(this is part one of the wedding day!!!)
octavia had woken up in her childhood home at around nine on may 28th to the sound of lily, scarlett, ava, her cousin and elizabeth knocking on her bedroom door. octavia sat up and wrapped a blanket around her, opening the door. the four girls smiled at her widely, tackling her in a hug.
"woah don't break the bride." octavia said, the four laughing. the girls walked inside, octavia shutting the door behind them.
at the same time in the spare bedroom in the basement, haz, sam, and chris, and sebastain shook tom awake, tom jolting from his sleep.
"mate! wake up!" sam said, tom groaning as he pushed the men away from him. his eyes opened, smiles on everyone's face.
"it's your wedding day tommy, get up."
the parents of the bride and the groom plus paddy and harry stayed on the main level, making sure that the bride and groom didn't see each other at all. the parents looked up to the staircase to see the four girls force octavia downstairs.
"avi, you have to eat." scarlett said, the four reaching the bottom of the stairs.
"i'm gonna throw it up." octavia frowned, her saying good morning to everyone, her messing with paddy's hair and hugging harry tightly.
"it's just your nerves avi. it's gonna be a long day, you need to eat." lily said, octavia giving in as she made a bowl of cereal. the others ate as well, them going back upstairs as they waited for the hair and makeup artist and photographer to come. octavia stayed and chatted with her parents for a bit, sebastain and chris coming up from the basement.
"good morning boys." she said, hugging her brother tightly. sebastain hugged her back tightly, him relaxing a exhale.
"hey bride to be." he mumbled, kissing her cheek. octavia's eyes met sebastian's, her giving him a soft smile. she then went into chris's arms, his big muscular arms wrapping around her.
"good morning avi baby, and before you ask, we didn't break your fiancé waking him up." chris said, paddy and harry laughing from the couch. octavia laughed, shaking her head.
"i waited a year and half for this day, don't break my fiancé the day we get married evans." she said jokingly, kissing his cheek. octavia was called back upstairs, her quickly heading up the stairs. the boys then came upstairs to eat, tom not wanting to eat also.
"tom, you have to eat." chris said, the men around him nodding.
"i'm gonna get sick." tom said, his head in his hands.
"well then please make it to the bathroom."
"sam stop it."

at around 9:50, the hair and makeup artists and photographer were in octavia's room, them getting their hair and makeup done.
the girls were smiling and laughing as they got ready, the hair being next for them. it took a good hour and a half, their hair and makeup done.
at the same time, the boys were down stairs getting ready, a photographer downstairs with the boys getting ready. the groomsmen slipped on their gray suits as tom slipped on his black one.
tom successfully tied his tie, him thinking of all the times octavia would tie his tie for him. she was only two flights of stairs away, yet she was so far. the girls upstairs slipped on their dresses and shoes. octavia looked at the bottom of her right shoe, a small letter written by tom on the bottom, she teared up with a smile on her face, her slipping it on.

the photographer waited at the staircase, camera ready as the bridesmaids walked down the stairs first. veil on her head, but not covering her face, octavia carefully walked down the stairs, her parents at the end of the stairs with smiles on their faces.
"oh octavia, you look stunning." her mother said, lightly kissing her cheek.
"my little girl, all grown up." her father said, also kissing her cheek. octavia smiled at the two, then she looked at tom's parents, harry and paddy, the six being dressed and ready.
"you look beautiful octavia, tom is so lucky." nikki said, bringing octavia into a hug. dom brought her into a hug as well, a smile on his face.
"you look very pretty octavia." paddy said, the 18 year old boy looking at her. octavia smiled, remembering the little 11 year old she met not to long ago.
"why thank you paddy, you look quite handsome yourself young man." octavia said, the two laughing as they hugged.
harry brought her into his arms, holding her close. he exhaled softly, a soft smile on his face.
"i'm so glad it's you octavia." he whispered, octavia tearing up as harry released their hug.
there were two limos out front, one for the ladies and one for the boys. all the ladies walked out of the house. lily, the maid of honor, holding her train as octavia walked to the limo.
the limo left, the boys coming upstairs where dom, jack, harry and paddy were waiting in their suits. tom walked up first, a smile on his face. the rest followed, in the lighter colored suits.
