Next morning, they check out from the hotel and head to the house after breakfast at the nearby café. Wendy still very nervous even Ayden say that his family can't wait to meet with her. She also want to meet with The Samuel but not this early. However, she calm herself so that she will be presentable to them

"Babe, are you nervous?" Ayden hold Wendy hand with his free hand

"A little bit but I'm fine, don't worry"

"Okay, my mom keep asking when we will arrive but I not telling her"

"Aigooo, you fooling around with your mom" Wendy chuckle in disbelieve

Ayden laugh lightly before he talk "I want to surprise them"

"Silly" Wendy pinch Ayden cheek

After 1 hour driving, they arrive at the destination. Wendy heart start racing when Ayden stop his car in front of the mini villa. They go out of the car and Ayden lead them to the door. He pressed the doorbell and wait for the door to open

"Relax, okay?" Ayden peck Wendy lips

"Alright" Wendy take deep breath

Door swing open showing a middle-age man with big smile plastered on his face. He resemble Ayden so Wendy know that he is Mr. Samuel

"Papa!" Ayden hugging his dad happily

"My son, long times no see" Mr. Samuel pats Ayden back

"Miss me?" Ayden joking with his dad

"Of course, I miss you so much" Mr. Samuel grin "Hey, you not introduce this pretty girl to me?"

Ayden who forgot Wendy presence turn around and hold Wendy hand "I will introduce her later"

"Alright, let go inside. Your sister and your mom are at the kitchen"

"Okay" they walk inside the house

"Darling, our guest arrived" Mr. Samuel announce to his family while walk the couple to living room

Few while later, Ayden's mother and his sisters come to living room with excited smile

"My little Samuel, I miss you" Mrs. Samuel hugging her son happily

"I miss you too mama" Ayden kiss his mom temple

"What about us?" the sisters whine

"Of course I miss both of you" Ayden then hugging his sisters

Mr. Samuel clears his throat "You guys don't forget that we have guest"

The Samuel sibling flinched and ends their little reunion "Oh my God Ayden, this is your girlfriend?"

"Yes sis" Ayden scratch his head and grinning

"How dare you forgot to tell us" Mrs. Samuel playfully glare at her son

"Everyone, this is my girlfriend"

"Hello, I am Wendy" Wendy bow her head politely

"Hi Wendy, welcome to the house" the Samuel said

"Thank you" Wendy smile shyly. By now she's a bit relax seeing Ayden family is playful and joking a lot with each other

"Babe, this is my mom and dad" said Ayden

"Nice to meet you Mr. and Mrs. Samuel"

"No need to call us formally sweetie, just call us mama and papa like Ayden did" Mrs. Samuel said softly

"True, you're part of our family after all" Mr. Samuel added

"Okay then"

Then they turn to Ayden sisters "This is my older sister, Ava Samuel and my second sister, Evelyn Samuel"

"Welcome to the family sis" the girls said in friendly manner

"Thank you sis" Wendy giggle

"Ayden, you don't need to introduce me with my middle name. We're not working" Evelyn said

"I used to tell them using your middle name so it's a bit familiar"

"You know about me already?" Evelyn face brightened

"A little bit when Ayden tell us about your business"

"Okay then"

"Oh, Platinum Korea worked with girl group from SM Entertainment, right?" Ava said

"Yes sis, Wendy is the group member" Ayden said

"That's mean you two meet after the collaboration?" Mr. Samuel asked

"Nope, we meet earlier than that. It was too long before we work together"

"We meet at art gallery last year" Wendy said

"Ayden talk a lot about you" Mrs. Samuel stated then they teasing Ayden

"Really?" Wendy looking at her boyfriend who slightly blushing

"They just kidding" Ayden said

"He's too shy to admit it" Ayden mother said teasingly

"Mama!" Ayden whining

"Stop whining in front of your girlfriend. You're not kid anymore" Ava said

"He whining a lot these days" said Wendy

"It just influence from Joy and Yerim" Ayden said

"I can't believe that you behave like a kid around your girlfriend" Evelyn shakes her head

"Hey you two are fans of kpop so if you have anything to ask, you two can ask her" said Ayden to his sister

