When I arrive home later than night, Luci is setting food on the table.

"Wow. I didn't know the devil could cook."

"I was bored. Now shut up and eat."

I do exactly as she wishes, complimenting her on her skills. She takes in the praises, handing me another beer. My third one. Thankfully, I already know I have off tomorrow, vacation days enforced by my boss. She must know this too because she loads another six pack into the fridge, popping the tab off one for herself. I can already feel the effects when I stand to help clear the table. However, I don't drop anything or spill anything. But Luci does. I stare at the gravy soaking the front of her shirt.

"Crap!"

"Laundry room is that way."

She disappears and I wipe up the puddle of gravy left on the floor. After washing my hands, I turn around to see Luci in nothing but a bra and underwear.

"Do you have a t-shirt I could borrow?"

I can't peel my eyes away from her stunning figure. I can tell she's getting annoyed.

"I'll just go grab one myself."

I grab her arm gently, stopping her in her tracks.

"No."
