third person pov.

IT all started with Kinsley's mother. they would get into arguments about Kevin not taking his pills. he would go on every day and tell his wife how he didn't need them anymore, but they both knew that was a lie. there would be days when he continued with jokes of kins mom getting a new husband and they would transpire into accusing her of seeing another man and trying to leave him. it became his wife's last straw when Kevin said the voices wouldn't lie to him.

she had been recording how he acted without taking the pills and knew that it had gone too far for her liking. she constantly told him to take his pills but he refused. it came to the point to where she had to smash the pills into his meals to ensure that he took it. everything went back smooth until Kevin noticed he had gotten a new prescription when he knows he hasn't been taking them.

next to his pills was an envelope filled with letters his wife had written about his sickness and how he acted.

with anger running through his veins he flushed the pills down the toilet and went to confront his wife. he had spotted her smashing the pill into pieces before mixing it into his food. she quickly put the items in the dishwater to hide the evidence. before she could call Kevin to come to eat she felt her hair being grabbed to being thrown to the floor. she gasped and looked up to see Kevin standing over her.

he landed a slap against her cheek and tears begins to run down her face.

his once loud mind that was silenced by the pills began to speak again as they urged him to continue his assault of his wife. and that's just what he did. all of the anger that he had felt towards his wife had given him the strength to struck her over and over again into she was too weak to even open her eyes. once he was done with his rage and the voices were pleased with what Kevin had done for them they had become mute once more. he had stepped back and look over his violent work and went to grab the tape recorder then was meant for their first born. he turns it on and walked around his wife's body catching everything the camera would love and once he was done he took the tape out of the recorder and put it with the letters in the envelope.

he placed the envelope far from his wife reach and begin to break everything around them to make it look as if someone had broken in. he had called the cops crying trying his best to sell it. they had reached the hospital and she was treated almost immediately. she was too scared to move. too scared of what her husband had become before her.

he had seen her face and instantly felt guilty. he walked up to her crying begging her to forgive him, begging her not to tell, telling her that the voices told him too and he would start taking his pills. still, she was too scared to acknowledge her husbands cries and pleads. he begins to hit his head and call himself stupid til she reached out to stop him. he cried more in her arms as he continued to apologize and all she could do is cry for him.

her husband was truly sick and she couldn't leave him when he needed her the most. so she forgave him. he started taking his pills again after getting more prescribed to him. he cooked for her, walked with her as if he was forever in debt. years later she got pregnant with Kinsley and her fears became her reality when she had died, leaving her child with her sick husband.
