《The Daughter Of A Prime》Chapter 10 Bone Hunting Part 1

SilverWing POV
Dear Diary
It's been a few days since darkmount. We now had a new base. It was not as big as before, but for us, it was good enough. It also took a few days, but I was finally able to move around freely. I also was now staying with the Autobots as well as Wheeljack, who's ship got destroyed and couldn't use it anymore. But the most important thing of all was that my relationship with my Sire was back to normal. By now, everyone knew that Optimus is my Sire, but I didn't care. I was happy to call myself again Optimus Prime's daughter.

I was in my new room at the base when I heard a loud commotion outside. I sighed before standing up and going to the main room of the base.
"Wheeljack! You could have caused serious damage!" I heard Ratchet yell when I entered the main room.
"To me" Miko said. I looked around and saw the lobbing ball that Wheeljack and Bulkhead use crashed against the door that Agent Fowler's office was at. I was able to get pieces together by just watching the scene in front of me, so it was no different to figure out what happened.
"A Little help here" I heard Agent Fowler say from behind the door. I chuckled, walking to the door and taking the lobbing ball. I then put it on the ground.
"What were you thinking, soldier?" Ultra Magnus asked Wheeljack.
'Oh, no. This can't be good' I thought.
"I was thinking that Bulk would catch that lob" Wheeljack replied. I shook my helm.
"Let me make myself clear, as Optimus Prime's second in command, I have no intention of tolerating Wrecker behavior" Ultra Magnus said. I rolled my optics.
'Oh, then you are up to something that you can stop, Ultra Magnus' I thought. I was not going to allow myself to be ordered around by him like he used to do back on Cybertron. I left the Wreckers with Wheeljack because of him and will do it again if I have to.
"Somethings never change" Wheeljack said. II watched the others gather around, waiting for one of them to blow a gasket. I was one of them but decided to join in their conversation.
"C'mon, Ultra Magnus. Give us a break" I said, getting everyone's attention.
"You really don't expect us to follow every rule in the book like you do, do you?" I asked.
"Need I remind you that it was Optimus Prime himself who assigned me to command you Wreckers back on Cybertron and get you loose cannons under control. An effect on combat unit begins with discipline. If you wont accept that, feel free to choose the path of least resistance as you did before" Ultra Magnus told Wheeljack and I. I was shocked, but I was also mad.

"If my ship weren't a twisted wrecked present, I'd that... Sir" Wheeljack said before leaving. I saw everyone then look at Ultra Magnus before looking at me. I had stepped forward right after Wheeljack left the room.
"Listen, Ultra Magnus. And listen closely. If I didn't listen to you back on Cybertron before then, don't expect me to listen to you now" I said before also leaving the room as well to find Wheeljack.
I walked down the hall until I found him leaned against the wall with his servos clenched together in a fist. I sighed before walking towards him, putting a servo on his shoulder.
"Wheeljack" I called.
"What do you want, SilverWing? Don't you see that I want to be alone?" He asked. I sighed again.
"I know, but I also know it's not good to be held in this kind of stuff" I said. He sighed before looking at me.
"You're right. Thank you, SilverWing" He said. I smiled.
"No problem, Jackie" I said. He chuckled.
We then sat down on the ground, speaking with each other like old times. We ended up losing track of time, but we really didn't care. I love my time spent with Wheeljack. He was my best friend, after all.
"I hate how he ordered us around. He thinks he's in control over everyone, but he does not" Wheeljack said.
"I know how you feel, Jackie. I hate it too" I said. We then got a comm-link from Ratchet, telling us that Optimus was about to come back.
"C'mon" I said, standing up and offering a servo to help him stand up. He accepted it. We both then walked back to the main room. I then heard the sound of a Groundbridge. We turned around to the sound only to see Optimus walking through while holding something off looking.
"Optimus, did you find Energon?" Ratchet asked.
"No, but I did uncover this" Optimus replied, putting the thing that he was holding down for everyone to see. I took a closer look than felt my optics wide. I was shocked when I finally realized what the thing was.
"It can not be?" Ratchet said.
"Be what?" Jack asked.
"The ancient remains of a Predacon" Optimus replied.
"Though it remains unclear why such a skull would be found on your planet, it's present reveals all too much about the Predacon Megatron recently sent in pursuit of us" Ratchet explained.
"You mean that dragon bot we put on ice?" Miko asked. I nodded.
"Yes, Miko" I replied.
"Except the Predacons have been extinct since... Well... " Ratchet began, but Smokescreen finished for him.
"Since most life began on Cybertron" Smokescreen said.
"They are like Earth dinosaurs" Raf said.
"So, this means for you guys running into one would be like us meeting a T-Rex" Jack said. I nodded.
"You're right, Jack" I said.

