We were in the woods looking for Rose when i heard the Dr. On my communicator. ''Shadow you there?'' The asked ''ya whats up?'' I asked ''I know were Ms. Rose is but you have to hurry!'' He said ''great tell me and I'll teleport there'' I said ''she's in a cave in the far back of the forest north from you'' the Dr. Said ''thanks Dr. I'll go get her'' I said as I hung up. Now I just had to teleport there, I took out my chaos emerald and chaos controlled to the location. When I got there I saw her sleeping in a sleeping bag and smiled. 'She looks so peaceful' I thought as I walked over to her. When I got close enough I teleported both of us and her stuff to my house. After I put her in bed I sensed something different about her so I uncovered her and what I saw scared me. All her fur was black from her feet to her neck. ''This is all my fault if only I had watched her, protected her, none of this would have happened'' I whispered as I started to walk out the room. Once I walked out the room silently I took out my chaos emerald and chaos controlled to the others. When I got to the others I told them the situation and they were all in panic. I calmed them down and teleported them to my house so we can wait till she woke up.

Amy's P.O.V

As I woke up I noticed I wasn't in the cave anymore. Then I heard someone come in ''Rose?'' Shadow asked ''how did you find me?'' I asked '' the Dr knew where you were'' Shadow said ''you were safer with me gone'' I said '' but I can't live without you, your the only one I have left'' Shadow said ''who else is here?'' I asked ''umm....'' Shadow didn't answer ''fine I'll go see myself'' I said as I got out of bed. I walked downstairs but was surprised to see everyone there even.....Sonic. When they saw me they were shocked probably cause of my fur. I looked at everyone but once I saw Sonic I dashed for the door and ran to dream lake.

When I saw Amy I could not believe it. Her fur was all black up to her neck. This is my fault if only I never yelled that to her. Now she's right here in front of me and looks miserable as hell, what have I done? She was looking at everyone but then I saw Shadow on the stairs looking at her. When Amy's eyes fell on me she stopped moving and dashed out the door. Now she's back out there and I don't know where, shadow ran after her so I followed.

I knew she was going to do something if she saw sonic so I kept my eye on her. when she ran out the door I knew she was going to dream lake but I didn't know if I would make it in time before she changed. I made it to the lake and walked up to her. '' Rose it's going to be ok don't let faker let you down please I can't loose you'' I said sitting next to her trying to calm her down, but then I saw the darkness rise to her ears she was screaming in pain. ''Shadow I can't deal with this anymore I tried to keep control, I tried to forget but I can't'' once she said that my heart stopped I knew where she was going with this but I knew I wouldn't be able to kill her so I tried to calm her down. ''Rose you know I love you so why do you put yourself through this? And before you even think about saying it you do not deserve this'' I said knowing why she did this. I went to grab her hand but she winced when I touched it. '' Rose let me see your wrist'' I said. She pulled up her sleeve and what I saw made my heart sink, she had old and new cuts up her arm I knew she was depressed but I didn't know she cut. ''When did you do this?'' I asked in shock ''after the fight with Sonic I couldn't cope with the pain so I cut'' She said I didn't know what to do but when I saw a tear run down her cheek I couldn't hold it back and I kissed her.

I cringed when I heard her scream in pain and I knew it was because of me and the fight. Then when I heard about the cuts I felt my heart stop. And finally when I saw them kiss my heart shattered and I could feel tears in my eyes. I came out of hiding '' so that's what you've been doing? What else are you hiding from me?'' They both looked at me but then I heard a familiar voice behind me and turned around '' Well she has also been working for me that's for sure'' ''Eggman?! Ames your working with Eggman the enemy?!'' I asked ''why yes I do at least he cares if I get hurt unlike you and to be honest if you died I would care less!'' When Amy said those last 4 words made me want to cry. ''Rose calm down your going to make it worse'' Shadow said ''I don't care! It would be better if he's dead!'' I heard Amy yell. Then I heard her scream in pain again and an evil laugh, I knew she was fully consumed by darkness.

When I saw the darkness moving on her ears I new it was to late I tried to calm her down but it didn't work now she was on the ground holding her head screaming in pain that was until I heard an evil laugh then my heart sank. She charged right for Faker and beat him senseless until he was knocked out. Then she turned to me ''Rose stop! Don't let it control you!'' I said as she floated tword me '' Shadow I am in control I just wanted to kill him now that that's done I can kill sally'' and with that she teleported away. 'Shit I have to find her' I thought as I turned into my light form and teleported me and Faker to my house. When I got there everyone gathered around Faker to see if he was ok then Rose appeared behind Sally. I quickly stopped her and tried to turn her back by touching her ring but it didn't work and she blasted me into the wall. I was only left with one choice and that was to fight her. I ran at her and teleported us outside in the air. "Rose I know your in there please fight for control I don't want to hurt you" I said trying to change her back but nothing worked then she blasted me into a tree and I could only do I thing now and I really didn't like it. I was running out of energy so I had to do this fast "I'm sorry Rose...." I said as I yelled two words I never wanted to say "light.......blast!!!" as I yelled it my heart sank and I started crying I knew I couldn't heal her after this. I ran out of energy and transformed back to normal but though I was tired I needed to see Rose I saw her on the ground motionless. I ran to her and checked for a pulse I found one but it was very faint and I knew she didn't have much time. "Rose please say something I can't loose you" I said as I pulled her closer to me.

White was all I could see all around me then I heard something "Rose please say something I can't loose you" I heard shadow say and by the tone of his voice he was crying. I tried to open my eyes but I could only slightly and it was hard to talk. "S-shadow......." was all I could say at the moment with all of the pain I was going through "shh....your gonna be ok Rose everything is going to be fine"Shadow said "Shadow it's ok you had to in order to save the.....world" I was growing weaker by the moment "nonono Rose stay with me please I can't loose you too"Shadow was now breaking down "Shadow.....I....I...love you" after I said that with the last of my strength I kissed him one last time.

I knew that would be our last kiss and I savored every last moment of it then she went limp "no.....Rose please I can't loose you no......" why did I have to leave her alone? Why was I so dumb to not notice her cuts? Why was I too weak to save her? Now I'm alone again another one I love is gone forever all because if me........
