He sent his tanto towards in an arc at my neck. I ducked down and sent my first katana towards his chest while using the other to keep my balance. He jumped back and send kunai in my direction.

I reflect them all standing up and feel the air around me change. I lunge to the side in the second he appeared sending his tanto in the area I was just in.

I run at him using both my katana's to swing down in an arc. He uses his tanto to stop me and his other hand to support the edge of his blade. We both jump back and lung at each other again.

I slip behind him and send my katana towards his neck, but he meets me with his tanto. I let go of my second katana and focus all of my strength into my first.

With his other hand, he tries to stab me with a kunai, but I jump behind him and send my katana to his neck. His tanto was in his other hand pointed at my chest.

I pant as we both stare at each other for a while.

His face was littered with bruises and dirt, probably mirroring my own. His chest was heaving and his Akatsuki coat was slightly torn.

The visible parts of his hands are scrapped and his lips were curled into a small smirk.

I drop my katana as I hear clapping from a tree next to out small space between the trees.

"You're getting better every time I see you, brat" Kisame approves and I nod sitting on the floor.

"I still can't win against you, but that time will come. Believe me." I call out with a grin, as I can feel Itachi roll his eyes.

" You're getting better you managed to tie with me even with my Sharingan," Itachi said and I can't stop the feeling of pride the bubbles in my chest.

" I know your moves and you know mine so the fight is harder," I say and Itachi nods. Kisame sits across from us and smirks.

" Still to think that the great Itachi got beat by a-" He starts and Itachi cuts him off.

" I do not believe you want to finish that thought," Tachi said looking at my killer gaze. Kisame looks at me and nods. I grab both my Katana and put them onto my sheath at my waist.

" My brother is on the same team as yours correct" Itachi states and I nod. Already knowing what he wants I pour a bit of chakra into a seal on my collar bone.

I have 3 seals on Naruto not counting the weight one. One is my Hiraishin seal. The other is a communication seal. Which in the end isn't that useful since, when he learns to use Kurama's chakra he will be able to talk to me in our shared mindscape. The last is a Reverse summoning seal so I can summon him, and he can summon me.

I open the communication seal but make sure that it is one way so he can't see me, but we can see him.

The first thing I see is Hatake getting captured by one of the seven swordsmen of the mist.

" Zabuza..." Kisame said and his voice slightly dropped.

Itachi looked at his partner in slight worry, hiding that with his emotionless mask.

" Sasuke I have a plan," Naruto said getting into a fighting stance.

" Finally thinking about teamwork dobe" Sasuke responded, and Itachi eyes filled with frustration.

Naruto created a number of shadow clones that proceeded to completely surround Zabuza's water clone. Zabuza's clone swung his sword, and the shadow clones scattered and disappeared, forcing the only remaining Naruto to reach into his backpack and pull out a fūma shuriken, which he gave to Sasuke.

Sasuke, sensing Naruto's plan, hurled the fūma shuriken at Zabuza, who easily grabbed it from the air. To his surprise, a second shuriken was hiding in the shadow of the first due to Sasuke's Shadow Shuriken Technique, and Zabuza was forced to leap over it to avoid being damaged.

Once past Zabuza, the second shuriken turned into Naruto, who had transformed himself. Naruto threw a kunai at Zabuza, who, unable to dodge it while maintaining the Water Prison Technique, was forced to release Hatake from his prison in order to avoid the attack.

Hatake fell into the water and Zabuza gaze fell to the genin. Itachi put his hand on my shoulder.

" Zabuza like to disappear so track his chakra," Kisame told me and I stood up.

I nodded towards Kisame and Itachi them Hiraishined to Naruto. Without stopping to look at the genin a starting sprinting across the water.

" Someone get Hatake out of the water, and the others protect the bridge builder" I command and Naruto and Sasuke jump into action fighting the Zabuza clone, while Sakura carefully walked across the water and dived in after her sensei.

I sent Lighting chakra through my blades and met Zabuza's Kubikiribōchō head-on. I sent more chakra through my arms to keep up with his strength. I summoned some of Kurama's chakra to give me a boost in my abilities.

Sure I can beat Kisame, but not without going all out. And that is because I know his moves, and the type of person he is. I know nothing about Zabuza.

" Another brat huh" he questions and I grit my teeth as he applies his strength and weight into his sword.

Kurama

I think and feel a tail of power course through my veins and growls along with me. Zabuza disappears and I instantly track his chakra signature above me.

I block again and shushin behind him and strike again. He blocks half of the strike but he is still cut pretty deep. Sadly his block sent both of our swords to the shore were Sakura was trying to help Hatake stand up.

" Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave" he yells and I make a few and signals.

"Wind Release: Vacuum Great Sphere," I say meeting his Jutsu with my own.

Hatake is a ninjutsu type but his main two affinities are lighting and fire. I've seen his due water techniques and they due work, but can he do something to this scale with his injuries.

Water is one of my main affinities, but I don't know many to this caliber.

" Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique" I call out meeting his Water Release: Water Dragon Triple Step Technique.

Summoning my chains I quickly throw him through a few trees and using Hiraishin I get everyone together.

" His arms broken I can't heal that much yet, and he has mild chakra exhaustion," Sakura tells me and I nod at her makeshift cast.

Naruto and Sasuke look bruised, but nothing more than that.

I look at Zabuza just n time to see him getting hit in the neck with two needles.

Someone dressed as a Kiri hunter nin steps down and tells us that he was hired to kill Zabuza.

He is not dead

I hear Rin tell me and I nod.

The genin and bridge builder visibly relax until Naruto walks up to him. My eyes widen as I am about to attack the face hunter nin.

" Who do you think you are! Huh!" He yells at the hunter nin. Hatake is injured and the genin are tired. I have to let him leave.

" Naruto" I call and he steps down with rage clear in his eyes.

" There are some people younger than you, but stronger than me" Hatake calls out nodding towards me.

" You should now that best" He finished and Naruto looks at me calming down.

" Sakura, can you heal the boys while I help your sensei," I ask her and she brightens and nods.

I give Hatake two chakra pills and begin to purify Kurama chakra and send it through Hatake's arm, healing it with the help of Rin who is holding back the corrosive chakra.

" Woah..." Sakura states looking at my work. Sasuke and Naruto are mostly healed and are also looking at me, heal their sensei.

Hatake and I share a small look. We both know that Zabuza is alive and will probably show up with backup next time.