"So, then what were dinobots?" Miko asked.
"Totally different" Bulkhead replied.
"With Megatron seeming new interest in excavation of prehistoric skeletons, and a certain scientist back on their ranks" Ratchet stated.
"It would stand to reason that Shockwave cloned the beast from one such find" Optimus said.
"And now Megatron is looking to clone another" Ultra Magnus added.
"What makes you think buckethead will stop at just one?" Wheeljack asked.
"We could have beast wars on our hands" Bulkhead said.
"And if Shockwave only requires a single strand of CNA from which to clone a beast" Ratchet began.
"He already possesses what he needs to clone this one" I finished.
"Autobots we must become beast hunters" Optimus said.
"One thing still doesn't follow. Predacons went instinct back on Cybertron. So, what would their bones be doing here?" Smokescreen asked.
"That's a good question, Smokey" I said.
Just then, Ratchet began to show us all the different types of Predacons.
"From our historical texts" Ratchet informed us all.
"But those are metal versions of creatures from our greek mythology and medieval literature" Jack said.
"Not dinosaurs" Raf added.
"It would stand to reason that Predacons did indeed walk upon this Earth in ancient times as they seem to be the bases of human kinds folklore. Illustrating once again that the past of Earth and Cybertron are inextricably linked" Optmus said. I nodded.
The rest of the discussion caused the human kids to be tired, so they ended falling asleep on the couch. I chuckled, seeing them sleeping. I was sitting down not far from where the kids were sleeping, trying to get some sleep myself. Ratchet was working on his computer. Wheeljack and Bulkhead were talking to each other. I don't know where Arcee, Bumblebee, or Smokescreen was at for the matter. Ultra Magnus was looking at more Predacons. I wasn't really paying much attention, that was until I heard Agent Fowler calling for Optimus.
"Prime. Satellites have just picked up two signs of Decepticons activity. One near an oil field outside El Paso. The other near the hiberdys bluff in Scotland. So, don't forget to pack your kilts" Agent Fowler said.
"We must divide our resources. Ultra Magnus led the Wreckers to the bluffs..." Optimus began before turning around to look at me and with a smile, he added.
"All the Wreckers" He added. I smiled immediately standing up from where I was sitting.
"Yes, Optimus" Ultra Magnus said, looking at us Wreckers before looking back at Optimus while stepping forward, but stopped before asking.
"Uh... What's a kilt?" He asked. I chuckled. I then saw Optimus lean into Ultra Magnus.
"Agent Fowler can at times be oblique. I find it best to simply nod and immobilized" Optimus said. Ultra Magnus nodded. Optimus then walked over to me.
"Good luck, SilverWing. Be careful" He said. I smiled.
"Always. Thank you, Sire" I said. He smiled.
"No problem, Sweety" He said.
"SilverWing, Bulkhead, Wheeljack, let's roll" Ultra Magnus ordered. I then heard Wheeljack groaned, making me chuckle. Just then, Ultra Magnus walked by the forge, before turning to look at Optimus.
"Optimus, I know there are many emotions tied to the forge" He began, but Optimus cut him off short.
"This is no time to stand on ceremony" Optimus replied. Ultra Magnus nodded, before picking the forge.
"I will be honored to put this to some practical use" Ultra Magnus said, putting it on his back.
***
We have just arrived at the bluffs of Scotland. I was so ready to kick some Decepticon's aft. We got here on Ultra Magnus' ship. Ultra Magnus lowered the hatch before we all went down.
"Alright, Beast Hunters" Ultra Magnus called.
"According to our intel, the Decepticons should be excavating for Predacon bones directly beneath us" Ultra Magnus said.
"On it, Chief" Wheeljack stated before running off towards the cliff by himself. I quickly ran right after him. I was not going to be one of Ultra Magnus' train dogs and follow every single order that he tells us.
"Does neither Wheeljack and SilverWing comprehend the chain of command?" Ultra Magnus asked.
'Nope, we don't' I thought.
"I didn't authorize either of them to advance without proper cover" He added.
"I'm sure they are just trying to prove themselves now that you and they are serving together again, Sir" Bulkhead replied. I rolled my optics.
'Sure. We are' I sarcastically thought.
I then heard Wheeljack then jumped. I chuckled because he had jumped down while yelling "Yeehaw". I then jumped right behind him. We immediately began to climb down the cliff. We then looked down, before looking up when we felt a bunch of small rocks hit our helm. We saw Bulkhead right above us.
"Jackie, SilverWing! Wait up! Ultra Magnus..." I heard Bulkhead began telling us, but Wheeljack quickly cut him off short.
"Blah, blah, blah" Wheeljack said. I chuckled.
Just then, we heard a shush sound from Bulkhead. We looked at him, before looking down. We saw two Vehicons coming out of the mine.
"Wrecker Fact 17" Wheeljack said. We all smirked.
"Cons never look up" Bulkhead said. I nodded.
Just then, I saw Bulkhead's pedal slipped, making a bunch of little rocks to fall, getting the Vehicon's attention, but before they had the chance to comprehend what was going on, we crashed them by falling on top of them both. When I say "we" I meant Wheeljack and I.
"Way Too Easy" I said. Wheeljack nodded. I then saw Wheeljack look up at Bulkhead. Bulkhead looked at Wheeljack before looking at Ultra Magnus. That was when Wheeljack looked at Ultra Magnus and, with his swords, did a small salute. I only rolled my optics at them all. Just then, I saw a bunch of Vehicons come out.

With You [Cannon Kuroo x reader]
You are a manager for the Karasuno the volleyball team, along with Kiyoko. When you met the captain of the Nekoma, Kuroo Tetsuro, at a practice game, life became more interesting. Read to see what happens when you two meet again at a training camp.(Absolutely no angst because only happy thoughts. Cannon Kuroo, because fandom Kuroo is sorta toxic. Please read, comment, share, and vote for no reason.)P.S: Y/N does not play a sport, not at all. (The reason why is that I hate sports and I've seen to much of the sporty girl x Kuroo. I wanted something different and everyone seems to think that Y/N is a fit person with some attitude, especially with those Kuroo x readers. I wanted Y/N to be normal and nice with no attitude and no sass. Thanks for listening to me rant. Oh and sorry if you're fit this fanfic works for you too and you're beautiful too.)
