《Doki Doki Lesbian Club》Chapter 33 - Not him

Ever since the race with Monika and the track team the school week had gone by peacefully with not many problems for any of the girls. Monikas parents left early in the morning the day after they arrived, leaving Monika in a happy bliss.
Yuri had been constantly seeing Natsuki, the two of them closer then ever and keeping up on maintenance at their house, regardless of all the times Natsuki told her not to.
Sayori had slowly become a little more comfortable being around her parents. All of them knew they would be facing another club next week, but at this time the girls were spending their Sunday visiting good old Natsuki.
"No way! They tripped you up?!" Gasped Natsuki, obviously angry.
"Relax Natsuki, I still won the race." Said Monika with her arms up defensively, while wearing a simple white, v-neck, short sleeved shirt with a pair of black jeans.
"Yeah but that didn't stop you from getting your knees all cut and bruised!" Exclaimed Sayori almost whimpering at the memory. She wore a pair of blue jeans with her signature short sleeved pink shirt.
"Are you trying to justify their actions or something?! Let me at em! I'll break their knees for revenge!" Said Natsuki swinging her casted hand in the air fiercely. Yuri giggled and helled her casted hand, putting it down before Natsuki could hurt anyone.
"Careful Natsuki, we wouldn't want it getting any worse now would we?" Smiled Yuri kissing her girlfriend on the cheek, making Natsuki blush and nod with puffed up cheeks.
Natsuki was already blushing at Yuri's natural look, with her signature beige turtle neck and leggings that both hugged her god like body perfectly. If Monika and Sayori weren't there she would be drewlling over Yuri right now.
"I can see you two are doing well." Said Monika happily while clapping her hands.
"Well it's been a bit difficult, but it's working so far." Smiled Yuri intertwining her and Natsukis fingers from her free hand.
"So how much longer till your out of the hospital?" Asked Sayori. Natsuki sighed and leaned her head on Yuri's shoulder.
"Four more weeks." Said Natsuki sadly.
"Ugh! That sucks! I'm getting all itchy and fidgety from not being able to eat your cupcakes!" Exclaimed Sayori.
"Nice to see your priorities are straight." Said Natsuki with a smirk.
"AND the clubs just not right without you! Though it is nice to have MC around more often." Said Sayori smiling happily. Natsuki shook her head at that.
"I think you should just kick him out already, I don't like the guy. He's too hormonal and is nothing but a huge dick head towards me!" Almost shouted Natsuki having the urge to punch something just at the thought of that stupid idiots face.
"Hey, don't be like that Natsuki, it's just his sense of humour." Said Sayori.
"Yeah yeah, whatever. But I still don't like him." Stated Natsuki resting her case as she crossed her arms on a huff.
"On a more serious note, I think we need to discuss the future of our club guys." Said Monika seriously, getting everybody undivided attention.
"The person we're fighting against isn't really after the club room, I'm sure if we left and got another room, she'd come and do the same thing wherever we go and it got personal after she got you hospitalised Natsuki. Im next to a hunders percent sure she's bribed students to go after you, meaning I have un-wantingly put you all in danger...I'm sorry guys." Said Monika looking down on her lap where she helled her hands together. A silence fell in the room that no one knew how to stop, all except one.

"You didn't do this shit to me Monika. That bitch did!! So don't you dare EVER fucking blame yourself for this! It's not your fault she's a psycho and I'd rather die than let that wannabe bitch steal my safe haven." Firmly said Natsuki as she relaxed her shoulders and crossed her arms looking straight at Monika.
"I agree. I believe if we don't fight for ourselves now what will we do in the future against people like that?" Said Yuri now equally was determined.
"Can't we just go to the adults?" Asked Sayori sadly. Monika sighed unable to tell her and knowing this, Natsuki did it for her.
"Isn't it obvious? She paid them off too. Monika tried as soon as I got put in this bed and it didn't do shit." Said Natsuki, Sayori looked down with sadness.
"I think, it's because I'm the the first person to ever reject her, that she's become so obsessed. Maybe if I just dated her again, this would all go away..." Said Monika trailing off. Natsuki was about to say something when someone beat her too it.
"No! You can't do that! It would be nothing but unhealthy and wrong! Just plain wrong!" Shouted Sayori now standing up from her chair looking down at a shocked Monika. Sayori then covered her mouth and sat back down blushing, just as surprised as everyone else.
"S-Sorry, I don't know what came over me." Blushed Sayori completely and utterly embarrassed. Monika hugged her with a big smile on her face.
"Awwwwww! It's so sweet how much you care about me~" teased Monika with a smirk, only ending up in Sayori pushing her away and puffing her cheeks in embarrassment and frustration.
"Damn Sayori, you took the words right out of my mouth." Said Natsuki still shocked but had her a thumbs up. Yuri just lightly clapped and nodded in approval to Sayori's statement.
