《Lost and Insecure (ManxBoy)》Chapter 13

"So she just escaped from the room and nobody noticed?"

Nana nodded at my question and the two other maids beside her stayed quiet with guilty looks.

I ran my fingers through my hair in frustration and called out for Eddy. He was always the one that desposed of the dead bodies that layed in my personal room. I knew I could always trust his word.

"Yes, sir?" he questioned, once he stood in front of me ready to do whatever I commanded of him.

"Did you know that one of my human victims escaped?" I asked him seriously.

Eddy didn't even have to think twice before he quickly responded, "No, sir."

I smiled in return and patted his back a couple of times before I made my way up the stairs. I could feel the stares in the back of my head as I did so.

Once I was on top, I stood by the rail and placed my hands on my hips. I had a calm face expression as I looked over at Nana who new very well I was not happy.

"Bring everybody in here." I instructed her.

She bowed her head then rushed out to get all the maids and workers in here. I stood tall and waited patiently as silence filled the house.

Not long after, maids started to fill in the empty spaces and soon everybody was in count for.

I glanced down at every single one of them and practically knew each one by name and personality.

Nobody talked as they stood by eachother with curiosity as to why they were brought here. Some didn't even have the courage to look at me.

"I'm only going to say this once. If you see one of my human victims runaway then it is your job to capture them or quickly inform me about it. I will have no excuses as to why you let one of my victims get away!" I finally yelled out.

My anger was slowly rising inside me at the 'problem' that had occured not too long ago. It seems one of my female victims escaped out of her chains and made a run for it.

She made it through the kitchen without getting caught because the two maids working there were too scared to even touch her.

The one who was finally able to grab the girl before she completely escaped was Nana. I was angry at the fact that Nana was much older than the two maids who didn't even move a muscle.

"If this happens again I expect the victim to be killed on the spot. I don't give a damn how you do it, just get the job done. Now, you two come here." I said and pointed to the two maids who stood by eachother with fear.

The slowly climbed up the stairs and everybody watched them with sympathy stares.

Once they stood beside me the youngest of the two started to cry. I was not at all surprised at the sudden action.

I crossed my arms and waited for her to stop sobbing. After she did, she wiped her eyes and looked down at the floor in shame.

"Are you done?" I taunt.

She nodded, but I can tell she was ready to cry again.

"You two are now in charge of making sure there is not one drop of blood on the floor where I keep my victims . I expect those floors to shine once your done or so help you God I will stain the floor with your own blood!" I promised both of the maids.

That's when the smallest maid broke down again.

I turned back towards the maids down below and saw their wide eyes. I dismissed them with a simple hand motion and started to walk back to my room.

Since Luke left I noticed I've been more angry than usual. I'm so frustrated that I can't even sleep in my bed anymore without missing my pretty white haired boy.

I miss holding his small frame that fits so perfectly in my arms and the way he blushed when I stole a kiss from him.

Just thinking about it makes me want to go out and look for him.

I'm glad it's finally Friday and I only have two more days before I finally see him again.

"Alexander!"

I turned around at James voice and saw his hard glare. That was unusual to see. He must be really upset.

"What the hell do you want?" I question once he's in front of me. His jaw is clenched in anger and is confronting me like I did something horrible to him.

Before I can even process what's happening I feel his hard hit across my face. I stumble back a bit but stay in my spot. I spit the blood that forms in my mouth on the floor then look up at him.

He chose the wrong day to pick a fight with me.

James tries to punch me again, but I catch his arm before he does. I sock him as hard as I can and watch him fall to the floor with a grunt.

He gets back up seconds later and I see his chin is cut open bleeding rapidly.

One of my rings must of made contact with his chin causing the deep wound.

He pushes me against the door of my room with his whole body and tries to knock me down, but I grab his neck in a headlock and tighten my hold.

I hear him gasp for air, but the frustration I feel gets the best of me so I take no mercy on him and keep my hold until his body goes limp.

