The rest of the school year passed and the summer began, and they had a lot of work to do.

Even the Order of the Phoenix knew of Lord Voldemort's return, the Ministry refused to believe it.

So, the Dark knew they needed to begin reforming the Wizarding Word subtly.

And they knew exactly how: Xenophilius Lovegood, Luna's father, owned the Daily Prophets rival newspaper called 'the Quibbler', so they could have him write exactly what they needed.

Yesterday, Muggle-Born witnesses report that Minister of Magic Cornelius Fudge was seen in a Muggle bar performing magic tricks.

The witnesses —who wish to remain anonymous— say that Fudge was visibly holding his wand and using known spells.

They also say that he was obviously flirting with a young Muggle woman.

It is known that Fudge is soulmateless —like one-twentieth of the world's population— and married his wife, Millicent, out of love, but to cheat on her for a Muggle is plain disgusting and disrespectful.

Since he broke on of our world's most important laws, the Stature of Secrecy, he will be put to court by the Lords and Ladies if the Wizengamot.

If he his found guilty they will vote for a new Minister and Fudge will be sentenced to life in Azkaban.

On the day of the Wizengamot meeting, Tom and Harry found their balcony and took a seat.

More Witches and Wizards arrived, and once they were seated the judge made his way in followed by two Aurors and Fudge.

Since the Wizarding World was starting to believe Dumbledore was going senile since he was claiming Voldemort had returned, he was removed from his positions of Chief Warlock, and until a new one could be voted in, Lucius Malfoy would be the temporary replacement.

Harry and Tom's fingers laced together as the meeting began, "Lords, Ladies and Heirs, today you will be our jury to see if Cornelius Oswald Fudge, possibly former Minister of Magic, broke one ancient law." The judge addressed

"Cornelius, how do you plead?" Lucius, the impromptu Chief Warlock, asked him

Fudge hesitated, "N-not guilty."

"Please administer the veritaserum." The judge asked the Aurors

One Aurors restrained Fudge while the other forced the potion down Cornelius' throat.

"State your full name." Lucius ordered Fudge once the potion activated

"Cornelius Oswald Fudge." Cornelius monotony answered

"Yesterday did you perform magic in front of a female muggle to impress her?" The judge asked

"Yes." Fudge robotically replied

"Do you admit to breaking the Stature of Secrecy, our most important law?" Lucius asked him

"Yes." Fudge answered, shame in his eyes

"Do you admit to using magic to impress all of the Muggles in the vicinity?" Lucius continued

"Yes." Cornelius replied, knowing there was no way he could save his position

"Jury, please vote for his innocence or guilt." Lucius told the Lords, as buttons appeared before them

Both Tom and Harry pressed the red button labeled "Guilty" that was next to the green one that read "Innocent".

Once everyone had voted, the votes appeared on the screen.

"Cornelius Oswald Fudge," The judge announced, "you have been found guilty for breaking one of our ancient laws, and will be sentenced to life in Azkaban."

"NO! PLEASE! NO!" Fudge screamed as Aurors dragged him away

"On a happier note, we now need to vote for the new Minister of Magic. Do we have any candidates?" Lucius asked

Kingsley Shackbolt, a Auror, a member of the Order, and a light wizard, stood up and announced, "I'll give it a shot."

"Anyone else?" The judge asked

The Dark instantly looked to Tom, but he shook his head, he didn't want the Order to know that he had taken control of the Ministry, so he pointed to Lucius instead.

"I appoint Lucius Malfoy!" Someone announced

"I second that!" Some else added

"We'll vote on it then, Lucius or Kingsley?" The judge addressed

Tom and Harry pressed the red button —that had changed its label to "Lucius"— for the second time.

"Lucius Malfoy is the new Minister of Magic." The judge announced to the audience and smirking Lucius

Yesterday, Former-Minister Fudge was found guilty for his crime against the Magical Community and sentenced to life in Azkaban.

Also, Lord Lucius Malfoy was elected the new Minister of Magic by the Lords and Ladies of the Wizengamot.

Minister Malfoy has promised to erase the corruption of the Ministry of Magic and renew our world to its former glory.

Personally, I believe him and hope he fulfills his promises to our world.
