Narrator's POV
Petunia Jane Dursley née Evans liked everything to be perfect.
Food was always perfectly cooked, clothing was always perfectly washed and mended, the home was always perfectly cleaned, the garden was always planted, and her family was perfect now that the freak was gone.
The 'Freak' in her life was her nephew, Harry James Potter, who she had not seen in almost five normal years.
Sure, her life was slightly more difficult now that she had to do all the chores the freak used to do, but she didn't mind since everything had to be perfect for her Diddykins and Vernon.
After she had perfectly cooked and served breakfast, Vernon left for work, and Dudley left for a friend's house, she went outside and checked the mail.
On top of the stack of letters, there was a black envelope that read:
Seeing that this letter was out-of-the-ordinary, she went back inside before she opened it.
It read:
When Vernon arrived home he said "We have won a contest we didn't even enter. I told you, Petunia, that our life has been great since the freak left. The neighbors will be jealous of us and Dudley will have fun with the mystery solving."
The next morning, the family of three —with all three suitcases— went outside as a black limousine pulled up in front of their house.
A tall man with a black ponytail and goatee —that Petunia could have swore she recognized— held the door open for them and put their luggage into the trunk.
Settling into the front seat, the driver grinned as his sunglasses fell to his nose and he started the limo for the three hour drive.
***
The driver led the family of three into the large Manor.
"Why is it so dark?" Dudley asked

But before anyone could answer, the driver slammed the back of their heads with a suitcase: rendering them unconscious.
Sirius Orion Black, the driver, then pulled out his wand and levitated the Muggles to the cellar-turned-dungeon.
***
The previous day, Harry had suggested instead of kidnapping the Dursleys —and catching unwanted attention— they should sent some type of free vacation opportunity and use that to lure them to Riddle Manor.
So, Tom wrote the letter, Remus delivered it, and Sirius went into Little Hangleton's neighboring city, Big Hangleton, found a limousine driver, Imperiused him, and borrowed the limo.
***
Several hours later, the Dursleys woke up in their cells as Tom, Harry, Sirius, and Remus walked down the stairs
"Little freak, finally got some other freaks to protect you, didn't you? Can't even protect yourself, can you?" Vernon jabbed
Harry stiffened so Tom put an arm around him to soothe him, "You vile thing, you dare talk like that to him in front of me, Lord Voldemort? You have angered me enough already, an unwise decision on your part."
Vernon gasped, "You're Lord Thingy-thing that the Dumbly man warned me about! Don't kill me! Listen to me! Please don't!"
Tom was livid: this pathetic excuse for a human was now trying to save his hide once he had realized whom he was dealing with.
Angrily, he flung open the cell door and kicked Vernon hard in the side.
"The little freak deserved it." Vernon muttered
Tom's anger flared, "Crucio."
Vernon's screams turned even louder, tears streamed down his cheeks as he experienced this worse pain in his life.
Tom ended the spell after a few seconds: he didn't want to kill Vernon, not yet.
"Give him hell, Tom. You know all about what the bastard's done to me." Harry hissed

"Your wish is my command, my love." Tom replied
Tom then used "Accio" to pull of Vernon's fingernails and the whale-sized-man screamed.
"Confringo" followed that and it burned off Vernon's mustache and little boy of hair as well as patches of skin.
Petunia and Dudley watched in horror, "You'll get your turns soon enough." Sirius spat
Then, Tom used "Diffindo" to cut of Vernon's fingers.
Finally, Tom threw "Expulso" and Vernon's legs promptly exploded.
Tom turned to his beautiful Harry, and the teen whispered "Thank you."
"But, of course." Tom replied, gently kissing Harry's lips
Vernon started laughing even in his horrible pain, "You got yourself a whore now, didn't you Lord Thingy?"
Tom's red eyes flashed in anger: that Muggle dared to reduce his soulmate down to a common whore?
Tom calmed himself down: the Muggle wasn't his to kill, that right belonged to Harry.
"It's just two words, sweetheart, and this bastard won't be able to hurt you anymore." Tom soothed
Harry pulled out his wand, pointed it at Vernon, and said, "Avada Kedavra."
Petunia screamed as Vernon fell dead, and Nagini then slithered into the room and into the cell to shallow the corpse.
Harry then turned to Petunia, "You, my mother's sister. You let him hurt me. You let your son, my cousin, and his friends use me as a punching bag. You treated me worse than the lowest house-elf. Yet, all I ever wanted as a child was your love. To be treated the way you did Dudley. I made your meals, did work for you, let Dudley win. But not now. Never again will you hurt me. Crucio!" Harry said, firing the spell at the woman, her screams making him smile
The spell only lasted a few seconds before short circuiting since it was his first time using it, but to Harry it was satisfying.
Remus and Sirius took over the torture for him —they had been marked with Harry's mark and were eager to get their godson's revenge
As Sirius and Remus threw curse after curse at the house-mouthed woman —who was screaming— Tom wrapped his arm around his soulmate's waist, "Does this help, darling?"
"Yes, it does." Harry replied, nuzzling further into Tom's hold as he watched the torture
After an half-hour of endless torture: Petunia was bloody; she was missing her left arm, right leg, and her right ear; her hair was gone; and her left eyeball was on the floor beside her.
Harry then threw the Killing Curse at her and Nagini ate the corpse.
Dudley's eyes widened in horror: it was his turn.
Harry threw "Crucio" on the other boy and Dudley promptly screamed.
After he removed the curse, the cast "Imperio" on forced Dudley to beat himself to a pulp.
By thetime Harry freed him, Dudley has seven broken ribs, three missing toes, his right arm was bent backwards and he was puking a mixture of blood and vomit.
Harry threw the Killing Curse on him as well and Nagini ate the corpse.
That night, Sirius and Remus set fire inside the Dursley's house to make it look like they had all died in the flames and were not tortured and then murdered...

No matter what, their choices will bring forth a new era for Mendala. ------------------------------ If you love vast fantasy worlds, rich, fleshed-out characters, and a adventure where your'e constantly discovering new things along the way, then this is definitely a story you'll enjoy. This is a slow-burn high fantasy / adventure with many characters and intersecting plotlines. It’s a quest so lots of adventuring, exploring, and character moments, but not a ton of fighting/action (though there are definitely some great fight scenes as payoff to the buildup). Because it’s a fantasy world with lots of people and new concepts, I try to make it easy so that you don’t have to memorize anything. The narrative will constantly remind you of important people/places/concepts as you keep moving forward. Some things won’t be fully explained right at the beginning to avoid information overload. My goal is that the reader will learn things organically as the story progresses. I use two mechanisms to help with the intersecting plotlines. - Each chapter is named for the (main) plotline it’s following and which part. - At the beginning of the chapter, and anytime there is a scene shift, the location is listed. Also, though this is definitely a portal-fantasy (isekai) it’s different from the standard isekai, especially since the world transfer doesn’t happen immediately. It’s not Lit-RPG but characters gain powers and grow over time. Also, it’s a group of teens that transfer, not just one central character. All of the teens are distinct characters, with their own character-arcs, relationships, powers, growth etc. Hopefully you’ll find this interesting as you’ll see the world and story from multiple perspectives. The story is always in 3rd Person (Omniscient) POV so that it’s not jarring as perspectives shift.