I roughly drop him on the floor and make sure he's still breathing before I wipe my mouth once more.

A maid passes by with a basket of clean towels and doesn't see us until I approach her. She flinches a little once I reach out and grab a towel. I wipe my lip and clean my hands before I throw it on James face.

He groans in pain on the floor and I see his chin wound leaving a small puddle of blood beside him.

"Clean that shit up." I instruct the now frighten maid and point to James.

I enter my room and close the door without glancing back at the mess. I don't even care why James was so angry at me. At the moment I was not in the mood to care about a lot of things.

So instead I undressed myself down to my boxer briefs and climbed into bed. The cold sheets gave me slight goosebumps but I didn't let it bother me as I layed still.

I looked up at the ceiling and let out a heavy sigh.

I really hope my white haired boy is having a better time than me...

...

The cold breeze hit my face violently as I ran through the rocky path. My lungs expanded filling up with fresh air everytime I inhaled.

My nose was probably bright red from breathing in the cold air, but it wasn't going to keep me from running.

It felt so good to finally be able to exercise and have that familiar pain on my legs. The stress was leaving my restless body with every step I took.

Today was finally the day I would pick up Luke and I couldn't feel happier.

I didn't understand why I had something in the back of my head tugging at me that Luke wouldn't show up, but I was confident that he would return back to me.

He knew I would go through with my threat and I can see in his eyes that he was starting to catch feelings for me.

So I was more than positive he will be waiting for me in front of the bakery.

I slowly stop running and walk to the end of the rocky path. I look out at the clear blue lake and take in the beautiful view. It was so peaceful and the trees were calm, even in the harsh wind.

I wanted to stay here a bit longer, but I had more important things to do. I needed to pick up the boy I have been craving all week.

Once I made my way back home, I took a quick shower then got ready to leave. On my way downstairs I noticed James by the door with his arms crossed.

His chin was bandaged and he had another smaller one on his lip. I couldn't help but smirk when I saw a red mark on his neck, clear view of where I gripped him.

"Are you back for more?" I questioned him with a smile.

He narrowed his eyes at me in return and shook his head 'no'.

"You should be saying sorry to me!" he suddenly yelled and showed the same anger he did last time I saw him.

"Sorry for what?" I asked him and got up in his face.

He fidgeted as I looked him straight in the eyes. I hated that he was making me upset when I should be happy that I was finally going to see my human boy.

"You killed Lily! She was going to live with me and I came to pick her up, but Nana told me what you and Max did to her! What was the point of saving her from Christopher if you were just going to kill her?!"

I stood quietly and waited for James little tantrum to be over with. I glanced at my watch and realized it was getting late.

"You know why?" I questioned James.

He waited for my reply, but instead I passed by him.

He followed me all the way to my car and was about to talk until I shut him up.

"Because this is my fucking house and I can do whatever the hell I want without your permission! Know your place James, because I promise you next time you try to attack me in my own home, I won't hesistate to tighten my hold on your neck and snap it so hard it will detach from your body. Now will you please excuse me, I need to go pick up a little white haired boy." I practically yelled at a now pale James.

I started the car and sped away before he could even reply, but by the look in his face I doubt he had anything to say.

In all honesty I would never kill James. He was a loyal friend, but sometimes he needed to be reminded who he was trying to go against.

After a good twenty minutes of speeding, I made it the bakery and looked around for Luke. When I didn't see him I waited anxiously in my car.

The more the time passed by, the more I was starting to get worried. I turned on the radio and let some music relax me as heavy raindrops started to fall.

It felt as though the weather was replicating what I was feeling inside.

Did I really let Luke fool me?

Was this why he made the deal, so he could runaway from me?

I hit my steering wheel to try and control the anger that was slowly taking over my body.

I sat in my car and made a lot of excuses as to why Luke wasn't showing up. I felt pathetic as I waited the whole night for him...

Never in my life have I felt the pain of rejection.

The morning sun was now rising and I was still in the same spot.

Not only did my whole body ache, but so did my heart...
