sometimes I sit here with a mug of hot chocolate

in between my pale fingers and try to recall

what It felt like to be with you

and everyday I do this,

I can feel my memory fading little by little

and even though Im trying to hold on

I cant help but wonder If forgetting is a bad thing

because maybe it will hurt less,

If I cant remember you.
