《broken walls // taeny》17- Oppa

"OH! Taeyeon-ah! Why didn't you tell me you will come today?" My uncle ran into my arms but my eyes were still wide open.
"I missed you uncle." I mumbled in his embrace.
I never took my eyes off of him for even a second. I haven't seen in him so long. He is really mature now. But the only thing I see in his eyes is hatred.
"Why are you even here?" Oppa glared at me and his words shot me right in the heart.
"I missed uncle. I'm here with a friend and I decided to meet with uncle. Oppa? How have you bee-"
"Don't call me oppa. I don't want to hear you call me that ever again."
Ouch.
I clenched my jaw to hold in my tears. It truly hurt.
"Jiwoong-sshi then?" I asked trying to lighten up the mood.
"No don't ever call for me, ever again." Oppa sounded like he was going to kill someone.
"A-ah. Th-that's alright. I ca-can just leave n-now. Ti-fa-fany let's go now." I turned around and tried not to show my tears.
I grabbed Tiffany's arm and yanked her to the doorway.
"I'm sorry I couldn't stay longer. But it was nice to meet you!" Tiffany bowed continuously to both the men in the house while my tears were flowing nonstop.
"NO! STOP!" I heard my uncle yell for us and I quickly wiped my tears away.
"Yes uncle?" I turned to him and saw his arm being held by Jiwoong oppa.
"It's such a shame for you guys to leave so early. Please stay! I mean I never even got an introduction for this girl. Please Jiwoong-ah?" My uncle's eyes pleaded for acceptance which was responded with a loud sigh.

"I don't want to eat with that monster." Oppa pointed towards me and I couldn't hold in a tear.
"Jiwoong! That is your sister! Do not call her a monster!" My uncle scolded him but he scoffed.
"She killed our parents! How can I not call her a monster?!" Jiwoong argued back and I looked to Tiffany.
She had the most worried eyes and they were directed to me.
"This is my house and my rules! The will be eating here and that's final!" My uncle announced and it was in a demanding tone.
Everyone in our family knows that if this uncle has a demanding tone, then we will all listen.
"Fine. But make it quick." Jiwoong stomped inside the house.
Once he was out of sight I fell. I hurled my knees towards my face and continuously wiped my tears away.
"He doesn't know. So don't take it to heart. If we just explain to him then maybe he will finally understand." Tiffany crouched beside me and rubbed her hand on my back.
"I would be mad at myself to! Who wouldn't?! If I didn't date her then our parents would still be alive! I can't deal with it!" I sobbed.
"Let's just explain to him and hopefully he will understand. It's been so long since you have seen him right?" Tiffany used her finger to bring my face up.
"Yeah." I nodded.
"Then let's go in there and try to spark up your sibling relationship. I don't want your beautiful eyes to get swollen. Ok?" Tiffany got up and offered me a hand.
I gladly accepted her hand but with a blushing face.
Little did I know that uncle was there the whole time just observing the two of us. That made my face turn even more red.

We both walked in the house and saw Jiwoong on his phone, not reacting to our presence.
"Now. Let's eat so I can leave." Jiwoong suddenly stood up and made his way to the table.
I noticed Tiffany was not beside me.
"Tiffany?" I called out.
"OH! TAE! I'M HELPING UNCLE WITH THE FOOD!" I heard Tiffany yelled from the kitchen.
Smiling, I sat down opposite from Jiwoong oppa and left a spot open for Tiffany right beside me.
"Another girlfriend of yours?" Jiwoong oppa asked.
Surprised I couldn't answer him and I kept a shocked face.
"Can't answer?" He asked with a poker face.
"U-uhh n-no. I-I was just surprised yo-you talked to me." I smiled with my head facing my lap.
"Don't get your hopes up. I still won't forgive you." Jiwoong oppa quickly turned my frown upside down.
"Ye-yes I understand." I nodded.
"So is she your girlfriend or not? Cause if she is don't make her family kill me or Hayeon." Jiwoong said straight which made me keep my head down.
"I never asked her to kill our family. Her parents had a plan of her own." I sighed out trying to explain to him.
"Don't give me that bullshit. You probably just wanted the money the company had to yourself and you can finally live a free life. Hanging out with the 7 other girls. You left our family long time ago for those 7 girls. You left Jeonju for Seoul! Do you know how sad Hayeon was?" Jiwoong stood up and slammed his hands onto the table.
"I went there to study so I can help with the company. I also don't even hang out with those 7 girls you talk about anymore. The only person that hangs around me is Tiffany. I'm not giving you bullshit. I'm being serious!" I stood up with a teary face that's begging for forgiveness.
"ENOUGH!" I heard uncle yell.
We looked towards him and I saw Tiffany's angered face. I wonder why she's angry. Quickly I wiped my tears away and sat down. Jiwoong oppa sat down but with a large bang.
"Jiwoong-ah. I understand why you're mad but please. Stop. She has no family that is caring for her. She's stuck in school!" My uncle tried to reason out with him but being the stubborn person he is, he just ignored him.
