the next day after work, zara was going to kate's house. they haven't hung out in ages because zara is so busy with work and kate has been looking after vivienne non-stop since she gave birth to her. and with the world cup that happened, they've barely seen each other.
zara drives to her house, with a small bag of various foods that she and kate love. she quickly stuffed in a bag some spare clothes as she's staying over in one of their spare rooms.
she pulls up, quickly texts kate and the gate opens and she parks her car while getting her bag.
'hi!' says kate as she opens the front door while zara walks towards it, 'it's been so long.'
'i know tell me about it! you and harry are working first with the baby making huh.' says zara laughing.
'oh don't! he's already talking about a third and i'm just like "h, you're not the one who's pushing it out mate." says kate laughing.
'and then you've got me, single and babyless when literally everyone around me is getting married.'
'honestly don't have a baby, it will ruin your body and you do all the work whereas all the man does is get you pregnant.' she says and they both laugh together before heading inside her house.

'we're on our last bottle of wine.' says kate, slightly drunk, opening the fridge in shock.
'i'll get some more. you keep them downstairs right?' asks zara.
'yeah they're in a black fridge, you'll see it.'
zara starts to walk down the hallway towards the staircase until kate calls out for her.
'i think harry's in there playing fortnite with one of his teammates. still, don't know if he's twenty-five or five.' says kate making zara laugh before she goes down the stairs. as she goes to open the door, someone opens the door taking her slightly by surprise.

'oh hey, didn't realise there was someone behind the door.' says the voice taken by surprise as well.
zara looks at him then suddenly recognises him.
'don't worry about it, hey you're dele right?'
'that's me, what about you? you must be a friend of kate's.'
'dele what are you doing, you're taking ages.' says harry.
'zara and yeah i'm a friend of kate's.' she says with a smile.
'that's a pretty name. it reminds me of the shop.' he says with a smile, then immediately regrets saying that.
'exactly, like the shop.' she says laughing slightly.
thank god she didn't take that badly, thought dele.
'dele!' shouts harry.
'i better get going, nice to meet you zara.'
'you too dele.' says zara with a smile before dele quickly heads back and she goes to get some wine. she picks up some bottles of the wine and heads back upstairs.
'you took your time, all you had to do is go downstairs.' says kate laughing slightly.
'well i just bumped into harry's teammate.'
'oh yeah?'
'yeah, he's pretty cute.'
'wait hold the phone? you just found someone attractive? it's a miracle!'
'oh my god shut up!'
'who was it?'
'dele.'
'alli?'
'how many deles are out there?'
'alright, no need to get cocky.'
little does zara know, that harry and kate planned this out. they both know they wouldn't agree to go on a blind date so they both invited them to the house at the same time.
back downstairs, harry and dele are still playing fortnite.
'so who's that girl that's upstairs with kate?' asks dele as he concentrates on their game.
'who zara? she's one of kate's friends.' replies harry with a shrug.

'she's pretty cute.' says dele then all of sudden harry goes back to the playstation menu.
'hey!' says dele annoyingly.
'sorry, you just called her pretty cute. did you ask for her number?'
'no! all i did was bump into her.'
'and what did you say?'
'i just apologised because we bumped into each other then i compared her name to the shop.'
'dele you fucking idiot!' says harry suddenly taking dele by surprise.
'what? she didn't take it badly!'
'still? who says that when talking to someone.'
'you know i'm not good at talking to women.'
'now we both now that's a complete utter lie. remember how you got together with tilly? how you flirted with her?' says harry looking at him.
'ugh don't remind me.' says dele pulling a face.
'but honestly dele, zara is a really nice person. i think you'd get on with her really well, you're both more similar than you think.'
'gosh h, you'd think she's the love of my life the way you're talking about her. i spoke to her for like thirty seconds.' says dele laughing.
'you're looking for a girl, there's one waiting for you upstairs.'
'stay out of this harry.'

Kernstalion
One release per week [Hiatus in November due to NaNoWriMo] [Changed the Summary based on reader feedback. Thanks guys!] When Mitchel gets a birthday gift from his girlfriend Sandra - a pre-order version of the newest VR game, he is thrilled. Real-life graphics, full-body senses, and a mysterious world that nobody knows anything about seem like a great way to escape real-life for a few months or longer. Two days later, his dreams of a pleasant pastime are shattered. After meeting a rude welcome-NPC, getting a weak starting body, and having a near-death experience, he finds himself sleeping on the ground, cold and filthy. Unable to log-out, he now has frightening dreams where the tutorial-AI is walking around in his body plotting Earth's conquest. If that isn't enough, he slowly realizes that the game might not actually be a game but that he could very well be in another world. Can Mitchel find out what is going on and where Sandra is? Can he regain his own body, and would he still want to when all is said and done? [The Story] What this story is: A LitRPG, portal-like, slow-moving story with a protagonist who has to balance crafting and 'magic' to survive. The books have a pre-thought-out plot and finish. Also, the world is harsh, and things don't always go the MC's way. What it is not: A drama, romance, grimdark, although these elements might appear. I've had some feedback that the intro seems to set up a very rough life for the MC. There is a reason for this, and I hope you give it a try beyond the first few chapters. Do note, this is not an unreasonably harsh novel.