"Well then since we all agree on it, you are banned from dating her for all eternity Monika!" Said Sayori strictly. Monika giggled at that.
"Alright MUM." Smiled Monika faking attitude when she sarcastically rolled her eyes. They all ended up laughing together for a little bit in nothing but piece.
"So Natsuki, what do you plan on doing when you get out?" Asked Sayori. Natsuki blushed a little as she shrugged.
"Dunno, maybe just go out to eat anything but this hospital mush........
with Yuri..." Said Natsuki whispering the last part so low only her girlfriend who was right next to her could hear. Yuri began to blush before fiddling with her long purple hair.
"Oh, so your saying you'd like to go on a date with Yuri?" Smirked Monika causing Natsuki to choke on her own spit and Yuri to blush harder.
"I-I never said that! Y-You baka!" Shouted Natsuki clearly embarrassed, Monika and Sayori could only giggle at their reactions, trying their hardest to not burst out laughing.
"So where would you want to go?" Asked Sayori.
"Probably McDonald, I could really use an Oreo Mcflurry right about now." Said Natsuki with a sad smile knowing she would have to wait a long time.
"Well then next time you come to the club we will have buckets of ice-cream waiting for you!" Happily exclaimed Sayori. Natsuki giggled.
"I'll take you up on that offer." Smiled Natsuki, showing her sharp teeth.
"Ok! But Monika your going to have to pay because I have zero money!" Said Sayori, making Monika smile.
"Sure as long as you don't burn a hole in my wallet I'll be fine." Shrugged Monika knowing that would take millions of pounds to do.

"No don't be silly, I'm not here to burn a hole in your wallet, I'm here to steal the whole think. Every last penny." Joked Sayori with a menacing grin. Monika and the others only laughed at that. The girls spent hours talking and laughing with one another, talking, laughing, teasing and having an overall good time together, all as a club. Which they all missed. But as the day began to end they all had to go their separate ways.
||Monday after-school at the club||
All of the girls were at the club doing there own things relaxing. Monika at the desk getting ahead of work like always, Sayori was doodling all over the white board with her own pens she bought just for this occasion and Yuri was re-reading the book Natsuki gave her.
Yuri was still worried sick about Natsuki, but her girlfriend practically ordered her to spend some time in the clubroom, so in order to relax her thoughts about Natsuki she would read the book Natsuki gave her to think of nothing but happy thoughts about Natsuki. Yuri also sneaked some manga off of Natsukis shelves to read just in case. Yuri had even been reading some of the lesbian stories in secret, all of them very appealing. Just as the room became the pinacal of peacefulness, MC burst into the room panting, making everyone jump slightly.
"Sorry I'm late, I had a warm up thing I had to do." Huffed MC obviously out of breath. Monika rolled her eyes secretly, while Sayori practically teleported across the room in order to give MC a big hug.
"It's ok! Your made it at least! With plenty of time to spare!" Said Sayori with a big smile, a little sad he didn't hug her back, Monika couldn't help but glare at his stupid actions.
"Hey where's Natsuki?" Asked MC disappointed.
"Well last week she was hospitalised, she will be away for five more weeks, which you would know if you'd show up for the club every once in a while." Said Monika stapling a few pieces of paper together while giving him her best, but still fake, smile. MC nodded with an almost pouty expression. He looked around and his gloomy expression turned joyful when he saw Yuri sitting in her lonesome in the corner seat by the window.
"Hey Monika, isn't it time to share poems?" Asked MC with a mischievous smile. Monika knew he was up to something but she clapped her hands and smiled anyways.
"Why yes your right! Thank you for reminding me MC, everyone, get your poems ready to share!" Said Monika joyfully. Sayori took her one out or her pocket and smiled at MC who did the same expectidly.
"MC, do you wanna switch poems with me?" Asked Sayori tilting her head cutely to the side, with curious eyes and a small smile. Monika knew she would instantly give into something like that, but MC just shook his head no and shrugged.
"Nah, I'm going to go share my poems with Yuri. You go share with Monika or whatever." Said MC before swiftly walking towards Yuri, who had her poem out on the table, but had gone back to reading almost instantly.
Yuri heared someone move the chair next to her, so she turned her head to see MC sitting down in that seat with a closed eye smile.
"Hey Yuri, mind if I sit here?" Asked MC still smiling but with opened eyes.
"O-Of course you can MC. H-Have you come to s-switch poems?" Asked Yuri with a kind smile as she put her book down with her left hand and slid the poem to MC with her right one, because MC was sitting on her right.
"Yep, you guessed it! Here's mine, it's not very good, so please have mercy." Said MC with a small nervous laugh.
Yuri nodded in empathy, having had rather rough criteacs from Natsuki, before they got along. She began to read the poem seeing a few spelling mistakes and miss uses of semi colons, along with average vocabulary. But Yuri began to get uncomfortable when she could feel eyes burning into her and she looked up to see Sayori busy trying not to laugh as Monika showed her a funny video on her phone.
