As a child, Anastasia was very curious as she learned as much about anything and everything which is a trait she has had her entire life. She also always looked up to both of her parents, believing them to be good people and being unaware of their true natures at the time which is a show of how trusting she can be even if it's given to the wrong people.

As an adult, Ana is kind, caring, selfless, intelligent, brave, strong-willed and has a sense of justice, however, when she makes mistakes, she feels guilt and remorse for her actions. She is also a dedicated journalist, willing to go to any lengths needed to solve a story and put away the bad guys.

She is also sometimes short-tempered and sometimes lets her emotions get the better of her.

Despite loving her parents as a child, since their deaths, Anastasia learned much more about the people they really were and had actually become quite disgusted and enraged with them which has affected her willingness to let someone that close.