"alright, limo is outside, the girls just left, you ready?" dom said, them nodding as the photographer followed them out, them heading to the church.
•••
octavia was outside in the back of the church by the flower garden taking photos, a bouquet of flowers in her hand. they took multiple photos of the bridesmaids alone and with octavia. then photos were taken with octavia and her mother and octavia with tom's mother. the boys then arrived at the church, toms photos on the other side of the church, by the trees.
some girls left octavia, as some of the boys came to octavia. sebastain's jaw dropped at his sister, tears in his eyes immediately as he watched her smile widely for a photo. he brought his baby sister into a hug, him holding in his tears.
"you look so so beautiful octavia. i cannot believe you're getting married" sebastain whispered in her ear, octavia holding back her tears. she released the hug, a soft smile on her face. her eyes trailed down his shirt, looking at his tie, it tied right
"who tied your tie?" she asked, the two positioning themselves for photos. sebastain laughed, a candid being taken.
"chris." the two then laughed together, more photos being taken of the siblings. they then became serious, two big smiles on their faces. sebastain wrapped his arms around his sisters waist, their cheeks touching as they smiled widely. chris had then walked over, a smile on his face with happy tears falling as he hugged octavia.
"you look so freaking gorgeous octavia." he whispered, him placing a light kiss to her cheek. she released the hug, a smile dancing on her lips.
"you look handsome yourself evans, not to bad." she said, the two laughing, candids being taken.
the bride and the groom took family photos with their families, people going back and forth between tom and octavia.
the immediate family for each family arrived at the church, them going to either the bride or the groom. big family photos were taken, them not taking too long.

the bride and the bridal party left to go to their room to relax as the groom and grooms party went to their own room. the rest of the guests arrive, them taking their seats in the pews.
"i'm getting married. oh my gosh i cant breathe, oh shit." octavia said out of nowhere. she did what she did when she got nervous, or has a sudden panic attack; scratch her biggest scar. lily jumped up first, everyone following.
"avi, its okay, it's tom, the love of your life. the happiest day of your lives. breathe avi it's okay." lily said softly, octavia breathing heavily.
"sebastian." she barley got out, lily not seeing anything like this before. scarlett ran as fast as she could to the boys room, calmed down, and knocked. haz opened, smiling at scarlett.
"hey scar-"
"i need sebastain. now. it's important. sorry haz." scarlett said, harrison seeing the look on her face as he called sebastain. he walked out of the room, a confused look laid on his face.
"avi." he ran as fast as his dress shoes would allow him. he walked into the girls room, seeing octavia breathing heavily. lily moved so sebastain could be infront of her. he carefully moved her hand away from her scar and intertwined their hands together.
"octavia, baby, deep breaths." he said softly, him breathing in and out with her.
"it came out of nowhere, i'm sorry." she whispered barley, her breathing in and out as everyone watched her calm down. sebastain nodded softly, their eyes staying locked.
"its okay. you got scared. i know avi, i know and its okay. you're getting married in twenty minutes. in twenty minutes, dad will walk you down the isle to the love of your life. in twenty minutes i'll watch you and tom confess your love to each other. in twenty minutes, you'll be octavia ray holland. this is the happiest day of your life avi." sebastain said, octavia chuckling softly.
"aw damn seb you're gonna make me cry, my makeup." she whined, everyone chuckled softly. sebastain smiled, his hand cupping her cheek.
"you're so grown up lovebug." octavia's eyes watered again, a nickname that hasn't been used since she was 10 rolled off sebastain's lips.
"i love you bubba." she said softly, her smiling softly as sebastian's thumb rubbed against her cheek.
"i love you more doll, i'm gonna leave now. ill see you walking down the isle looking stunning." sebastain kissed her head, lily thanking sebastain as he hugged her quickly and left the room.
ten minutes had passed, the bridesmaids and groomsmen leaving to take their places. tom walked down the isle himself, waiting at the other end for octavia.
five minutes before the wedding started, octavia met her father behind close doors, a bouquet of lilies in her hand. her father put the veil over her face, the two facing the door.
