Early in the morning at Red Velvet dorm

The girls are eating their breakfast peacefully when their leader come while reading the text on her phone. Her expression is really serious and her member assumed that there is something important. She takes her seat at head of the table and gained her members attention

"Girls"

"Yes unnie"

"Platinum sends a meeting roster to our manager this morning and oppa forward to me just now. Sam Studio will have second slot of meeting in 10 AM so they asked us to drive directly to the company later since we don't have early schedule today"

"Okay" everybody said

"It must be urgent" said Joy

"From what shown here, it looked like a meeting day at Platinum today" Irene show her phone screen to her members

"What worse is today is Monday, it really suck" said Seulgi

"I expect this to happen but I don't know it will be this early. He's not around for 3 weeks so he said this week will be very busy. You know something like he catch up something that he missed" Wendy reasoning

"Your boyfriend is committed to his work" Irene commented

"True, not only him but his dad and his sisters too"

"You met his family already?" Joy teasing Wendy who slightly blushing

"Yeah, last weekend when they come to US"

"Are they playful like Ayden too?" Irene asked

"Yes, everyone very friendly but when it come to business, no joking for them. I got goosebump when I heard how they talk about their business" Wendy said in scary manner

"Are they that scary?" Yeri curious

Wendy nods her head "The scariest is his older sister, Ava Samuel. Last year she almost makes their rival bankrupt because they play dirty with Platinum"

"Wow, daebak!" the girls said in amazement

"But they are very friendly and warmth like you all sees Ayden. His sisters are fans of kpop and kdrama. They envy when Ayden chosen to lead Platinum Korea but he don't know anything about kpop" Wendy chuckle

"They have their fun side too" Irene giggles

"Yup, they even asked me to bring them to out agency to meet our sunbaenim. They are our fans too"

"It's cool if we can meet with your sister-in-law too" said Joy

"Don't worry, one day they will come here. I guess the family is in business trip now and they busy at Platinum Global. They talked about something very serious last time which I don't have idea about what it is"

"You must be dumbfound" Seulgi nudging Wendy side

"True, I'm totally clueless. Luckily his mom is there talking with me while the rest talk about work"

"His mom is not working?"

"No, she just goes when necessary. She said she prefer stay at home, cooking for her husband and daughter"

"What a good mother"

"She's very humble even she is wife of business tycoon" Yeri commented

"You're right"

Everybody gathered at main meeting room of Platinum building that Red Velvet never enter since they started working with that company. Entire staffs of Sam Studio are there with files in front of them. They busy doing last preparation for their documents before their boss coming to start the meeting. Every eyes look to the door that just opened revealing Eric and Jessica followed by Victoria, Eric's secretary

"Good morning everyone" Eric greet them

"Good morning Mr. Daniel"

Then Eric takes a sit on his respective chair. His secretary sits on his left while Jessica sit on the empty chair that is 2 sit away from them on the right. Few minutes later, door open again and they stand up because the big boss arrive with his secretary

"Good morning everyone" Ayden said sternly while unbutton his jacket

"Good morning sir"

"Have a sit and meeting start" everyone take their sit

Ayden clasped his hands on the table then take deep breathe "First and foremost, is there anything that I missed while I'm away? If you guys have problem or whatever, please let me know. Mr. Kim, do you have problem in your team?" he looking at one of his staff

"Everything going well sir, we don't have any problem"

"Good" Ayden smile then his eyes turns to other team leader "What about your team Ms. Kwon?"

"My team just have a little problem with recording device that suddenly malfunction last Thursday" Ms. Kwon said

"Did you fix it already?"

"Yes sir, we it was sent for repair last Friday and they will deliver it here by tomorrow"

"Okay, next is Ms. Jung. Report in" Ayden looking at Jessica

"Entire processes of our project are going smoothly. We will proceed with promotional video and photoshot after you sign some document"

Ayden nods his head "Alright, send the document to Ms. Im after the meeting"

"Okay sir"

"Same goes to the other team, if you all need my sign, make sure submit the documents to Ms. Im then she will call you all once it done"

"Noted sir" they staffs said

"Now Red Velvet and managers, anything that you guys would like to let me know?" Ayden smile

One of the managers answers "We're in good track, sir. The girls will perform in few music shows, interviews and photoshot but their schedule arrange well"

"Good to hear that. Make sure the schedule not too tight for the girls"

"Okay sir"

"Sir, 3 boutiques submit their proposal for the girls outfit during the promotional shots. Shall we hand it now or just give it to you later?" Jessica asked

"Just give it now" Ayden said

Jessica signaled one of the staff to give the file to Ayden and they hand it to him. The boss flip open one of the files and review the content. Sometimes he talked with Eric and they discuss something. After that he proceeds with the second file and both of them looking at each other. Ayden sighs heavily and put the file to other side. He opens the last file and examining the papers inside

"Alright, after review the proposals I will reject the one from J-Cotton. The outfit is too sexy and revealing. The design is all good but it's too much for my liking. We aim this movie for children so this kind of clothes is not suitable for their level, understand?"

