《Throwin' It Back》5.) The Greasers

I quickly slip on my jacket and walk out the front door. Pamela was waiting by her car for me, sliding a pair of sunglasses on her eyes. She smiled when she saw me, and I hopped into her pink convertible.

"How does it feel to be a pink?" She questions as she drives down the road towards the school. I smile, sliding a pair of sun glasses on my eyes.

"Great. I feel completely bad ass." She laughs, as we pull into the school's parking lot.

"Good. That's what we aim for." We hop out of her car and meet Beverly and Bonnie. We walk into the school in a line, Pam and I in the middle and Bonnie and Beverly on the sides of us. People stare as we walk down the hallway, but they mostly gawk at me.

The good girl gone bad.

We reach our lockers (I had to switch mine since I was with them now), and swirl the locks, opening our lockers. I grab my books for English as I slide my sunglasses into my hair, pushing my bangs back. I close my locker and the girls and I walk to English.

"Hey Pam, what's up with Hottie McCarthy not showin' up to class?" Bev asks as we walk into English, and Pam rolls her eyes.

"Don't ask me. I only live with the idiot. Whatever he does is his stupidity." We sit in seats in the back, and a guy sitting to my left smirks at me. He had on a leather jacket, and I immediately recognized him as a greaser.

"Well, well, well, never thought I would see goody two shoes Michelle in a pink jacket." He says, licking his lips, and I roll my eyes.

"Do I even know you?" I ask, and he let's out a low whistle.

"Fiesty little chick." He bites his lip, winking at me. "I dig it."

"Quit being such an ankle-biter, Devlin." Pam rolls her eyes, turning to me. "His name is Rocco Devlin. He's the most doll dizzy guy you will ever meet." Rocco smirks at Pamela.

"And I'm proud of it, baby doll." He presses a quick kiss on her cheek, and she glares at him.

"Hey, keep ya paws off my girl." The Andrews guy from yesterday warns. He smiles at Pamela, and her face instantly lights up.

"That's Daniel Andrews. He's real gone with Pam. Like, deeply." I look at the two, and see that Daniel has taken a seat beside Pam, his arm wrapped around her waist.

"I'm Daniel, but you can call me Danny." He smiles at me, and I smile back. I notice another guy sitting beside Bonnie, smiling shyly at her. She continues to write in her notebook.

"Who is he?" I ask Bev, and she smiles.

"That's Rickie Finley. Shyest guy you will ever meet, but somehow he is bad enough to be a greaser. He's real stuck on Bonnie. She doesn't notice."

I look at the two, watching as he continues to watch her with so much love in his eyes. It was amazing to see such bad boys love a girl so much. Well, except Rocco. He was one to go around the block.

"Michelle!" Stacy appears in front of me, smiling widely. "Are you still coming to tryouts?" I nod my head, and her smile grows wider.

"It's gonna be so much fun." She squeals, and Rocco smirks at her.

"How ya doin', Stac?" He smirks at her, and she rolls her eyes.

"Rocco, I don't have time for your games. I'm not interested." He chuckles, pulling her closer.

"I would say otherwise, baby doll." He squeezes her butt, and she gasps.

"You jerk!" She yells, stomping back to her desk. The boys burst out laughing, and Mr. Revley walks in, giving them all a glare.

"Mr. Devlin, I'll see you after school." Rocco rolls his eyes, and the teacher begins to teach the lesson. Most boring lesson I ever experienced, might I add.

One thing was for sure, the classes back then were no better than the ones I had in my decade.

"Come on, Michelle! You look fine! No one is at my house except for the girls." Pam and I were currently standing in my bedroom, debating over the night clothes I had chosen. I was content with my night gown, but she insisted I wear a pair of short shorts and a long button up shirt with the sleeves rolled up.

"You look curvy, Michelle. That's what a lot of the guys want. Especially a certain greaser I happen to be extremely close to." I roll my eyes, laughing.

"I haven't even met your brother yet, and you are already trying to hook me up with him." She bursts out laughing. I stare at her as I look at myself in the mirror once more.

"That's only because I know my brother. Once he sees you, he's gonna throw his bad ways away forever." I laugh quietly, and her and I walk out of my house.

"Mom, I'm sleeping over at the McCarthy's!" I shout, opening the door.

"Okay, have fun!" She yells back, and Pam and I walk over to her house. We walk through the front door to her room, and all I see is blue. Blue walls, blue comforters, blue everything. Even her carpet was blue. The girls were sitting around the room doing different things. Bonnie was watching a show on Pam's TV, and Beverly was painting her toe nails. Pam walked over and plopped down on her bed, pulling out a magazine.

"My parents are gone for the night, so you can do whatever you want." I sit down beside Beverly and grab the purple nail polish. I begin to paint my fingernails, as noise flows from the TV. Bonnie watched the show with a smile on her face. Pam was endulged in her magazine, and Bev hummed while she painted her toe nails. We were all doing our own thing when we heard a car pull into the driveway.

"Who is that?" Bonnie asks as Pam gets up, a smirk plastered on her lips.

"The boys. Who else would you expect?" Pam walks out of her room and returns with Danny by her side. They walk in and plop down on her bed, and Rocco and Rickie walk in. Rickie sits beside Bonnie and watches the TV with her, while Rocco hops down on the couch on the other side of Pamela's room.

"Bev, baby, come lay with me." Rocco whines, and Bev glares at him.

"How about no. I'm not your chick, Rocco Devlin." She states, shooting daggers into him, and he rolls his eyes as he stands up and picks her up, lying down on the couch with her in his arms.

"Ya love me and ya know it." He whispers in her ear, kissing her cheek, and she rolls her eyes, but her smile told the whole truth.

"I brought the good stuff." Danny yells, holding up a brown paper bag. Pam smiles at him, grabbing it from his hand.

"You ever had alcohol, Michelle?" Pam asks, and I shake my head. I mean, I had, but not in this lifetime. I was apparently really good in this generation.

"Take a sip." Pam holds it out to me, and I grab it, pressing the glass to my mouth and downing some of it. When I pull it away from my mouth, everyone stares at me in shock.

"I knew I liked you for a reason, Hawley." Pamela smirked, and I laughed. She rested her head on Danny's shoulder and took a sip of the beer.

"Where's my idiot brother?" She asks, and Danny shrugs his shoulders, taking the bottle from her hand and downing it.

"Ya know how he is. Probably out getting some free love." Pam rolls her eyes, and I have to think about what he means before I actually get it. "He should be back in the morning though."

"But now Michelle doesn't have someone to be with." Pam says, and Danny laughs.

"I will gladly take you, Michelle baby." Rocco says, smirking at me. Bev smacks his shoulder and glares at him.

"Shut the hell up or I'm getting up." She hisses, and Rocco smirks down at her.

"Jealous, are we?" He says, and Bev rolls her eyes, burying her head into his chest.

"Never. I don't want someone who fools around every breathing second of his life." Danny let's out a low whistle, and Rocco shoots her a glare. It was easy to tell he and Bev had a thing for each other. Even if he messed around, the way he looked at her was a way every girl dreamed of. He was in love with her.

I grabbed the brown paper bag and took another sip. Danny and Pam stared at me as I did, and when I sat it down, I looked at them with my hands on my hips.

"What?" I ask, glaring at them. Danny smiles at Pam.

"He will definitely like her."
