Third Person's POV
First time it happened, it ended with rough sex and Louis murmuring his apologies in Zayn's ear. All couples fight right?
Then the second time, they had sex again, but Zayn was left with bruised wrists and fingerprints tattooed onto his hips.
Louis apologized though.
Third time Zayn had a busted lip because Louis bit on it too hard when he came, and he also sported a noticeable limp.
Louis apologized again, and even cooked him dinner and massaged his back.
Fourth, Zayn refused to have post-fight sex; Louis didn't take it well.
He pinned Zayn into the wall, cursing the fuck out of him with vulgar words, then plunged his fist into the wall, centimeters away from Zayn's head.
Zayn promises himself that he'll put a stop to this.
Louis comes the next day with a heavenly scented bouquet of red roses and some fancy champagne, then he lays Zayn down and makes love to him sweetly and passionately, and all thoughts of him leaving Louis leave his mind.
Fifth, Louis slaps Zayn. That night was filled with tears, on both sides.
"What's happening to us, Zayn?" Louis whispered guiltily, he can't believe he actually slapped the only person who loves- loved? him. The only one who overlooked his flaws, he hurt him, he hurt Zayn.
"I don't know Louis." Zayn muttered from his position on Louis' lap. He didn't know what was happening to them, he just knew that he was the one being hurt in the process.
"You know I'm sorry, right?" Louis inquired fearfully.
"Yeah, I know." But, did he really? For the first time, Zayn wasn't sure.
Sixth, seventh, and eighth all had the same outcomes, one a little worse than the others, depending on the intensity of their fights.

Ninth, there are visible bruises everywhere, sickening hues of blue, purple, and yellow mixed together in the form of irregularly shaped spots.
Tenth, Zayn put his foot down.
"Get the fuck away from me Tomlinson; I didn't fall in love with a monstrous sex machine, I fell in love with a man who's now long lost inside of you, and I can't take it any longer. So, unless you find yourself again, I don't want to see your face until then."
"Zayn,-" Louis started.
"No, Louis, don't even try. Tonight, I'm getting over you."
Not everything is picture perfect in a love story after all, for how can a person physically inflict pain on his lover?
