《Im Not Wendy (Peter Pan Fanfiction)》Im Not Wendy- Chapter 19

*Julie's POV*
A few moments later, we were back in Neverland. It was late at night, and Peter took me directly to his bed so he could take care of me. Tinkerbell got the amazing idea to take the boys to London, so Peter and I could be by ourselves.
And we needed that. We needed some time by ourselves to finally figure out what was happening to us, and between us. I didn't want to admit it, and im sure neither did he, but things were changing, and we were growing up.
Excusing himself for some reason, Peter left me by myself in the room. I decided to stand up and take a look around.
Running my fingers through the wood of the old, rusty desk that was on Peter's room, I found my hands resting over a box.
It was a simple, wooden box, with golden lining. It didn't have a key, and I was so tempted to open it. But I knew it wasn't right.
Temptation got over me, and, checking if Peter was around before, I opened the box.
Inside, a white nightgown was lying. I unfolded it and appreciated all of the beautiful embroidery it had. Under it, a silver thimble.
I knew everything at that moment. The nightgown belonged to Wendy, as well as the thimble.
But what astonished me the most, was the journal page folded under it.
And, what's most surprising, Peter didn't talk about Wendy.
He talked about me.
I sat down and began reading.
Dear Journal:
I just don't have words to explain how much I love her. How much I care about her. Julie is... perfect. She is the one. If I was ever to grow up, I would marry her in an instant. She's not like Wendy. Wendy cared more about herself, and she was stranged by everything. Julie is overwhelming. She cares so much about the fairies, and the boys, and me.

Her brown eyes are mesmerizing. Her hair, don't let me get started. Her body, so fragile, and so proportionally perfect. Her lips... her kisses are like paradise. Everytime we kiss, it's like butterflies and fireworks explode everywhere. It's just me, and her, and nothing else.
I love her, with all my being. She's making me turn into a man, little by little, but not forcing me at all. And she's turning into a woman. The boys are growing up, and, surprisingly, im not scared. I like it, actually.
She's perfect, Journal. She's the love of my life. Julie Andreans is the girl I want to be with forever.
Peter Pan.
I lifted my eyes off the paper mesmerized. I was the love of his life.
And he sure was mine.
I folded the paper again and placed it at the bottom of the box. I pulled out Wendy's nightgown and did what I never thought I would. I slipped it on.
I looked in the mirror. It was beautiful. Like it was made for me.
I made my way into the kitchen.
'Peter?'- I said, walking slowly into the room.
'Yes?'- He asked, turning around. He stopped mid sentence when he saw me in the gown.
'You opened the box, didn't you?'- He asked.
'Peter, im sorry, I just, temptation was consuming me. I'll put this back where it belongs, and I'll forget about the journal page'- I quickly said, turning around and walking away.
I felt a grasp on my wrist and I was turned around by Peter.
'You read the journal page?'- He asked. I nodded in embarassment.
'Good, because it's actually how I feel about you. I didn't know how to say it'- He said with a smile, getting closer to me each second.
'So, you're not mad?'- I asked, his face milimetres away from mine. He shook his head.

'Of course not. And, you look beautiful in your gown'.-He said. I looked at him confused.
'I thought it was Wendy's'- I whispered.
'The thimble was Wendy's. I actually had the fairies make an exact same replica of the nightgown Wendy used to have, just for you. And you look beautiful in it.'- He whispered back. I giggled.
'Come here'- He said with a smile as he picked me up. I wrapped my legs around his waist as he wrapped his arms around mine. He twirled me around as we both looked at each other, and, the next thing I knew, Peter had put me down and pushed me against the wall and kissed me hard.
(PG WARNING)
The tingly feeling of Peter's lips crashed on mine was amazing. The first and best response my brain gave me was to kiss back.
I smiled. Peter was a really good kisser. And he was all mine.
He pulled me even closer to him, so you couldn't even fit a sheet of paper between us.
I wrapped my arms around his neck and he wrapped his around my waist, and somehow his hands ended up resting just above my butt. I started playing with his hair and tugging on it a little, and he pulled apart from me.
'I love when you play with my hair'- He said. I nodded as he reconnected his lips with mine.I tugged even more at his hair making him moan. He tickled my sides slightly making me giggle.
We pulled apart but kept our arms wrapped around each other.
He took my hand and lead me to his room. There, he gave me my medicine before cuddling with me im his bed. It was late at night, and we'd already had dinner.
'Peter'-I whispered, turning around to face him.
'Yes, hun?'- He asked me. He started stroking my hair with his free hand.
'I've been thinking of something. It may come to you as a shock, but...'
'You've been thinking of us growing up, right?'- He interrupted me, asking so calmly. I looked at his eyes looking for an explanation on how did he know.
'I've been thinking about that too. And surprisingly I don't dislike the idea'
'But, im not saying now. I mean, in a couple of years, maybe. We're too young yet, you're 17 and im 16, and besides I like being here with you'- I said. He nodded in agreement.
'You're right. But you can't tell me we haven't changed. Julie, everything has changed between us.'
'What is that supposed to mean?'- I asked scarily. Peter sensed my fear and corrected himself.
'Im not saying it that way! No, Julie, my god, im saying that, we look indeed like boyfriend and girlfriend now. Our kisses, they've changed. And so did our feelings. You, Julie Andreans, are the love of my life'- I received one of his warm smiles. I smiled back and he pulled me back into his arms. I interlocked my fingers with his and looked at how perfect they were for each other. Just like Peter and I.
'Are you okay?'- He asked me.
'Yeah. Just thinking'- I answered.
'About?...'
'You and me'- I said, turning around again to face him.
'I love you very much, Peter'- I said.
'I love you too, hun'- He said. He kissed the top of my head and pulled me closer to him. I rested my head in his chest and we both fell asleep in a matter of minutes.

Jack of All Trades, Master of All
Jack was reincarnated, again. This time, the omnipotent sphere had finally revealed to him that this new world was, in fact, the real one, and his soul had just returned to his body after two years of coma. During that span, the Earth or the magical world No.146, where he was The Grand Sage, was just a simulation experience. Jack inherited the System of Knowledge from his former self in the previous world. But gradually, he realized there were other Returners, holding other powerful Systems that they themself were also granted. The reason? The Omnipotent Sphere refused to give an answer. With the ever-burning desire to find his former friends and companions at World No.146 after their souls too were returned to this world, Jack began his journey. Ahead of him, five hundred years old as he technically was, there might be some surprises he still wasn’t prepared for. This is an original translated work. I’ve always wanted to challenge my writing skill and post on Royalroad a few times, but, as it turned out, I realized my own English capability still limited me. Therefore, I am currently working with a team of three, hence the name Triopals, consisting of me, the author, a translator, and an investor who really put his faith in this project. My translator and I will work together to deliver four chapters each week. Depending on the translating, editing, re-reading, checking, and re-reading-again process, the chapters will be uploaded each day or all at once. Careful as we may be, there can still be some errors at our best, so we welcome grammatical corrections, etc. We are very appreciative of your support.