"Yes sir"

"Good, this one is rejected" Ayden put the file to the side then grab another file "I accept this one that is from B&E. They design decent clothes and suitable to wear. Proceed to discuss with them soon as possible"

"Okay sir" the staff said

Then Ayden grab the last file that he tossed earlier. He stands up from his seat and shows the file to his staff

"This one, it is from RX Boutique. I don't want any connection with this company" Everyone pay full attention to Ayden "Whatever offer, proposal or investment from this company, just reject it right away. I don't want Sam Studio or Platinum Korea to involve with them. They won't give us benefit and will only have dirty agenda towards us"

"Their headquarters is REX Holdings that based in Las Vegas. This one is their subsidiary. That company won't use any name other than REX or RX" Eric added

Then Ayden continue "The entire Platinum Group subsidiaries and branches including Platinum UK and Platinum Global are blocking their way so from now on we will do to. I don't want to see any of their file in our company anymore. Our IS team will dig more about REX subsidiaries especially the one that are in Korea. They will notify every department about the information so you all please take note. If you found that they try to involve with us, just turn it down. If they stubborn bring them to me, understand?"

"Yes sir" everyone said loudly

"Good" Ayden sit back on his chair but not before he ripped off the documents in front of the staffs and tossed it inside trash bin "Before I forget, 2 weeks from now the Chairman and President of Platinum Group along with CEO of Platinum UK will come here for 2 weeks business trip so they will check our progress especially the current project. Make sure finish everything that unfinished. I don't want to hear any bad comment from our boss. Write your report properly because Ms. Evelyn Samuel, the head of Sam Studio want to see it. I trust you guys that you all will do your best to present your work. You have 2 weeks to get everything ready"

"Okay sir"

"As for Red Velvet, our boss also would like to meet all of you. Ms. Im will arrange the meeting then she will inform your manager"

"Noted sir" Irene the leader said

"Good" Ayden smile to Irene "That's all important information from me, am I make myself clear?"

"Yes sir"

"Alright, now we proceed with presentation of our project progress"

"Okay" Eric stands up and connects his Ipad to the projector then he proceeds with his presentation. The meeting last for 2 hours straight

Red Velvet members settle in their car after the meeting finish. Everyone stretching their body since they need to sit in meeting room for quite long

"Aigooo, my butt feels numb" Joy whining

"This is first time we involve in long meeting. Usually our meeting will take 1 hour" said Seulgi while she start the engine

"It feel horrible than our practice" said Wendy

"You're right unnie" the maknae said

Irene turn back to look at her members "Hey, it is first time I saw Ayden look really serious and scary. Usually he is very cool like first time we meeting at our agency"

"It's my first time seeing him like that too" Wendy comments

"He is very charismatic" Seulgi said

"That is how it looked like when he gathered with his family and they talk about business"

"He has the aura" Yeri said

Seulgi slowly drive the car pass the main entrance and she stop when Ayden hold his hand like he hitchhike. He greet them with big smile when he approach them leaving Eric who busy talking with someone on the phone

"Hey guys"

"Hi boss" the girls waving playfully

Ayden chuckle "Are you all going home?"

"No, we go somewhere to eat" said Wendy

"Where is it?"

"Don't know, just anywhere Seulgi will drive us" everyone cackle

"Wow Seulgi brother, are you their driver now?" Ayden bump fist with the bear

"I'm a father in this family so I in charge of father's duty"

"You're a good father"

"Where are you and Eric going?" Wendy asked

"We have lunch meeting with client later. Right now still waiting for Yoona to get some stuff upstairs" Ayden sighs

"Make sure you eat a lot"

"Okay boss" Ayden wink

"Such a long day, huh" Irene teasing Ayden

"True, a very long and a tiring day for a first day after getaway. For first half of the day, I do nothing but meeting, then lunch with client. After that, have briefing with my staff. Tomorrow early in the morning will have video conference with my dad and my sister"

"Oppa, you should rest" Yeri said

"Sure sweetie, I will take rest later"

"You better do" Wendy said

"Yeah, I will go home late today. I'm sorry" Ayden looking at Wendy

"It's okay, I understand" Wendy smile gently to her boyfriend. She want to hug him to give some comfort but it is not a right place to do such things

"Alright, you all should go now. Have fun" Ayden said

"Okay, bye"
