"Okay, if he told you not to go to 1942, then why'd you go?" She asked, her and Oliver both rolling their eyes at the stupidity of the team.

He continued to tell the story, before noting that Sara and Rip had discovered a large abnormality.

"Wait, what wasn't possible?" Nate asked, cutting him from his train of thought.

"What?"

"You said you and the Legends discovered an aberration in 1942." Nate continued, sitting down on the chair directly beside Mick.

"What was it?" Callie asked, finally thinking this story might finally end.

"My guess is it involved Nazis." Oliver added, clearly not in the mood for the dramatic pauses.

"You could say that. The krauts nuked New York City in 1942," Mick explained.

He continued to explain how they were trying to hunt down Einstien's kidnappers - even throwing in about Sara's vendetta on Darhk taking over the mission slightly. Callie sighed, knowing that she was going to end up in the same route as Laurel if she didn't stop her vendetta against killing the man.

Mick explained that he was shot, continuing with how he ended up in the stasis by the ship.

"Okay, there's just one question that you haven't answered. Where's Captain Hunter?" Oliver asked, surprised they had eventually made it to the end of the long story about where the legends had ended up since the detonation of the bomb.

"I don't know. Must have time-scattered himself like the rest of them. Guess I gotta play hero and find them." Mick shurgged, finishing off his beer. He looked Callie up and down once more, causing the girl to scowl at him as she also finished off her beer.

"Do you even think this ship still flies?" Nate asked, looking around the broken and trashed ship in confusion.

"I don't see why not. Fridge works." Mick sassily replied, rolling his eyes.

"We don't have time to time travel, but if your team is stuck in history, who better to help find them than a historian?" Oliver started to say.

"This guy?" Mick scoffed, doubting he would be any help.

"Without Dr. Heywood you'd still be in stasis." Oliver remarked, knowing this was going to work out his way.

"Ah. Good point. Library, this way." Mick agreed, wandering off in the direction that they assumed the library must have been situated.

"Hey, wait. Time out. This was supposed to be a salvage mission." Nate whispered to Oliver, not sure if he was liking the way this was all working out.

"Who are you kidding? You've been waiting your whole life for a chance like this." Oliver laughed, turning to Callie. "Let's go."

Callie shook her head as they both rose to their feet. Placing a gentle hand on his arm, he knew instantly what she was going to say next.

"I promised Quentin. I couldn't save Laurel, but I can sure as hell save Sara," she whispered not loud enough for Nate to hear. Oliver sighed but placed a soft hand on her cheek. She was the only remaining part of his life before the island except from Sara and Thea.

"Go get her, Falcon."

"Well, I-I did some digging, but I think I finally got a lead on Ray Palmer." Nate explained, throwing a stack of paper on to the chair next to Mick.

"Uh-huh."

"Are you, uh, sure you know how to fly this thing?" Callie asked, watching Mick looking confused at all of the switches around the ship control board.

"Let's find out."

"Maybe you should slow down?" Nate replied as the ship started to speed quickly away from the ocean floor.

"Maybe you should shut up and strap in." Callie laughed at Mick, causing Nate to send her a glare for not backing him up.

"I can't believe this. We're about to travel through time!" Nate squealed, causing Callie and Mick to both roll their eyes.

"Did I tell you about the side effects?" He asked, causing them to both sit up straighter.

"What side effects?" Callie asked, not sure if she liked where this was heading.

Callie stayed on the ship while Mick took a vomitting Nate to collect Ray from the prehistoric ages. The second they had landed, Callie had taken it upon herself to try to find out where the rest of the team was, relaying the information across to Nate and Mick who had met up with Ray.

Once they got back to the ship, Callie took a pair of scissors to Ray's overgrown hair as she discussed where they were going to find Jax and Professor Stein.

After he was cleaned up, they set off - arriving in medieval times to find a boy king about to execute Jax and Martin.

"This is incredible. An actual medieval execution? I never imagined I'd see this with my own eyes." Nate exclaimed, walking into the tent as if there wasn't any chance of two of the team potentially getting executed and if they were at a museum.

"Who... Who's that?" Martin asked, confused about why some of his team had arrived with two strangers.

"The new guy." Mick grunted, showing how pleased he was with this new development. "New guy!" He yelled out, watching as Nate ducked under the executioners blade.

They all moved back as he swung again, only to be shot down with an arrow to the chest. The team spun around, starting to move out buy also eying the girl at the entrance to the tent that had just saved them.

"Hiyah! I'm Dr. Heywood, I heard so much about you!" Nate exclaimed, grinning at them. He pointed to Callie who was holding a bow and arrow in her arms, with the string cocked incase she needed to fire it. "That's Camilla but she prefers Callie-".

"Hey, how about we get to know each other back on the ship?" He was cut off by Jax grabbing on to him and fleeing the tent.

"Okay. But first we have to find Sara!" Ray exclaimed, running behind them as Callie continued to fire arrows during their escape.

Arriving back at the ship, Callie headed to the armoury, grabbing the unlimited restocking arrows that Gideon seemed to be able to produce. She cleaned them while Mick piloted the ship towards where they would find Sara.

Although she knew she should be happy to see her friend, she had no idea how Sara would react to the sight of her. While some of the others had seen Sara since Laurel's death - she hadn't. She knew Sara knew that Callie was just too late to help save her as well, so the raven girl wasn't sure how much Sara might blame it on her.

As they arrived, Callie had the arrows and bow on her again. Slinging the arrows over her back, she had one notched and at the ready for they could hear the chanting of the townspeople.

"Vile witch! You have corrupted the women of our village!" One yelled, causing Callie to scoff as she knew exactly what Sara must have been up to.

"In my defense, they were happily corrupted." She winked at one of the women in question as they continued to chant around her.

"Hang the witch! Hang the witch! Hang the witch! Hang the witch!"

Jumping slightly, Sara turned around and grabbed the stick from the man beside her, using it almost as if it was a bo staff. She knocked them to the ground, jumping back slightly when an arrow whizzed by her head and shot into the hand of one of the men that was about to try to clobber her with a piece of wood.

"You must be Sara Lance!" Nate exclaimed, giving the assassin a fright and causing her to turn and smack his feet out from under him.

"Oh! whoa, whoa, it's okay. He's with us." Ray grinned at Sara, causing the girl to smile brightly back at the sight of her team.

"Hey." She smiled, blowing a loose strand of hair away from her face.

"Is she always this violent?" Nate muttered from the ground, at the exact moment Sara's eyes followed the direction the arrow had come from to see Callie standing with the bow still raised.

Her smile dropped from her face instantly, dropping the bo staff to the ground as she slowing began to edge foreward. The rest of the team watched as Callie gulped but stood her ground, making no move to even try to protect herself from whatever Sara was about to do.

The blonde jumped forward, slapping the palm of her hand against Callie's cheek, causing the raven assassin to hiss in pain but not to retaliate. She looked up at Sara through the stinging of her cheek, having expected worse to come out of the blonde.

Sara moved forward again, wrapping her arms around Callie tightly in a hug. The rest of the team watched on confused as Callie also wrapped her arms around the girl, for they had never really seen her accept or give such a display of affection to someone.

Sara pulled back, resting her hands on either side of Callie's face. "That was for thinking I'd hate you for not being able to save her," she explained lightly, commenting on the stupidity of it.

Callie grinned again, not saying anything but following the girl back to the ship.
