today you told me a short little story that made me unexplainably happy.
this is what you told me,
"earlier when you were standing at our locker i was watching you and you couldn't get it open so i started smiling at you and some girl came up to me and told me i looked like
the Cheshire Cat, so i just said uhh thank you? and then i came
over to you."
i watched you tell me the story.
occasionally you would glance at me and smile.
i'd smile back.
i don't think you see how big it is to me.
by simply being myself and standing there i made you smile.
and this is how it's always been,
the boy and girl who everyone has wanted together since they liked each other when they were 10.
i like to think i am not the only one with this question:
how do i love you?
