Santana's parents died when she was only four years old. She was cared for by her grandmother and lived in her house even when her cousins' moved in.

- She has the same powers as her cousin but she struggles to control it so it's more intense for her. Sookie tries to teach her but it never works because she's a lot less calm and collected

- She hears everyone and everything 24/7 so she struggles to even think sometimes. She also zones out quite a lot in an attempt to get away from the voices

- She has always been slightly jealous of Sookie. Firstly, because she can control her ability. Secondly, because she can have a life without the noise driving her crazy. Thirdly, because everyone seems to love her and they just think of Santana as the sad crazy little cousin
