"You like me?" I asked, biting back a grin.

"Yes, I like you," he nodded.

I went up on my toes to kiss him but he pulled away. "Say it back," he pouted.

"Of course, I like you," I laughed. He grinned before putting his arms around my waist and picking me up. "Jesus Christ," I chuckled, wrapping my legs around his torso so he wouldn't fall. His smile wasn't going to falter, he was grinning like an idiot. "Can you put me down before you fall and take me with you?" I chuckled.

"Can you shut up and kiss me?" I smiled before resting my arms around his neck and kissing him slowly.

"Woohoo! Yeah!" I pulled away, turned around, and saw Ava, Lucas, Charlotte, and Oli all standing there, cheering and clapping. I looked back at Noah, blushing. I was probably redder than a tomato right now. I giggled, hugging him, resting my cheek on his shoulder.

"Fuck off!" he laughed at the others while slowly setting me down. I spun around and saw them all going back to their tents while Noah pulled me closer. He had his arms around me while I wrapped mine around his torso. He kissed the top of my head before looking down at me.

"Sorry about that," we said simultaneously. He chuckled and I smiled before he opened up the zipper to the tent. We crouched inside before sitting down. Well, he sat down, I got in my sleeping bag, already sleepy. In my defense, it's like 2:00 am. Almost. Probably.

He lay in his sleeping bag as well while I held onto the flashlight of my phone for him. He lay on his side, facing me while I mirrored his position and faced him. "Do you need to grab anything else? I'm turning the flashlight off," I said.

"I think I'm forgetting something," he said, looking around.

"What?" I asked, looking around as well. He grabbed my sleeping back and pulled it closer to his until we were merely inches away. I rolled my eyes while chuckling, "I'm turning this off."

He tucked my hair behind my ear, holding his head up in his hand with his elbow propped up. "You're so beautiful," he mumbled.

"You're flirting a lot," I laughed.

"I'm not just flirting," he whispered. My eyes met his and I put the phone down, the flashlight up at the ceiling while we lay there, staring at each other. I bit my bottom lip in thought before leaning forward and kissing him again. Might as well.

He turned the phone over so the light was blocked and put it behind me before putting his arms around my waist. I'm not too sure about how much sleep I'll be getting tonight. I woke up the next morning to an adorable view of a sleeping Noah. His hair was all over the place, his lips in a soft pout, his hand clutching mine.

I grabbed my phone with my free hand, noticing the flashlight was still on and it was only six in the morning. I turned the flashlight off while he started shuffling. He let out a groan before putting an arm around my waist while I turned on my side to put my phone back. He pulled me closer and scooted forward, his chest pressing into my back while he cuddled me.

I unzipped the tent just a tad bit and watched as the sun started rising. I heard him sigh before he leaned over me and zipped the tent back down all the way. "Go back to sleep," he mumbled. His voice sent chills down my spine. It was all husky and hoarse because he had just woken up and was still drowsy and half asleep. It was very hot. It's a thing to be attracted to someone's voice, I swear. "Bella," he mumbled against my ear.

"Hmm?" I asked in response.

"Go back to sleep," he chuckled. Even his laugh is giving me chills... how the hell am I supposed to cope with this when I've just woken up? "Four hours of sleep isn't good for your health, darling," he mumbled before kissing my cheek.

I closed my eyes and forced myself to go back to sleep so that I could actually function throughout the day. I woke up after that to Noah's voice while he gently stroked my cheek with the back of his palm.

"Hello, it's almost noon," he mumbled in a sing-song voice. I rubbed my eyes open, looking at him. "We're leaving in fifteen minutes," he whispered, kissing my cheek multiple times.

"No," I groaned, hugging him tightly, rolling on top of him. He lay under my, drawing circles on my lower back, his hand slipping under my shirt, making me giggle. "I'm sleepy," I mumbled.

"We're going to McDonald's," he whispered.

I pulled away, enough to look at him. "McDonald's? For breakfast?" I asked. He nodded, grinning. I groaned, "Give me ten minutes," I said, crawling off of him and kneeling, grabbing my toothbrush and toothpaste out of my bag. "Which way are the bathrooms?"

"All the way at the end, to the left," he answered.

"Okay, I'll be back," I said before walking over. Once I freshened up there, I headed back, still walking barefoot because wearing any footwear in the sand, especially at a beach, is just calling for hell.

I got back to the tent but it wasn't a tent anymore, Noah had packed everything up and stood there with my stuff in his hands, my bag on his shoulder. "Hi," he grinned.

"Hey um- are you just gonna carry all that?" I chuckled.

"Yeah, it's no big deal," he shrugged.

"I can carry that, Noah."

"That's okay, I got it," he nodded.

I took my flip flops from his hands and kept them with me as we walked to the car. We met the others at the car while Noah tossed Oli the keys. He filed our stuff into the trunk and then we climbed into the very back and folded the seats back up.

"Where to?" Oli asked.

"McDonald's!" I called out.

"Okay," he chuckled, starting the car and heading to the nearest McDonald's drive-thru. On the way there, I rested my head on Noah's shoulder while his hand found mine and rested on my knee. "All right, pulling up. Tell me your orders as we go," Oli said. We all said our orders one by one and he recited them to the operator before we moved forward in line.

After we got our food, found out which bag had what, and distributed the food as per our orders, Oli parked in a nearby parking lot so he could eat. We all talked while eating together and then Lucas went out, threw everything in the trash before Oli started driving back to the hotel.

Once we got there, we all filed out, handing the keys back to Mr. Jenkins. "I hope you didn't ruin my car, kids," he said while opening the door and looking around.

"No, sir," Noah replied. We made sure to clear up when we stopped to eat.

"All right, enjoyed?" Mr. Jenkins asked.

"Definitely, thank you for letting us borrow the car," I smiled while Noah put an arm around me.

Even Mr. Jenkins noticed and smiled. "Enjoy the rest of your day and let me know if you kids need a ride, hmm?" We all thanked him and then headed back inside.

Yes, we spent the entire night and didn't stay at the hotel. Yes, we're still paying for all thirteen nights we spend here. We've been here a week now, we've got one week more. After that, we go back home and get out asses kicked by reality.

While we were in the elevator, my phone began ringing. It was just me and Noah here. I pulled my phone out of my pocket and saw that my dad was calling. I answered, "Hello?"

"Honey!" he screamed.

I winced, pulling the phone as far from my ear as possible. "Yes, dad?" I sighed.

"Honey," he sang.

"Dad," I said mockingly.

"Don't mock me, okay listen up, I don't wanna take too much time. We went to get the mail this morning-"

"Like you do every morning," I cut him off.

"Shut up, don't be smart, listen to your father."

"Okay," I sighed in defeat.

"And there was a letter from..." he paused for dramatic effect.

"That's not as dramatic as you think."

"Bella, don't ruin it," he clicked his tongue in frustration, "There's a letter from Berkley."

"W-what?" I stammered.

"Can we open it?" my mom squeaked from the background.

"No!" I said quickly. I haven't told them yet that I don't wanna go to college. I haven't told anybody. Except for Noah.

"Well uh- oops," my mom laughed nervously.

"Honey, you got in!" my dad cheered.

I pulled the phone away and held it to my chest, letting out a sigh. I wasn't supposed to hear that on vacation and get stressed about making my decision. Not here, not now, please.

"Uh, honey?"

"Yeah, I'm here," I cleared my throat.

"Did you hear? You got in," he chuckled.

"Um yeah, I heard," I mumbled.

"And," he said slowly, "You don't wanna go, do you?"