"Yeah right" Ava and Evelyn looking at each other "Wendy, we're big fans of kpop but sadly we're not chosen to work at Platinum Korea"

"Which groups do you like or solo singer?" Wendy asked

"Super Junior, EXO, Girls' Generation, BoA, Red Velvet and KangTa" Evelyn list our their favorite idols

"We're at the same agency" Wendy said

Ava and Evelyn squeal "Awesome, we will visit your agency when we go to Korea"

"Anytime, I will bring you two to meet them"

"Yeay, thank you Wendy"

"No problem sis" Wendy grins. The nervous feeling was long gone and she enjoy it around them

"You belong to which group?" Mrs. Samuel questioned excitedly looking at the idol face

"I'm from Red Velvet"

"We're your fans" Ava and Evelyn link arm with each other

"Thank you"

"She is the main vocalist of the group" Ayden said

"We listened to your songs and you're the best. You really gifted with best voice"

Wendy blushing because of the compliment "Thanks"

"Hey kid, why not learn a bit to cook the food that we love? You two always complain that you missed Korea cuisine last time" Mr. Samuel said to his daughters

"Wendy, can you teach us to make some Korean food?" Evelyn asked eagerly

"I can but not everything, just a simple one since I'm not the best cook in town. What food do you love?"

The family looking at each other "Last time we eat kimbap, spicy rice cake, beef stew, kimchi fried rice, ham & kimchi stew, bibimbap, black bean noodle and pork belly ramyeon" said Ava

"Okay, what do you want to cook then?"

"Since tonight is a bit special we will cook something that papa and mama love. What food you prefer mom, pops?" Ava looking at her parents

Mrs. Samuel and her husband looking at each other "Beef stew and kimchi fried rice"

"Okay, Wendy can we cook that later?"

"Sure"

"Kimchi fried rice is the best when Wendy cook it. Trust me, it is my favorite breakfast now" Ayden said

"He just exaggerate, don't mind him" Wendy said

"I guess he tell the truth, he gain weight from the last time we saw him" said Mr. Samuel

"Before this he just eat sandwich or toast for breakfast but now he prefer something heavy. Good improvement kiddo" said Mrs. Samuel

"It's nothing mom, I not cook for him every day. It just once in a while"

"But when she make it, it is awesome" Ayden said

"We can't wait to taste it too" the others said excitedly

"You give us ingredients that we need then we will go out to buy it" said Evelyn

"Sure, I will give you later"

"Hope we can find kimchi at the supermarket later"

"I guess they have it. Mama and I go shopping earlier, I noticed it's available" Ava said

"Wendy, Ayden, you two go upstairs and rest for w while. We will call you for lunch later" Mrs. Samuel said

"Okay mama" they answered "We go out to get our luggage"

"Alright" the couple goes out to get their stuff

"Our son is really in good shape now. Last time he is not that bright" Mrs. Samuel said to her family

"You're right mom, I can see spark in his eyes whenever he look at Wendy. Smile never leaved his face"

"I'm happy that finally he meet someone that can take care of him even both of them are busy. Now I can sleep tight at night without thinking about whatever he does when he's far from us"

"I believe that Wendy is good person. She have good manner and respect people" Evelyn commented

"True"

"Just pray so that everything goes well for both of them. Our Ayden know what is the best for him and we hold his back. The most important is we get back Ayden that we lost few years ago. Treat Wendy properly like she is our family member. We should thankful to her that she love Ayden, take care of him and treat him well. Now we can make sure that Ayden is in good hand since there is someone always there for him while we're far from each other" Mr. Samuel said

"Yes pops" Evelyn and Ava agree with their father along with their mom

Ayden and his dad sit a living room while the girls are cooking at the kitchen. Mr. Samuel talking about business that Ayden handled and he's happy with the improvement of Platinum Korea. He knows his son capable and reliable so he not regret choosing him to lead the company. After talk about business, Mr. Samuel talks a bit about Ayden and Wendy

"How was it now?"

