《BTS Imagines》Working late (Namjoon x Reader)

Night had already come and Namjoon was still working. He had been writing new songs even after he had come home from work. Only at dinner time had he come out of his study.
Worried for him, you make your way to his office. Hesitating for a moment, you knocked on the door. 'Namjoon, is everything alright? I haven't seen you all day.'
No answer came from the other side. Really concerned, you entered his working space, which was something you would only do if you felt it was necessary. It was his little paradise in his own house where he could compose all he wanted, even though it could take hours, like now.
You entered the room and saw a tall figure sitting in the chair at the desk, head resting on arms. You carefully approached him, making sure not to disturb him. When you stood before him, you saw that Namjoon had fallen asleep in the middle of writing another song for BTS.
Aw, he looks quite cute when he's asleep.
You ran your hand through his blond hair, making him slightly turn his head and lean into your touch. 'Namjoon, maybe you should stop for today.'
'(Y/N), I'm almost done. I'll finish this one and come to bed afterwards, I promise,' he sleepily replied at your troubled remark.
His hand was covered in ink from the pen he had been using and some even had found his way to his face. You chuckled at the sight of the streaks on his cheeks as he turned to face you. 'What's so funny?' he asked, completely unaware of the way he looked.
'You look like a mess, a cute mess,' you admitted. His hair was just as messy as his whole appearance at the moment, and yet it was the cutest thing you had seen thus far. He laughed at your comment, smiling the bright dimple smile you love so much. 'Maybe I should go to bed then. We can't have that the boys have a disorderly leader.'

Namjoon stood up and pulled you into an embrace. 'Thank you for caring for me, (Y/N). Without you I might overwork myself like this every night.'
You wrapped your arms around his waist. 'That is something I won't allow to happen. The boys need you, but so do I. Think about your health every once in a while.'
He gently placed a kiss on your forehead. 'What would I be without you?'
'Probably more of a mess than you are now,' you answered with a grin. 'Clean your face and come to bed. The song can wait until tomorrow.'
'Alright,' he agreed and lets you go to get the ink of his cheeks.
Later on, as you were already laying in bed and about to doze off, you felt his arms wrap around you once more and pull you against his warm body. 'I promise I'll stop working late. Home is where you need me and where I should focus on you.' He nuzzled his face in your hair and sighs contently.
You caressed his long fingers, that had broken many things. 'Don't break that promise.'
'I won't, you know that. I may break a lot of things, but not this. This I'll keep whole.'

Seize the Sky
A missed opportunity...A second Chance....Justin McClain, a poor web-developer, is killed on the night he means to propose. Instead of dying he finds himself reborn into a child's body in a strange and alien world. Will he repeat his past mistakes or will he use his knowledge and Seize the Sky?This is going to be my attempt at a Wuxia/Xianxia/Cultivation Novel. I've been reading a ton of Chinese web-novels recently and Couldn't resist trying to write my own. This story will contain lots of action and martial arts and will most likely make the MC pretty OP, but that's sorta the point of wuxia novels. This is also going to be focused on pokemon like animals and will be somewhat along the vein of Long Live Summons although less haremy. It will contain mature content although I have no idea how much. Also, this is a secondary project for me. I've already got a novel on here I don't update enough so I'm treating this as a side project. Be prepared for very sporadic updates.
