"Are you sure about what you are saying, cause if his world is made of Projections of himself then we have to hurry." Connor said leading us to the training room Jungkook, Agent Espinoza and I following behind.
"I have never heard of this. What is that mean?" Jungkook asked.
"It means Namjoon's world is a ticking time bomb." Agent Espinoza said. Jungkook and I looked at each other shocked. We arrive at the training room.
"We need to get there as soon as we can." Connor voiced as he opened the closet with uniforms and weapons. I looked at it fascinated.
"It's not time to be praising. Change into this quick." Agent Espinoza threw the uniform at me.
We all quickly changed. Agent Espinoza fastened a gold sword on her side. Connor put two guns in his holster and a knive on his waist belt. Jungkook fastened nuchucks on his side.
"Um guys I have nothing to defend myself with." I said looking at them.
"Here." Connor gave me a baseball bat. It will do.
"Okay time to open the portal you ready?" Jungkook looked at me. I stayed silent. I'm most definitely not ready.
"It's okay just do what we practiced." He reassured. I nodded and closed my eyes. I imagined Namjoon's hide out. I opened my eyes to nothing. I breathed out in frustration.
"Hey." Agent Espinoza stood in front of me. "You need to focus. Think of Namjoon's life at stack."
"Barbara!" Connor shouted.
"Hey I told you not to call me by my real name in front of people." Agent Espinoza warned.
"Pft" Both Jungkook And I laughed.
"Hey Barb." I chuckled. "You just don't look like a barb."
"Focus! A world is about to demolish alongside it's creator!" Barbara yelled. (.)

I jumped, straightened up, closed my eyes and tried again. I opened them and nothing happened.
"I don't understand what's going on." I looked at Jungkook feeling defeated.
"You can do it. Remember trust your instincts." Jungkook held my hand. I smiled as an idea popped up.
I thought of all the times I jumped into Namjoon's world. I remember what the oracles said. Namjoon and I are connected in more ways than we think. I need to follow the path and I'll understand.
I heard Namjoon's faint voice calling to me. I opened my eyes to the portal opened. In the far distance was Namjoon's building hide out with the bright light still beaming in the bottom of it surrounded by the dark figures. The nightmares looming closer in slow motion.
"Whao" Connor mumbled.
"The light is slowing them down." Jungkook say.
"Let's hurry before the portal closes." Agent Espinoza spoke up walking forward.
"Good job." Jungkook squeezed my hand. We all walked in. We all hid behind the dumpsters that were close by.
"Have you been in the building?" Connor asked.
"Ya but at the top floor only."
"So you never seen what's inside where the light is coming from?" Agent Espinoza added.
"I ... I saw a glimpse." I hesitated nervous to tell them what I saw.
"You know what's in there." Jungkook gave me a knowing look.
"So you understand what you have to do." Agent Espinoza looked at me and I nodded.
"Here is the plan Espinoza and I are going to fight those things off and try to redirect them away from the building. You two are going to go in there and find Namjoon." Connor uttered.
We all nodded and started making our way to the building fighting the nightmares in our way. Everything we hit turned into dust. In the far distance I saw Namjoon running away from a bunch of them.

"Connor!" I called, he turned to me. "Namjoon needs help!" I pointed at the scene repeating it's self.
"We can't do anything about that it keeps repeating." Agent Espinoza shouted from where she was.
"Ya you have to start heading for the building it's the only way we can stop all of this. Hurry!" Connor shouted as he knived a nightmare.
"Come on there is an opening." Jungkook grabbed my hand. I looked back at Connor and Agent Espinoza. "It's okay they got it." He reassured me as we started making our way to the building.
We went to the stairs making our way down to the basement. We opened the basement door to see Namjoon with a terrified look stumbling down the hallway. He stopped in the middle of the hallway slidding down in pain. I ran over to him.
"Namjoon are you okay?" I held his shoulders. He looked at me eyes flattering.
"Looks like he is about to pass out." Jungkook comments.
Namjoon points somewhere down the hall. I follow where his hand is pointing. It was a door with light beams shining out of it. I looked back to ask him a question but he had disappeared.
"This is trippy." Jungkook whispered.
We jumped hearing the door bang at the stairs. It was Namjoon reliving the scene again.
"Come on. We can stop him from living this nightmare." Jungkook put his hand on my shoulder. I got up and we made our way to the shining door.

HUD: Wargame (Sci-Fi GameLit)
★★★★★UNFRIGGENBELIEVABLE!!!!!! "HUD: Wargame is a sci-fi GameLit worth reading." -TienSwitch ★★★★★Rock-solid FPS GameLit. "Nic - the main character - is an ambitious, hyper-competitive perfectionist, and the story fortunately handles him correctly in that it does not push these traits too far." -Akaso ★★★★★This is a good one! "This is one of those stories where you read the first few paragraphs and can just tell that the author has the chops to tell a story. It's engaging and the rules are well thought out and clearly explained. The action is punchy and exciting. Anyway, read it." -HonourRae In the future, everything is a game. Way of the World
In a world of martial arts and magic, where the strong do as they please, a young swordsman seeks revenge for his school's destruction and mentor's death, while trying to stay true to his own values. Arround him, the era shifts as immense powers struggle and scheme for the world's future. Join our protagonist as he travels through exotic lands, meets strange and funny creatures and learns to remain human amongst the carnage. Author's note: This is the first story I'm writting in a coherent manner (I have written a lot of DnD background stories in the past), so bear with me if I make boring or overdescriptive bits: I'll regularly come back to rewrite whichever parts feel unpolished, especially grammatical errors. I would also appreciate any corrections or suggestions.
