《Henry Cavill imagines》Mr and Mrs Denver p2

"How much do you want to bet they end up together?" Gaby smirked.
You sighed as Solo killed the engine, pulling up outside the extravagant hotel. You knew that the second you stepped out of that door you had to be in character. The two of you were posing as Christian and Eloise Denver, a married couple from Boston. Solo had already called and gotten tickets to an exclusive party Vivienne was throwing claiming to be a dealer in priceless artefacts and art. You had no doubt that Vivienne had spies crawling everywhere, tailing people she did business with and there would certainly be many at the hotel you were staying at.
"Here." He suddenly spoke and handed you a gorgeous gold ring encrusted with small diamonds. "You ready to become Mr and Mrs Denver?" He asked you as he slipped on a gold band of his own.
"As ready as I'll ever be." You muttered. "You?" You asked as you turned to him.
"I'm always calm and collected." He stated and you rolled your eyes.
"Just remember to try and refrain from flirting with anything that moves, I know that'll be a struggle for you." You smiled sweetly and he scoffed.
He was about to reply when the valet service knocked on the door.
"Come on darling." He smirked as he opened his door, buttoning up his suit jacket as he did so. You watched him as he handed the man the keys to the car before walking to your side. The second he opened the door a smile was painted on your face. He held out his hand for you and you took it, pecking him on the cheek as a thank you.
"I trust our bags will be sent up to the room straight away?" Solo spoke to the employee as he wrapped an arm around your waist.

"Of course, Sir." The employee nodded before awkwardly standing there and that was when you realised what he wanted.
"Darling, you've got to tip the man, you know how hard they work and how underpaid they are!" You scold.
"Of course, silly me." He chuckled. You resisted a smirk as you watched his lips form into a tight-lipped smile as he brought out his wallet. As he reached for a ten dollar note you snatched out a crisp fifty dollar bill.
"I'm sorry Sir, he forgets how lucky he is sometimes." You say handing him the money and sending him a sweet smile.
"Thank you Ma'am." He blushed, tipping his hat to you before hurrying towards your car.
"Such a sweetheart." You gasp, placing your hand over your heart and you could tell Solo was doing everything in his power to stop himself from rolling his eyes. As the two of you walked into the hotel lobby, you could sense that he was annoyed.
"That fifty dollars was well earned." You heard him murmur into your ear as the two of you lined up to check in.
"Mm yes I'm sure, hustling poker I assume?" You muttered under your breath as you kept a smile on your face in case a spy was watching you.
"Pool actually." He retorted as the two of you approached the receptionist.
You zoned out as he rambled to the receptionist, probably on the urge of a breakdown from not being able to flirt with her. Finally he got a key and the two of you headed up to your suite. After a painstakingly awkward ride in the elevator the two of you arrived at the front door to your room.
Solo unlocked it and you wandered inside. It was overly extravagant, definitely somewhere a rich art dealer would stay. Surprisingly your luggage had already arrived and was placed in the corner of the room. You wandered around the large suite as you kicked off your heels, leaving them on the carpet.

You eventually reached the bedroom and inwardly cursed when you saw that it was a large king bed, not two separate beds.
"There's only one bed?" You asked your voice strained slightly.
"Well I couldn't risk a spy finding out we booked a room with two beds could I? Vivienne is very thorough, much more than Victoria ever was." He answered as he came into the bedroom, placing your heels neatly in the walk in wardrobe.
After that you began to unpack your clothes, well started to anyway but you became engrossed in watching Solo unpack. His packing was immaculate, not a single crease in the clothes and they were all folded in perfect squares or rectangles.
"You're a neat freak, you know that?" You spoke up, breaking the silence.
"There's nothing wrong in wanting to be tidy *yn*." He replied smoothly after a few moments.
Those were the last words spoken for the night. The two of you eventually fell asleep on opposite sides of the bed with your backs facing each other
