zara walks into work on monday after spending the weekend at dele's and having dinner with her parents. as soon as she walks in, serena walks over to her.
'well?' she says making zara confused.
'well what?'
'how was your weekend?'
'it was alright, you?'
'only alright?' she asks.
'okay what's going on?' asks zara raising an eyebrow.
'i know that you're seeing dele alli. i saw it in the newspaper this morning, right in the corner it said "spurs star dele alli spotted leaving stadium with mystery brunette". so i see visiting your parents looks different now huh.
'yes fine, dele is my boyfriend. i know i told you it wasn't him and i'm sorry i didn't tell you. it's just i didn't want everyone in the staff room to find out, you know what some of them are like. especially the fact he's a known footballer.'
some of the staff members at the school are really judgemental and rude. she knows they're gonna found out sooner or later but still she wants to keep this secret as long as possible. if they found out she was dating a footballer, they would call her all types of names.
'don't worry about it zara, i completely understand why you kept it a secret. i just want to know how and where exactly do you just meet a footballer and end up dating him! how long have you been together now?'
'it's a long story.'
serena quickly looks at her watch then looks up at zara again.
'my first class doesn't start for another forty five minutes, i've got time.'
'well as you know i'm friends with kate aka harry kane's fiancée, i was at her house just hanging out and all that. we rang out of wine so i went to get some in their huge house and that's when i bumped into dele. i've met a few of harry's teammates in the past but never dele for some reason. i was like wow he's cute then somehow he got my number.'

'so we spoke and we became friends, there wasn't really a spark at first but then i went over to his place and he cooked for me and that's when i started to sense something. the more we spoke and saw each other, the more i started to like him. then one day i was at his house and i just kissed him, it just felt right. then some stuff happened here and there, nothing major and we both admit we liked each other and all that crap.'
'i told dele i was scared of being in a "relationship" due to personal reasons which he was okay. we've had some fights here and there but now we're official, i'm really happy and i'm in a good place right now. we've been seeing each other around three months.'
'well if you're happy then i'm happy for you zara! you've never been the relationship type because you're not used to it but i'm glad you've found someone. he seems really nice and he makes you happy.'
'thank you. i don't want to be that person but he's perfect. i'm so in love with him, i don't even have the words to describe how i feel about him.' says zara with a huge grin on her face making serena smile.
'so what's it like being a wag?' she asks jokingly making zara roll her eyes.
'well unlike some of them who just like showing off their fancy clothes and big houses. i'm actually working to pay my bills. not saying any of them, but a lot of them don't. i'm still gonna be working here, living in my tiny apartment and hanging out with my friends. i'm not going to change just for some boyfriend.'
'and right you are!'

after training, dele is sat down in front of his locker looking through pics of him and zara, smiling as he swipes through them.
'mate she has you so wiped.' says danny laughing as he watches his teammate.
'leave me alone.' says dele laughing.
'is little dele in love?'
'shut up!'
'oh my god, you are! delboy is in love!'
suddenly all his teammates start teasing him about zara, even though they've been dating he rarely talks about their relationship or how he feels about her. he knows that they have the mentality of five year olds.
'alright alright that's enough, leave him alone.' says eric rolling his eyes at his teammates.
'can't believe she started off as a bet and you ended up falling for her, good one dels.' says harry winks laughing but suddenly dele's face changes and eric notices.
'alright harry that's enough.' says dele.
'but it's true though isn't it? you bet us that in a week you could get a number, go on a date with her and bonus points if you sleep with her.'
'harry stop it.' warns eric as he watches dele.
'shame you fell for her though because i was going to give her a go myself, she's well fit.'
'harry, i'm warning you. shut up.' says dele suddenly getting up and going towards harry but christian and eric hold him back.
'now now dele no need to get all defensive. are you gonna tell her or shall i? you have three days or else i'm telling her myself.'

