If Octavia and Loona never cheated on or left Elijah for someone else. Life with them would have been great, as Elijah would have shown them a lot in his experience through the places he's. The thing he could make, and the things he could do for and with them. As well as what he could do when it comes to his powers. He would also love and give them time when not working or doing something. While the girls would love, be loyal, and be there for Elijah while he would do the same.

Elijah would have purposed to and married them with a wonderful gothic wedding. With Octavia's and Elijah's parents being happy for them. While Loona's father would have been grumpy that Elijah was marrying her.

As a family of their own, they would have been a stable and strong one with a couple kids of their own. One with their own adventures as a family, it would have been great.
