Oh no.

I could see Ruby from here.

She was waving furiously, but I couldn't take that now.

I was fed up, and angry.

I didn't know why.

Well, I knew it was something with Ruby, she made me mad.

"I couldn't concentrate no more, so Mauricio switched me out. Is something wrong with that?"

Kyle shook his head.

"I just meant to offer you to talk to me, but I didn't mean to offend you..."

I sighed sarcastically.

"Well then, leave me alone."

McGee and Trippier looked at each other.

"He didn't mean it like that.", Vincent tried to comfort Kyle.

"I bet he's exhausted from the first half."

He smiled innocently.

I swore, Vincent was too pure for the world.

At full-time the result was 2-1.

Nothing much really happened in the second half, but Kyle Walker receiving a yellow card.

After the match we went back into the cabine, where Mauricio was quite happy with the result and everything was fine, until Ruby came...

"Oh no.", I sighed.

"Hi, Dele!", she screamed.

"Congratulations on the win!"

I fake-smiled at her.

"Thank you. I suppose I take you out now, because I'm supposed to?"

She laughed.

"Italian would be nice now!"

She was so stupid, I hated that.

"Is it okay, if I leave now, boss?" Mauricio nodded.

"Of course.", he winked. "Have fun."

"Let's go.", I mumbled and went out of the building. "Gotcha car 'ere?", I asked.

She nodded. "That silver one..."

"Mind if I drive?"

She shook her head.

We silently sat in the car and I drove us to an italian restaurant.

Our "date" was very quiet.

"Dele, are you okay?" I nodded.

"No, don't lie. You're not. I see what you want to say: you find that restaurant stupid and you want to drink something?"

I chuckled.

"You're not wrong..."

She laughed. "Let's rather drink something..."

So we went to a nearby club and got really drunk.

Too drunk.

"Rrruby?", I yelled and hugged her tightly.

"Can I...", I giggled.

"Can I tell you something?", I asked.

"Sure. Delldell.", she muttered.

"I am gayyy gayy." I smirked.

"Meee tooo.", she answered.

The next morning I woke up next to her in her bed.

"Argh. I've got a bad, bad head ache!", I frowned.

"Me, too. I made us coffe. Here, Aspirin", she threw some at me.

We awkwardly had breakfast next to each other.

"Is it true?", she began to break the silence.

"Is what true?", I asked confused. "...you're gay?" I blushed.

"...I...", there was no point in denying anymore.

"Yeah. I'm sorry, that I used you." She shook her head.

"Me, too. I'm sorry I used you. I'm lesbian."

I smiled.

"Damn, that's great. I'm happy that you don't hate me. That changes a lot."

She chuckled.

"Yeah, it does. I want to hide my sexuality from my crush."

"Me, too.", I answered.

"But why did you try to convince me, to stay the night?"

Ruby rolled her eyes.

"By 'having fun' I meant ordering pizza and watching Netflix, you pervert."

I was embarresed.

"My bad. Next time, maybe. But tell me, who's your crush?", I smirked.

"You don't know her. She's a childhood friend. She may not be a model, however, she is the most beautiful person in the world."

Ruby blushed now, too.

"And who's yours?"

"Guess."

"Do I know him?" I nodded.

"Is he one of you team mates?"

I nodded again.

"Oh no... That must be hard for you."

"Literally.", I added and smirked.

"Gross. I didn't want to know that."

I laughed.

"It gets even worse. We share one room..."

She looked shocked.

"Oh no! Torture! It's not Kyle, is it?" I shook my head.

"Ouh!", she smirked.

"Yeah, good catch. He's cute."

I blushed.

"Of course he is."

"You two are one hell of a cute couple. Dele Dier... Or Eric Alli? Nah, Dele Dier sounds better."

I bit my lip.

"I don't think he loves me back."

Ruby patted my back.

"Don't give up, yet. You'll never know."

"I'm sure he doesn't."

We continued talking about our crushes 'till the afternoon.

"Oh, and sorry that I've been so rude to you all the time. I didn't think you were that cool back then."

She shook her head.

"It's cool. No problem."

I smiled and waved at her, when I hopped into the taxi.

Then I went back to my team mates.

"Hey, guys!" I cheered.

"Sorry if I've been rude to you Kyle."

But Kyle just smirked.

"How was the night?"

I chuckled.

"Great."