'Monika is so good for her, why won't Sayori see that?' thought Yuri before looking to her left out the window, seeing no one outside or in any windows nearby who could be staring, and thats when she saw it.
When she looked past her reflect she could see MC taking glances back and forth between her poem and her chest, Yuri began to get extremely uncomfortable.
MC kept on gawking at her to the point it made Yuri want to throw up, knowing this was probably the only reason he came here, she swallowed the huge ball of anxiety in her throat before turning around and faced MC with a smile. She could feel he was subtly panicking, debating whether he had been caught staring.
"Y-Your poem was good, a-all you need to do is f-fix the spellings and t-take out the semi colons, y-you u-unfortunately misused them." Said Yuri calmly even though she stuttered. MC nodded with a nervous and relieved smile as a drop of sweat rolled down the side of his head.
"Y-Yeah, will do! Thank you, your poem was really good, I liked the fancy words." Said MC as he handed Yuri back her poem.
The taller girl simply nodded before going back to reading, trying to ignore the awkward silence as MC didn't move or go away like what she had hoped. Instead he just cleared his throat, trying to get Yuri's attention.
"So, whatchya readn?" Asked MC. Yuri mentally sighed at his desperation.
"I-Its a sequel book to my favourite horror novel." Stuttered Yuri as she continued to read. MC nodded his head before smiling at his own idea.
"Can I read it with you? I never knew portrait or Marcove had a sequel, I'm kinda curious." Said MC, Yuri smiled and nodded, knowing if she did read it with him he could always say he was looking at the book and not her tits. She began to grow a little frustrated at his persistence and just slid him the book with a smile before standing up.
"G-Go ahead and read it, I-I've already read it m-many times. I-I'll go f-find s-something else to s-share my p-poem with." Smiled Yuri. She felt like doing some sort of victory dance when MC struggled to find any words to stop her from going, only to fail and twist his own tongue.
Yuri grabbed one of the manga books Natsuki left for her, but went to the rest room and stayed there until only five minutes of club time was left, not wanting to deal with people anymore. She would have gone to see Natsuki straight away, but had promised her girlfriend she'd stay longer after school for the club and Natsukis hospital room had a clock so if she came early Natsuki would knew she was lying.
"Yo! When is Yuri going to be back?" Said MC slouching over a desk clearly board.
"She usually leaves early, maybe she's already left to go see Natsuki but never told us?" Said Sayori scratching her chin.
"Speaking of which, club time is officially over. By the way, today I got confronted by the students in the art club and they wanted to have a drawing competition some time this weak." Said Monika putting a small pile of papers in her bag. Sayori's eyes widened as a smile played it's way onto her lips.
"Me! Oh my gosh me! Please, please, PLEASE Moni? I'm amazing at drawing! Let me be the one to beat them this time!" Exclaimed Sayori excitedly jumping up and down like a puppy. Monika couldn't help but smile at that.
"Of course you can Sayori, just be careful, people might try to interfere, like what they did to me and Natsuki." Said Monika a little more seriously. Sayori nodded confidently.
"Roger that! I'll be fine! I have you to protect me don't I?" Smiled Sayori with an almost cheeky grin. Monika froze at that for a second, before getting back into character, almost dropping all her things.
"Of course Sayori, I'll protect you." Smiled Monika. Sayori giggled before tackling Monika into a hug, which Monika gladly reciprocated.
"Hey! I'd be better protection then her!" Exclaimed MC, annoyed at the slight hint of intimacy between the two girls. Sayori turned her head around and blew raspberries at MC, not letting go of Monika.
"Sure you are, Mr I tired to save a cat from getting stuck in a tree, only to also get stuck in the same tree." Giggled Sayori as she hugged Monika a little tighter subconsciously, slightly drowning in the green eyed girls marvelous scent. Monika grew an ever so faint blush, happy that her crush finally chose her over MC and hugged the small strawberry scented girl tighter as well.
"Hey Sayori, would you like to come over my house today and play some mario cart after homework? My parents organised a taxi to come and pick me up today, so your free to come with if you want." Smiled Monika patting the smaller girl on the head.
"YES! A thousand times yes!" Squealed Sayori.
"Alright then, let's go. He's probably already waiting outside." Smiled Monika as she watched Sayori scurry away and scramble to get all of her things.
The two then made there way side by side through the school corridors, too the car park where a car was indeed waiting for them. And for once Sayori felt a little lighter then usual, unaware it was because she didn't feel the obligation to bring MC with her and do everything in her power to please him. No, today was for her and Monika, no one else.
MC on the other hand was nothing less but furious at the fact Sayori didn't choose him. She ALWAYS chose him and Sayori was his back up plan if he couldn't get with any other girl. So if Sayori was starting to get over him, she could no longer be his back up plan, which was a problem in his eyes.