"i know, that when you were younger. i wasn't the best father. i hope you know that i love you. so much. i couldn't imagine you marrying anyone else but tom." her father said out of nowhere, tears welling in her eyes. she turned to face her father, hugging him.
"i love you dad." she whispered, him hugging her back.
"i love you too baby, so much."
you could hear the wedding music starting, and everyone standing up. they composed themselves, the doors opening. there stood tom, a wide smile appearing on his face. she linked arms with her father, the two slowly walking down the isle.
the smile never left toms face, tears of joy finally fell down his cheeks. octavia met sebastain's eyes, him giving her a wide smile. octavia was able to see him holding back his tears as he watched her walk down the isle.
she reached the end of the isle, her father handing her to tom. he walked to stand next to his wife in the pew, octavia and tom facing eachother. tom uncovered her face, a soft gasp escaping his lips. she was gorgeous.
"you look so beautiful my love." he said quietly, causing octavia to smile widely, tears falling down her face.
"i love you handsome." she barley got out, the priest starting the mass. he talked for sometimes, them getting to the vows. octavia went first.
"thomas stanley, you are my other half. the love of my life. you make everyday the happiest day of my life. these past eight years have been the best years of my life. you are so loving and caring, you always putting my well being before yours. you've been with me through the lowest points in my life, never leaving my side. i have no idea what i did to deserve such a amazing person like you. i'm eternally grateful it's you, that i get to spend the rest of my life with. the thought of the endless memories we'll make together makes me so so happy. i love you, with all my heart. i knew from that day in may eight years ago. it's always been you." she finished, tears running down her face. tom smiled with tears in his eyes, mouthing an i love you more.
tom then started, his hands squeezing hers as their hands shook from nerves.
"octavia ray, you are the best thing to ever happen to me. you've been by my side as you supported me as i fulfill my dreams. you're incredibly stunning, me falling in love with you over and over again as i wake up next to you for the rest of my life. no amount of words can describe how i feel when i hear your name, love. i truly have no idea what i did to to have you in my life. you make me so so happy, a forever smile on my face when i'm with you. i cant wait to live the rest of my life with you, to start a family with you, to make so many new memories as husband and wife. it'll always and forever be you octavia, no matter what. i love you. so much, to the infamous snack isle and back." he finished, octavia letting out a laugh as she cried. tears were rolling down their faces at the same time.
"gosh can i kiss you yet?" octavia whispered, the groomsmen and bridesmaids hearing only, them smiling and softly laughing.
the ring bearer walked down the isle, handing the two the rings. octavia slipped tom's on first, it fitting nicely on his finger. tom slipped octavia's on next, their eyes never leaving eachother. the priest had said a few more things, before the words that would make them officially husband and wife.
"tom, you may kiss the bride."
tom's hands slowly cupped her face as they kissed. octavia's hands rested on the back of his neck, pulling him closer. everyone stood up and started clapping, the two breaking the kiss. they smiled at each other, then kissing again.
"i love you octavia." tom whispered, the two facing everyone as lily fixed the train of octavia's dress before she and tom walked down the isle together. the two held hands as they started to walk down the isle.
"and i love you thomas."

Soul of the Warrior
In a world where Classes, Stats, and Levels are the everyday norm, Reivyn has a secret. He was unusually aware of his surroundings from an incredibly early age, and Skills and Stats were acquired easily. He was just the son of an ordinary village family, and nothing appeared out of the ordinary on the surface. But below the surface, dreams of another life help shape his mentality and growth. Why does he have some remembrance of a past life, and what is his purpose in this new one? "Soul of the Warrior" is what I call a Semi-Isekai LitRPG. I say "semi," because Reivyn's past life is remembered like a dream, and very incomplete. It is still Isekai, though, as he remembers enough that it directly shapes his personality and his sense of self. The System that governs the world of "Soul of the Warrior" is a combination of modified versions from Selkie's "Beneath the Dragoneye Moons" and Kosnik4's "Magic Smithing." I have changed enough of these Systems and combined them in a way that is unique that I'm mostly sure it's fine, but I still have requested permission to use these ideas. They have both graciously granted me permission. Winner of the April Writathon Challenge. Release Schedule is Mon, Wed, Fri on Royal Road.