A World With or Without Aliens
Nothing matters. It's not my opinion, it's a scientific fact. This is neither good nor bad, it just... is. I watched my entire country burn, fried on a patriotic pan after some jerk fired a bunch of nukes at the docile fleet of alien ships hovering over us. Who gave this moron such power? I don't know. Everyone involved is most likely dead by now. As for me, I can't die. I feel pain like a normal person would (I think), but no matter how terrible the conditions, I will never die or pass out. Fortunately, a lot of alien technology survived its crash to Earth, so I get to spend some time playing with it until Mr. Author gets bored and decides to screw up my life. Beware, this has a "harem" tag. If you haven't figured it out yet, I'm the main character and am therefore subject to this novel's timeline. While this bars me from the sweet ignorance of Chapter 1's me, it does have other perks... for example, I can tell you that heroine number one is personally responsible for kil-!? H-hey, back off! I'm your character, so if you didn't want me to be like this, then you should've written me differently! Randomguy here! In all seriousness, this novel is meant to explore the concept of nihilism as a post-apocalyptic/supernatural-scifi/satire told from a nihilistic introvert's first-person perspective. As you heard from my unsettled main character, each heroine is going to be a different type of horrifying socio/psychopath with dark motives and dangerous abilities (most of which are psychological). Why would I do something like this? Because I am, in reality, a nihilist who is often frustrated by weird things, like unrealistically dramatic stories, the industrialization of art (specifically music), and people who think swimming in brown creekwater for five hours is a "fun" activity. Don't get me wrong, neither me nor my character are depressed, we're just malcontents who make a lot of nerd references. I feel like the true essence of an "everything is worthless" perspective is lost on most pop-culture figures. The closest character I can think of at the moment is Rick from Rick and Morty, who is a drunk, angry nihilist that experienced tremendous loss. I, personally, find this belligerent state of mind to be very relatable, and have incorperated it into every chapter's introduction. Here, the main character talks directly to the reader (and me), shamelessly complaining about some semi-relevant facet of society, which probably doesn't make much sense... it's not really supposed to, though. These "angry nihilist" moments are just a peak into the main character's everyday existence, and also act as miniature rage-journals for me. It will sometimes take a subjectively 'positive' turn, but not very often. This is because reality isn't good or bad, "it just... is". I will eventually bring it full-circle to optimistic nihilism, since that seems to be a more practical way to live (and by "practical", I mean "doesn't create mental health issues"). It is, of course, a satire. I did this because most unnecessarily emotional moments or people usually make me feel kind of awkward, so I decided to mock them. That is, I plan to mock the characteristics about them I don't like in characters based solely off said characteristics. Thanks for reading, and I hope you enjoy my story!

Dungeon Sect
On hiatus. Just have too much that happen in succession to have regular updates. will keep writing just wont be posting chapters for a while Jade was once a human on earth, many eons ago. He died and went to a cultivation universe. Sadly he was never heaven's choosen with heaven breaking luck. He was average and bland. When his brother was shining light he was the stabling post supporting him. Many sought to take down the light, but knew they were nothing to light so they tried to take down the post. Jade died in the cultivation universe, not without learning more than most in their billion year life times. He was not a genius by any means he was just well learned. Now he is a dungeon, with mana instead of Qi. Still he can cultivate and learn again. Who will he teach and help become a shining light Warning I am not the best writer, and it will take awhile to build to more of an action adventure story with dungeon building as a side as the story will shift from Jade the dungeon to his choosen students I use Cultivating Dungeon, and The bound dungeon as systems to build off of, but the story is all mine

Intercessor
"In my defense, I hadn't actually been trying to get hit by a truck." Artemis wakes up alone in a giant futuristic facility with no hint of where she is, how she got here, or what this means. Yet within two weeks, she is shot at with all the guns, a voice is beginning to speak in her head, and she is tormented by a seemingly sentient and possibly trollish space Roomba. Her only hope is Scarlet, another girl who is a complete stranger and almost shot her in the head. Oh, and she has fox ears and a tail. That is possibly worth mentioning. Artemis is not a nerd. She has never heard of the isekai genre, she can't fight worth a damn, and the blue-collar skills she learned at her community college are absolutely useless in a universe where technology is often indistinguishable from magic. She only has one thing going for her: A mysterious ability to interface with highly advanced technology left behind by the Antecessors, the long lost precursor civilization with technology that no one has been able to adequately replicate. Finding herself in a universe where civilizations are locked in an interstellar Cold War, where societies are so stratified that the aristocracy commands fleets of starships while slaves wash clothes with their hands, Artemis decides to run away from it all. She has a ship. She'll find a crew. She'll find a way to make a living at the fringes of civilization, learn how to cope with danger, and survive the affections of a universe where everyone is a cute girl with animal ears and tails. Welcome to Intercessor. AKA Kemonomimi Yuri Space Fantasy. Commissioned by Shaderic. Please leave your sense of shame at the door.
