《Todobakudeku x reader》(Deku pt.7) What do you Want from me?

I soon realized that they were blocking me in. If someone say in the seat behind then there'd be nowhere else for me to run and I'd have to tell the truth. I looked behind me and there sat Aoyama. It was already too late to make my escape.
"Okay everyone. Go to your seats. It's time to take role." Mr. Aizawa said from the podium at the front of the class.
'Yes!' I thought to myself. Saved by the teacher.
But how am I supposed to make it through the rest of the day. There's still lunch, and training, and after that there's the dorms!
The bell rang and I had to stall for the five minutes we had between classes. I rushed to the girls bathroom making sure no one was following and hid in a stall. I locked the door and stood on the toilet so that I wouldn't be detected.
Luckily, no one came in the bathroom during the break and I rushed to class at the last minutes leaving no time for anyone to talk to me.
Meanwhile, Deku was bombarded with questions by Uraraka and the gang. You could see the uncomfortableness on his face as he was asked challenging questions about me and him.
"Hey (y/n), can I get a pencil?" Denki asked tapping my shoulder.
"Yeah here." I said handing him a pencil.
"So uh you and Deku huh?"
"Not you too Kaminari." I whined.
"What?"
"Uraraka and Mina have been asking me about the same thing since this morning."
Denki scratched his head. "Oh that? Yeah I have nothing to do with that. The two things are in no way related to each other. I was just curious because you two have been spending a lot of time together."

"Aw are you lonely without me?" I teased. "You still have mineta don't you?"
"For the record, I have more than just mineta." Denki argued. "Besides, this conversation is supposed to be about you, not about me."
"Bakugo I can tell that you're eavesdropping." I said without even looking at him. I noticed him glancing over a few times while I teased Denki.
"Well I have to see what that damn nerd has that I don't." He said annoyed.
"Maybe the ability to sleep by himself." I mumbled under my breath, but not so quiet that he couldn't hear.
"What was that?!" He stood up and yelled.
"Sit down bakugo." Iida demanded.
"Shut up four eyes." Bakugo barked.
"Bakugo, just chill out." Kirishima said instantly calming him down.
"Tsk. Whatever." Bakugo growled.
"Sorry." Kirishima mouthed to me without making a sound. Thank goodness my ability to read lips is impeccable.
Next was lunch, the time that was going to be the most troublesome of all to stay away from people.
After class, I caught up to Kirishima before he was too far away. "Hey you're on my side right?" I asked him.
"Your side?" He asked confused.
"Yeah. It seems like everyone's been teaming up on me and Deku today to get answers when I swear there's nothing going on."
"I'm not really on any sides per say..." he began scratching the back of his head.
"So will you tell me their plan?" I nudged.
He sighed. "I don't really have a choice do I?
"No you do not." I replied."But not here. People will see me. We gotta make it to the lunchroom quick before anyone else, then get out of there. We still have to eat something."
"Right." He said and followed me down to the lunchroom.
The place was already pretty full. There were way more people than I thought there would be. I guess a lot of people thought it would be a good idea to get there early.
'Here we go again' I thought to myself.

Making of a Genius [A Progression LitRPG]
What does it take to climb to the top of the academic ladder? Lexus came face to face with his mediocrity the moment he arrived at Cambridge University to study computer science. There was a ceiling that he could not overcome, an intellectual world that was unreachable. But if you give a chicken an eagle's wings, it will fly higher than you could ever imagine. And that was exactly what happened to Lexus: with the help of a system, he could make it big. Schedule:1 chapter per week (every Friday evening at 5:30pm GMT). The weekly schedule is to allow time for research and factual accuracy where required. Author's Note: The story is about a computer science student at university, gradually improving and embarking on the path to become a world-renowned genius-level expert with the help of a system. There'll be a lot of studying and academics, but imagine being the best in your year. Easily. At that point, academics stops being stressful and starts being fun, doesn't it? The initial chapters are heavy on mathematical detail, but I don't expect anyone to actually read through them thoroughly. It's fine to skim them or even skip them, but I hope you try to get a sense of the progress being made, and feel happy for Lexus when something 'clicks' inside his brain :) As the story progresses, later chapters will go into less depth into individual questions, though I aim to remain consistent in terms of scientific accuracy/feasibility. Welcome, and I hope you enjoy the story!
