Yeonjun and Soobin's eyes widened after hearing what the lady said. they shouldn't lose their memories because this is the reason why they met each other. if they didn't accidentally switch their bodies, Soobin won't know that the one that he is searching for is just his schoolmate.

he took a glance on Yeonjun who is still surprised by the consequence. ❝❞ he asked after he remove his eyes on the older. Yeonjun just looked at the floor while biting his lip. he knew this was coming because he always felt unhappy whenever they talk about bringing theirselves back to normal.

the lady shrugged, ❝❞ she said before picking the book on the floor then put it on the table infront of them.

❝❞ she continued then opened the book to a specific page. the book is about human body system and spells that can do to a person. every spells has its consequences and some of it are good.

she rotate the book and faced it on the two to show what she meant. she pointed the spell that was casted on them.

they both drifted their eyes on the book and read the contexts of it.❝❞ Yeonjun muttered.

BODY SWITCH.

a spell that can switch the person's body to another body. more like switching brains and guts. this spell can only cast into two alive persons, either same or opposite gender. casting this spell to a alive and dead person won't work because of the heart of a dead person is already not beating. if you try to cast this to a alive and dead person, the alive person might die.

if this spell was cast into two persons more than two weeks, they might get some sickness from their present bodies and the past of the another that had switched on will automatically know by the current person who is in the body.

the consequence that can affect them when they will bring back to normal is that they will lose their memories when they were switched. if their memories won't lose, it will damage their brain because the cells and veins from the body that sends messages to the brain will change and adjust. the brain might not function well on receiving messages and the person can get confused by the adjustments. headaches might occur after bringing the persons back to normal but it will last less than a week.

Yeonjun let out a sigh after reading then lean his back on the backrest of the chair. ❝❞ he asked. losing his memories is like losing the happy moments of his life. Soobin is the one who made him genuinely happy. he always forgot his problems whenever he's with him. he met a lot of people but he is only comfortable with Soobin, except for Beomgyu of course because they are friends.

and as for Soobin, he can only show his soft side to Yeonjun. although the way they met was a little bit rough but it lead them to liking each other.

the lady shook her head as a no. ❝❞

Yeonjun and Soobin looked at each other before they both let out a sigh. Soobin rubbed his temple while thinking of some things and getting a little bit frustrated while Yeonjun shifted his eyes on the floor and stared at it like it was the most beautiful floor that he seen in his whole life.

Eunji's grandmother looked at them alternately. she feel sorry for them. she want to save their memories or make it like a dream but she needs to save her name and her family. if some outsiders will know that she is a witch, either she is a good witch, they might hunt her or give threat to her family. it's for everyone's safety. and you know, witches and magic don't exist because world is not a fantasy.

❝❞ she asked. both of the lads drifted their eyes on her before slightly nodded their heads. even they don't want to, they still need to be back in normal and live in their own bodies. it's harder for them to live in someone's body that is not yours and the appearance is not you.

the lady curved her lips into a small smile. she nodded her head then rotate the book, facing it into hers. ❝❞

the lady hummed then stood up from her seat. ❝❞ she asked while walking towards to a shelf that is full of potions. Yeonjun was about to answer again but Soobin suddenly spoke, ❝❞

she just let out a hummed then looked at every potion on the shelf. she is finding the potion that she made three days ago for the two lads so that they can go back to their normal bodies.

a guy suddenly went inside the living room which caught the little girl's attention. Eunji's eyes sparkle and her lips automatically curved into a grin. she cheerfully clap her hands then ran towards to the guy. ❝❞

the strawberry-haired lad kneel his one knee down then hugged the girl. ❝❞ Eunji uttered after letting go of the hug. she pouted her lips which made Taehyun giggled.

❝❞ he uttered then tousle the girl's hair making her frown. she removed the lad's hand on her hair before nodding. ❝❞

Eunji nodded. ❝❞ she said then pointed the door that is beside the stairs. Taehyun nodded then tousle the girl's hair again while a smile planted on his face before walking towards the door. he twitched the doorknob and opened it. his eyes widened seeing his grandmother who is looking on the shelf of potions and seeing two familiar lads sitting on the chair.

the people's attention who are inside the room was caught by someone who opened the door. the three, Taehyun, Soobin, and Yeonjun furrowed their brows as they are confuse why they are here.

❝❞ Taehyun simply greeted them. he slightly waved his hands and walked towards to his grandmother.

his grandmother stopped looking at the shelf and drifted her eyes on her grandson. ❝❞ she asked.

Taehyun took something inside his pocket. it is a small bottle of potion that has yarn lace. ❝❞ he said then give the potion to her.

she furrowed her brows while looking at the potion. ❝❞

Taehyun shrugged then awkwardly smiled. ❝❞ he rubbed his nape as he feel guilty for stealing her potion. well, it's not the first time stealing it though but he never use it anyways.

his grandmother groan then massage her temples. ❝❞

❝❞ he cut her words as he already know what she will say. the lady let out a sigh then shook her head as a frustration.

Taehyun drifted his eyes on the two lads who is just looking at them. ❝❞ he waved his hand to his grandmother before walking away. ❝❞ she uttered before the lad closed the door.

❝❞ she mumbled to herself while returning the potion on the shelf then search again for the potion that she was looking earlier.

as she found it, she walked towards to Soobin and Yeonjun then sit down on her seat. she put the potion above the table and took out her wand in the drawer of the table.

Yeonjun and Soobin took a glance at each other before nodding their heads.
