yea sure" James said

"You gonna be alright?" I asked looking at Dele and he just nodded

We followed our dad into the living room and I was getting nervous again.

"I'm so glad you guys came" he said

" Yea I'm glad we came too" I said

"I know one dinner won't make up for all the pain and suffering I put you trough"

"No it wont" I said

"But I would love to get to know you guys, spend more time with you guys, and have you involved in Eduardo and Julia's lives" he said

"Looking at how grown you guys are makes me so happy, I know that you might not want me in your lives your mum and Mauricio did an amazing job raising you guys into young adults, but I'd love to have you guys in mine and your siblings lives and I'd love to try to repair our relationship" he said

"I would love to be involved in my siblings lives and I wouldn't be opposed to getting to know you, but me and James both need and deserve an explanation to everything" I said

"Yes absolutely you guys do deserve an explanation" he said

"But maybe not tonight, it's already late, the 3 of us should just talk about everything one day" I said

"Yea I agree" James said

"Yes absolutely we should do that"

"We should get going I have work tomorrow and Dele has a match" I said looking at the time

"Yea of course" he said

After saying bye to everyone we were in deles car and it was quiet again.

"So how did it go?" Dele asked

"It was okay" I said looking at James

"Yea it was okay" he said

"Can I be dropped off at a friends house?" James asked

"Yea just tell me the address" Dele said

After writing the address into the gps I looked back at James who was on his phone.

"You alright?" I asked

"Yea I'm just tired" he said

"Why aren't you going home if you're tired?" I asked

"I'm sleeping over at a friends" he said not looking up from his phone once.

After dropping off James me and Dele drove back to the house in silence. I looked at the house and all the lights were off so I was guessing my mum and Mauricio were asleep.

"You wanna come inside?" I asked

"Yea sure" Dele said

We entered the house and I was holding deles hand as I lead him to my room.

"Did you have fun tonight?" I asked as I laid down on my bed

"Yea your younger siblings were so adorable" he said as he laid down next to me

"I'm happy you followed"

"I'm glad I followed too" he said

"You said you were my boyfriend today" I said

"I wasn't quite sure how to define what we are" he said

"I understand you were put in a awkward situation I guess" I said

"Yea" he said pulling me closer to him

"I'm so tired" I said

"Yea me too, I should get going" he said

"No stay for awhile"

"What if your mum or Mauricio walks in" he said

"They're asleep stop worrying" I said

"I'll stay if I get a kiss" he said

"I think that's a fair deal" I said as I started to lean in for a kiss. Dele wrapped his arms around me and pressed his lips against mine. I couldn't help but smilie into the kiss and then pull him closer to me. After we pulled away I laid my head down on his chest. As Dele ran his finger trough my hair and I laid on his chest I wouldn't want to be anywhere else but here.