Riftwalker
Legend speaks that a roaring force of insatiable abyss lies beneath the peaceful overworld. Named the Rift after its chasm-like entrances, this unexplored void has consumed the underneath for eons. What had seemed just a myth crawled out of unreality in the form of eldritch creatures. Reborn as something not entirely human, mankind rejected the boy. Thrown into the Rift by people who feared him, he had to live in a world run by monsters as a newborn. Surviving, however, wasn't his only difficulty as he soon had to decide whether he would save the people who banished him or simply idle as the Rift engulfed all life. As of chapter 9, Riftwalker is on a very small hiatus. I'm very busy with work atm :( Here are a couple of things to expect: Lots of action and exploration! Diverse and refreshing creatures; There are good and evil. Satisfying progression and coming of age. The protagonist stands out but isn't overpowered. There are some litRPG elements, but it's not a determinant factor. The fights are decided through one's combat skill and experience and not stat-checking. Oh, and some other info: There is a bit of gore, but nothing disturbing. Occasionally, there will be images of the scenery and landscape. Chapters will be around 1,5k to 2k words long, and the releases will probably be relatively slow, sorry.

Tale of the Modern Magus
You must be thinking how wonderful it would be to awaken Magic at some point in your life. You must believe it would be a blessing. You would be able to become famous and rich with the flick of your finger. It is no blessing, it is not wonderful. If you awaken magic you will probably spend most of your life trapped within a secret facility, getting your blood drained and bone marrow taken. Until you are too sick to be able to produce decent blood. Then you’ll be dissected and used for materials. The other option is to run. Run and keep running for the rest of your life, staying one step ahead from those trying to catch you. Forever wishing for a normal life. Roland’s tale isn’t a happy one. Sure there are good moments, good days, and sometimes even good months, but overall it is a terrible tale to tell. This tale is one about a man on the run. Yet it is also one about a man trying to overcome all odds, trying to find security, attempting to latch onto the sliver of hope visible before his very eyes. This is a tale with countless setbacks. People will die, cities fall, ideologies rise. Follow Roland on what would, at first, appear to be a journey to greatness.

Path of Righteousness
What do you desire? What are you afraid of? You run away from one, pursuing the other. Is that all you are? Conquer your fears. Dig to the bottom and confirm, what you really want... ...For you cannot escape suffering and death. You only have a little time. Use it wisely. Uru, a young boy with no talent for magic or fighting, sets out on a quest to become an avatar of order, the physical embodiment of righteousness, in a distant future, where control of origin energy allows people to defy physics and manipulate causality. Mocked by fate and broken by impossible dreams, all that's left is to stand in defiance to cruel existence. Because there is a Truth out there, somewhere. Singular, transcendent, eternal. What would you sacrifice for it? *** This is a fantastic sci-fi epic. It's going to blend both western and eastern traditional fantasy tropes – like might & magic and cultivation – with rational sci-fi grounded fully in reality, to produce a purely fictional fairy tale. I'd like to deliver something light-hearted and yet wholly serious. An uplifting adventure exploring the unfathomable reaches of humanity, free of indecency, with a healthy dose of humorous banter, legendary beings, and most importantly – lots of exciting, firework-filled mayhem! I've tried reading many web novels, but there's a fundamental problem with them – the eastern ones are annoyingly repetitive, superficial and morally destitute, while western ones are often dark, convoluted and profane. There's only so much one can do to filter out the bad and try to fill in the gaps with their own imagination. It's one thing to eat tasty fast food, but if it's moldy and filled with toxins, then it's not only poisonous, but also disgusting. The appreciation of beauty and higher values is disappearing at an alarming rate. Although there are throngs of talented people out there, none of them are creating what I want to witness – an inspiring battle against impossible odds, ending in absolute victory. A triumph of the spirit so overwhelming, it crushes the spectator into his seat and takes his breath away. I'm looking for a real paragon, so now I'd like to try conceiving one. *** The MC's name comes from Tolkien's Elven dictionary in Silmarillion, 'Uru' meaning 'Fire', and 'Dagnir an Uruloki' meaning 'Slayer of Dragons'. *** Note: I'm neither a native speaker, nor an aficionado of literature – I've never written anything before, and despite proficient English my literary prowess is abysmal. It therefore takes me a painful amount of effort to polish the chapters and bring them up to par. Last year I wrote and posted some on FictionPress, but I stopped since it wasn't going anywhere. The appalling amount of filth and mediocrity being peddled in all the media nowadays – a result of no conspiracy to manipulate the masses, but plain supply and demand – is no longer just the triumph of form over substance, but most worryingly corruption of the latter. Who wants to read about ideals anymore? And yet, masses flock together to gobble up perversion and depravity. That being said, I can't rule out pitiful exposure as the culprit to my failure, so I am now once again trying to increase it here, possibly for the last time. If there are still human beings present, hungry or in need of a detox after eating too much garbage, make yourselves heard, so I can see a reason to continue the story. Otherwise it's pointless – I'm not going to make fodder for the masses, and I'm most certainly not going to throw pearls before swine. I'll simply stop writing altogether.

New Job (Jensen X Reader)
I finally got the job that I have been dreaming of since I was a child. But I couldn't admit it to my parents because they don't like actors. I got the role of a demon who is demon Dean's 'girlfriend' and I have to say that I'm going to enjoy it a lot because the actor that pictures Dean is really good looking. I'm going to be as professional as I can and I hope he does do.