"What is that pops?" Ayden looking at his dad

"Your relationship with Wendy"

Ayden chuckle shyly "Everything going well. At first is tough but finally we make it. Lot of things happen before we officially together"

"I'm glad that both of you make it. Don't make mistake like your past relationship. Don't rush to marriage. If she is for you, not matter how long you have to wait both of you will together in the end"

"Okay dad, I also not plan to get married early. Wendy has lot of things that she wants to achieve so I don't want to burden her with commitment. I will support her to go after her dream first then we will settle down"

"That's good then. I know this time it will work well. I can see it from her eyes. She remind me of your mom when we're young. Her stare flashing endless love to me and that's how Wendy looking at you. Trust me, she is the one" Mr. Samuel pats Ayden shoulder

"Thanks for advice papa"

"My pleasure and you two have our blessing" both of them smile to each other

"Darlings, dinner is ready!" Mrs. Samuel shouts from dining room

"Okay, we coming!" the husband said "Let's go buddy"

They quickly go to living room with excited smile especially Mr. Samuel. There are lots of foods on the table but everyone eyes focus on Korean cuisine in the middle of the table

"Oh my God, I can't wait to eat kimchi fried rice" Mr. Samuel said

"The smell itself make me so hungry" Mrs. Samuel said while take her sit beside her husband

"Enjoy the food" Wendy smiling happily

"Thanks for cooking tonight" the family said

"My pleasure"

They start eating the food. Ayden family keep praising the food that Wendy made and they enjoy it to the fullest

"The taste is same like at the restaurant last time" Ava said

"Which restaurant is it?" asked Wendy

"The one at Cheongdam beside the mall if I'm not mistaken"

"You know the restaurant where I first meet with your members" said Ayden

"Oh yeah, I know it. We often hangouts there after working since it near our agency"

"The foods there are all awesome" the elder compliment

"You're right mom, dad" Wendy agree

"Tomorrow don't wake up late. Remember that we need to attend the event" Mr. Samuel said to his children

"Yes papa" they said

"Good"

"Pops, I got an email from CFO of Platinum Global regarding the recent investment. I will forward to you later" Mr. Samuel nods his head then Ava continue again "Tiffany had discussed with the representative of Rex Technology and she will present it to us next week. I guess Ayden also join her during that meeting" said Ava

"Yes, I also attend the meeting along with Eric. Their proposal look complicated and I not confident to work with them. They are not convincing" Ayden said

"I can't wait to hear what happen" Mr. Samuel said in serious manner

"Have they signed it?" Evelyn asked

Ayden sighs "I decide to hold it first because we still need to go through few documents that they submit. It's kind of absurd and Tiff also agrees to wait for a while. I'm ready for it since the first time Tiffany inform me and Eric also predict that it might be not profitable to us but we decide to hear from you all first"

"That's good that you guys not agree with them yet. I heard from business insider about that company. Usually they will make agreement that only give benefit to one party that is their side. To make it safe for Platinum UK, I forbid my team to have any connection with them even for small thing. I don't know that they try their luck on Platinum Global this time" Evelyn spill out her thoughts

"I will do the same for Platinum Korea after this" said Ayden

"You should do. They are competitor of our company but they never succeed because Ava and I always make few steps early than them"

"True" said Ava

"In case you and papa don't know, Rex Technology new subsidiary of our legendary competitor or shall I say enemy?"

"Seriously?" Ayden and his dad shocked

Evelyn and Ava answer with firm nods "Early last year I almost make one of their subsidiaries collapsed because they try to plagiarism of our goods. Luckily I take it easy to them since it first time so I consider it as warning. I don't mind if they want to compete, it was normal in business world but they play dirty so I don't have choice" Ava said calmly

"I don't know that you do such thing" Mr. Samuel said in disbelieve

"I also don't know about that" Ayden looking at his sister

Evelyn cackles seeing their reaction "Only I and Ava know about it. We don't want pops to stop us and you just start working at Platinum Korea so we don't want to burden you with that"

"You guys are scary" Ayden and his dad said while the sister laughing

Mrs. Samuel clear her throat after long silence "Guys, done talking about business. We're at dining table now. Wendy and I are getting bored here"

"I'm fine with that mom" Wendy chuckle

"Sorry, we just carry away with the talk. It's been a while since we sit for serious talk" Mr. Samuel said

"It's okay, you all can't talk as much as you want after this. Now continue eating"

"Alright" they enjoy their food again while talk about other topic
