《The Daughter Of A Prime》Chapter 11 Bone Hunting Part 2

SilverWing POV
Dear Diary
I think Wheeljack and I should have listened to Ultra Magnus. I’m on a mission with them both and Bulkhead as well. I thought Wheeljack and I could handle these Wrecker styles, but it looks like we just got ourselves in serious trouble.
***
“Scrap” Wheeljack and I said. We immediately got into a fight with them all. I slashed at them with my cyber-wolf claws, while Wheeljack used his twin swords. Bulkhead joined us not too long after. The fight was over right after Ultra Magnus joined the fight. He killed the Vehicons with the forge.
‘Damn…. He looks hot using that hammer’ I thought. I then immediately felt my face turn 50 shades of blue when I realized what I have just said.
“That’s why we wait for cover” Ultra Magnus said. I quickly shook my helm. I saw Wheeljack turn around, but stopped mid-turn when there was the sound banging.
“Ah, Bolts” He said before opening his chest plates. Just then, Miko came out breathing like crazy. I immediately covered my intake, trying so hard to hold my laughter.
“Forgot you were in there kid” Wheeljack said, putting Miko down on a rock. I saw Miko gasping for air.
“Ah… Well, at least I didn’t heave on any floor mats this time” Miko said. I couldn’t hold it any longer. I burst out laughing, falling on the ground while holding my stomach.
“SilverWing!” Bulkhead said.
“I’m sorry. I’m sorry” I said, getting up from the ground.
“So, what could have possibly compelled you to bring the native?” Ultra Magnus asked Wheeljack. Wheeljack then seemed to be in a daze, before coming back to us.
“Are your circuits impaired, soldier?’ Ultra Magnus asked.
“Prime told you to lead the Wreckers on this one. All of them” Wheeljack said.
“Are you mocking your commanding officer?” Ultra Magnus asked. I chuckled.
“Wouldn’t think of it, Sir” Wheeljack replied.
“I would” I said. I saw Ultra Magnus look at me with a deep glare before looking back at Wheeljack.
“The kid’s a full-blown Wrecker. Isn't that right, Bulkhead?” Wheeljack asked.
“Well…” Bulkhead began, but Wheeljack cut him off short.
“Look... She may be small, but she saved mine, tailpipe Wheeljack said.
“She also saved mine” I added. Wheeljack nodded.
“Snuff an Insecticon all on her own” Wheeljack said.
“Outside stander protocol no doubt” Ultra Magnus said.
“C’mon, Ultra Magnus. Stop being so grumpy. I know for a fact that Miko could handle herself” I said. Miko nodded.
“Miko has been through worse” Bulkhead added.
“I bet she has been” I said, chuckling. I saw Miko look at me with a smile. I smiled back at her.
“We did draw out the enemy and cleared the path already” Bulkhead said. I heard Ultra Magnus growled before finally agreeing.
“Find, we don’t have time for this. Bring her along” Ultra Magnus said. I heard Miko yell in excitement before running to the entrance with us right behind her.
“Is this it?” I heard Miko asked. I turned my helm back, seeing her holding a rock.
“No, that is a rock” Ultra Magnus replied. I then heard Wheeljack and Bulkhead began talking with each other. I was going to stay behind and listen to them but decided not to. Instead, I walked towards Ultra Magnus.

“So, tell me? Have you always been like this?” I asked.
“I don’t understand what you mean, soldier” He replied.
“I mean, have you always followed the exact protocol your whole life?” I asked. I don’t know why I was asking him this, but I just wanted to get to know this guy better and maybe, just maybe I will stop treating him like shit all the time for ordering us around like dogs.
“I have” He replied.
“Sure. I don’t think so” I said.
“What makes you believe that?” He asked, looking at me.
“I don’t know, but I do feel like you have broken protocol from time to time” I replied.
“I haven’t. I also don't plan on breaking it. I have always followed protocol all the time like we all should, especially you too, SilverWing” Ultra Magnus explained.
“Yikes! You’re so boring. No wonder you don’t have a Sparkmate” I said.
“How did you know that I didn't have a Sparkmate?” He asked. I saw him looking at me with a confused expression.
“I didn’t, but I do now” I said, chuckling. I heard him groan.
“Anyway, now that we are on this topic” I began.
“Why don’t you have a Sparkmate?” I asked.
“I don’t” He replied.
“C’mon! There must be someone that you like” I said. I then heard him mumble something under his breath that I couldn’t make out.
“What was that?” I asked. He shook his helm.
“Nothing. I don’t like no one” He replied.
“Okay. Whatever you said, Sir” I said, walking ahead of him.
‘Weird’ I thought
Ultra Magnus POV
“C’mon! There must be someone that you like” SilverWing said.
“Yes, but that Femme does not like me back” I mumbled.
“What was that?” SilverWing asked. I shook my helm.
“Nothing. I don’t like no one” I replied.
“Okay. Whatever you say, Sir” She said, before walking ahead of me. I sighed, looking at the beautiful Femme walk in front of me.
‘SilverWing’ I thought.
The first time I met her was back at Cybertron with her Sire, Optimus. The second time I met her was at the Wrecker’s base. I had just been assigned the position as the Wrecker’s Commander.
I didn’t think much at first about her, but as time went on, I began to feel something in my spark for the small beautiful femme. She was perfect in every way.
She was strong, beautiful, and independent.
I fell in love with my leader’s daughter. It hurt me so much when she would insult me. I could see the hate on her optics. It also hurt me seeing her leave with that annoying Wrecker, Wheeljack.
I know I shouldn’t feel this way because she’s my leader’s daughter, but deep down, I wish she will not hate me and return the same love that I feel for her.
“Ultra Magnus!”
I finally snapped out of my thoughts when I heard that same Femme that I was thinking about calling out to me.
“Huh? Yes? What’s wrong?” I asked.
“Well, I've been calling you for the last five minutes, and you didn’t answer me” SilverWing replied.
“Sorry. I was lost in my thoughts” I replied, rubbing my optics. She nodded.

