"Riddhima!" Mom called.

"Yes?"

"Get ready! We are going to be late." Mom yelled.

"Yes."

I can't stop thinking. What is that he wants to talk about?

Now we are ready to leave. I just can't wait to know.

FIFTEEN minutes! FIFTEEN minutes!

We have been waiting for him past fifteen minutes, but he isn't here yet.

"Ridhimaa, What is pysum?" Evelyn asked.

"It's a South Indian sweet." Zac replied before I can say anything.

"Zac! How do you know?" I asked.

"A girl in the office is South Indian, she once gave it to me." He said rubbing the back of his neck with a blush.

"Aww so sweet." I said pulling his cheek.

"Ahem!"

Someone cleared their throat behind me and I froze.

"Armaan, finally you are here."

"Sorry aunty, I went for a shopping trip. It took me time to find my item."

"I hope you found it?" Zac asked with a smirk.

"Yes." Armaan glared at him.

What just happened?

"Ok. Let's order now. I'm famished." Armaan said sitting next to me.

I'm famished. Really? He have kept worried through out the day, left we wondering why are we called for dinner and he was shopping. Wait! He went shopping! That means he is leaving.

I felt a tug on my arm. So, I looked at Zac, then I realized everyone is looking at me.

I guess, I zoned out.

"I'm sorry. I wasn't paying attention. What is it?" I quietly said.

"I asked, what would you like to have?" Dad asked me.

"Oh. A Masala Dosa." I replied.

"Ok ma'am." The waiter said and left. That's when I realized that the waiter was standing next to my dad.

"Are you alright?" Mom asked.

"Yes, I'm fine." I assured her with a fake smile.

After sometime when everyone was busy in their own conversation. I zoned them out.

Armaan is leaving. Why does he have to leave? I can't leave without him. I feel like crying, though I'm not sure about it. I hate him, for making me feel this way.

"Ridhimaa." Armaan called me.

"Hmm?" I asked, not looking at him.

"Ridhimaa, what's wrong?" Armaan whispered in my ears.

I quickly looked up to see if anyone noticed that I zoned out.

I heaved a sigh when I realized that everyone was still busy.

"Nothing. I'm just hungry." I replied.

"Ok. Tell me if something is bothering you." He said, I looked up and saw him smiling at me.

Before I can answer it, our food arrived, so I said, "No. I'm fine."

"Ok." He nodded.

"So Armaan, tell me, what is the reason for this party?"

"Actually, there are two reasons. As you guys know that I was on a mission. That mission is successful now. So, I got a promotion. So, I'm planning to move out from that old house of mine and-"

I couldn't hear anymore without crying, so I excused myself and rushed towards the washroom.