“Yeah, I could see” She said. Just then, the cave suddenly started to shake, and rocks began to drop everywhere.
“What was that?” Bulkhead asked. We all turned around towards the entrance when we heard a roar of some kind.
“Whatever it is, it's big. And it’s coming fast” Wheeljack said. Just then, the Predacon showed up.
“The Predacon” I said.
“Let’s roll” I ordered. We all transformed and drove away from the Predacon. I was last but sped up to lead the Wreckers. The Predacon blew a large ball of fire at us, but we easily dodged it. I then saw a different cave entrance. I immediately turned right, hoping the others, including Wheeljack and SilverWing, would follow.
They did.
Just then, I saw that this part of the cave was too small. We all had to go one right after the other. I then noticed the Predacon, getting stuck. It couldn’t go any further, but that didn’t stop it from breathing fire at us because it did, and it was coming straight for us.
“Accelerate” I told them. We all immediately sped up. We sped until we came to a big opening, but also a dead end. We missed getting hit, though. We all then transformed.
“That rock won’t hold it forever. We need to contact base and request reinforcements” I said.
“Wreckers don’t call for backup” Wheeljack stated.
“What Jackie means is we can’t get a signal this far down underground” Bulkhead said, trying to speak up on Wheeljack’s behalf.
“Sure” I heard SilverWing say, laughing at the end.
‘How much I love her laugh’ I thought.
I then saw Wheeljack cross his arms to his chest for what Bulkhead said.
“Miko, I have to get you out of here. I’m gonna need you to climb” Bulkhead told Miko.
“No way. I want to help” Miko complained.
“And you will” SilverWing said. I nodded.
“Your mission is to reach my ship and contact Optimus Prime” I told her. I saw her nodded.
“Yes, Sir” She said. She then started to climb. We all then heard rocks crushing and the Predacon’s roar.
“Not sure I like the sound of that” Wheeljack said.
“Me neither” SilverWing added.
“So, uh…” Bulkhead began, but couldn’t find the right words.
“We make our stand. Here and now” I said, grabbing the forge and holding it in front of me. The others followed suit, taking their own weapons out.
“Separate” I told them. They did and hid in different parts of the cave, while I stayed and saw the Predacon rushing into where we were now. I immediately swung the forge into its faceplate then yelled.
“Open fire!” I yelled. They immediately began firing at the Predacon. It then blew fire at us, but I slid underneath the fire and swung the forge. It was then about to swipe its tail at me when Bulkhead showed up, stepping in the way and grabbing it, but the Predacon ended up swinging him back and forth until he got sent back to me. I was then pushed out of the way by SilverWing.
“You’re okay, Commander?” She asked. I nodded. I then saw the Predacon about to hit SilverWing with its tail. I immediately threw myself in front of her, putting her out of harm's way, but we still ended up being slammed against the rock wall hard. I groaned, feeling a little light headache. I then heard Wheeljack cursed before everything blew up.
We all groaned and started moving rocks off ourselves. I noticed that I was right on top of SilverWing. I think she noticed because I saw a large blush covering her whole face from the awkward position we were in. I immediately got off her, helping her stand up.
“Uh… Are you okay, SilverWing?” I asked. I had a small blush on my face as well as her. I saw her nodded.
“Yeah. Thanks” She replied.
SilverWing POV
I don't know what happened, but I do know that I’m going to kill Wheeljack after this. How could he detonate a grenade in a confined space like that?
Also, I was blushing so hard because of the awkward position the Ultra Magnus, and I ended when the explosion happened. I was underneath him. He was right between my legs with both servos on each side of my face. I tried so hard to show myself blushing, but failed. He then immediately stood up, helping me stand up.
““Uh… Are you okay, SilverWing?” Ultra Magnus asked. I nodded. I then noticed a small blush on his face
“Yeah. Thanks” I replied.
“Well, that didn’t go exactly as planned” Wheeljack stated. I rolled my optics.
“That’s because any first cycle cadet knows better than to detonate a grenade in a confined space” Ultra Magnus told Wheeljack.
“Even if I intended the confined space to be the belly of the beast?” Wheeljack asked.
“Uh, Sir” Bulkhead called but got ignored.
“Your actions continued to be just one step away from getting us all scrapped” Ultra Magnus told Wheeljack.
“With all due respect, Sir. The Predacon is loose, and Miko is out there all alone” Bulkhead said before running to go find Miko. I immediately ran right after him but found out that our exit was blocked off. So, we had to climb the same way that Miko did. Once we reached the top, we all saw the Apex Armor moving around, fighting 2 Vehicons and Starscream. The only good thing was that there was no Predacon, but only those three.
Just then, the one in the Apex Armor turned for just a second, let us see who it was. It was Miko.
“Miko?” Bulkhead asked. He was shocked. We were all.
“Perhaps you weren’t wrong about the human after all” Ultra Magnus said. We then watch her make moves that we’d never seen before. We then ran to Miko’s side, making the Decepticons to flee the scene.
“Aww. They got away with the bone” Miko said.
“Hey, you brought your A game, kid, like a true Wrecker” Wheeljack said. He then looked at her with a smile before looking at Bulkhead and I.
“And I want to remember this moment before the rust sets in” Wheeljack said, looking at Ultra Magnus before transforming and driving off. I frowned.
“What? Where’s Wheeljack going?” Miko asked.
“Solo” I replied with a sad tone.
“Again?” Miko asked. I nodded.
“Jackie just broke up the band” Bulkhead added.
