"This is really beautiful, Aiden." Amayah commented as she scanned the inside of the cabin.
"You like it?"
She hummed, fingers tracing the wooden furniture. I cleared my throat when I caught sight of her still barely clothed body, the wet undergarments clinging onto her body so perfectly.
I looked elsewhere, tapping my foot against the floor and waited quietly as she kept on observing the place.
"Where can I change?" I was pulled out of my thoughts when she spoke.
"Oh, here," I gently pulled her hand in mine, guiding her towards the en suite bathroom. I handed her the extra towel placed inside the cabinet.
"Are you sure you're going to wear your top again?" I asked. The material got wet when she accidentally dropped it onto the lake, we managed to at least dry it out in the sun for an hour before sundown, although it is still damp. "You might get sick."
"It's only for an hour drive, I'll be fine." She said dismissively and was about to close the door when I held it open. "What?"
"Here." Her brow raised as she looked at the long sleeve shirt I'm handing. "Wear it."
"It's yours."
"I don't get sick easily." It was the truth, after getting a serious illness, I've managed to maintain and improve my immune system and resistance. "I don't want you to get sick."
"Are you sure?" I nodded. With a sigh, she accepted the material with a 'thank you' before closing the door.
Making sure I have some privacy myself, I removed my damp boxer shorts and pulled the jeans over my hips, not wanting to sit in the car with a wet bottom. Although my sports bra will have to do.
I sat on the bed and waited for Amayah to finish dressing as I've already did the cleaning up earlier, all we have to do is get something to eat for dinner and go home.
The sound of the bathroom door opening caught my attention, Amayah getting out wearing my shirt. For some reason, I felt a sudden sense of joy in seeing her in my clothes. I looked down at my lap, fighting off a smile.
"Does it look weird? Too big?" Amayah asked in a raised brow. Although the material is indeed big and too long for her, it still fits.

The end of it went down a little over the middle of her thighs, the cuffs way past her hands.
I quickly shook my head. "You look beautiful actually. My shirt looks better on you."
She rolled her eyes. "I think you mean your shirt makes me look like a midget."
I snorted, which earned a glare. "Sorry. But it does look good on you. Here, let me fix it."
I approached and took her hand, folding the ends of the cuffs around both of her forearms. Amayah leaned down, watching the way I folded it. Clearing my throat upon noticing our close proximity, I backed away a little.
"You should, uh... you should tuck it in." I pointed to the shirt and she obliged. "There, perfect."
"Thanks." Heat rose to my cheeks when soft lips landed on the side way too close to my lips, Amayah tiptoeing to reach my face.
"Y-You're welcome."
I stood dumbfounded as the older woman only gave me a smile and walked off. After a few seconds of being still and basking in the feel of her lips on my skin, I finally got out of trance and followed the enticing woman. She was already walking towards the car. Wordlessly, I opened the door for her.
"Thank you."
"Would you like some music?" I asked after starting the car engine.
"No, I actually have something to talk to you about."
That piqued my curiosity. "About?"
"Would you mind coming everyday for next week? I'm not entirely sure but I might be busy with the divorce, I just need someone to look after Aaron. I'll double the pay."
"About that, I also have something to say." She raised a brow, looking at me. "I will continue to come over for Aaron," I didn't use the word babysit, but I know she knew what I meant. "But I don't want to get paid anymore."
"What? Don't be ridiculous, Aiden. I'm not going to let you work for nothing."
I frowned. "It's not work though, I love spending time with him. Besides, I think it's weird that you still pay me even though I'm courting you now."
"How is it weird exactly?"
I shrugged. "I don't know, just don't pay me anymore."

"How will you earn money then?"
It's not that I need the money, considering that my parents send me allowance every week. Working is just my way of being independent financially and going my way through adulthood.
"I actually applied for a position at a coffee shop near the campus, I'll hear about them this week. I heard the pay is decent."
Amayah nodded in understanding. "If I remember correctly, the owner is a former student of our university. I've seen her around before."
"Are they nice?" She nodded. "So, is it settled then? You won't pay me anymore?"
"Fine." She crossed her arms under her chest. "How will I repay you though?"
A kiss, perhaps?
"No need, but if you insist, I do love your cooking." Is what I said instead.
"I can live with that."
A week had passed since my date with Amayah happened and we haven't been able to spend time with each other after that. The only times we get to see one another are at campus and during dinner. She's been busy handling her divorce with Sir Tristan, leaving Aaron unattended just like she said, hence why I've also been over in their place a lot.
"Do you think we should cook for mom again, Aide?" The kid asked, eyes still on the book he's studying. Papers laid out on the table, including some of the homeworks he's done.
"I'll do it, focus on what you're doing." He didn't protest, so after finishing my own activities from school, I made my way to the kitchen.
It didn't take long for me to finish cooking and cleaning up, along with feeding Aaron. I chose to wait for the dark haired woman for dinner.
An exhausted looking beauty entered the house, removing her heels carelessly on the floor. I immediately stood up and approached her, taking the bag from her shoulder and guiding her to sit on the couch. Amayah didn't protest, slumping down with a groan.
"Tired, mom?" Aaron asked worriedly, stopping the game.
The older woman nodded at the question. "Hi, baby."
"Aiden cooked." He informed the older woman. "Maybe food can help?"
Amayah chuckled. "I'm sure it will. Have you eaten?"
The boy pouted. "I did, mom, sorry. I got hungry."
"That's okay, baby."
"Aiden didn't though! She said she'll wait for you so you two can eat together."
Amayah raised her eyebrow, still looking at her son. I blushed at the sly smile on her lips. "Did she now?"
"Yup! You two go eat." Aaron said before bringing his attention back to the game.
"Do you want me to prepare now?" I asked.
"Give me a few minutes, my feet hurts." She groaned slightly, raising her feet up to the armrest. Closing her eyes, Amayah sighed as she unbuttoned the top of her blouse.
I contemplated for awhile before speaking, noticing how tired she is. "I can massage them for you."
Her eyes opened, looking at me. "You know how?"
I nodded enthusiastically. "Yes, my mama taught me how. Her feet used to hurt after work. She was a nurse. According to her, I'm good at massages. So, do you want me to?"
She pouted her lips, although I assume it's involuntary. "That's a tempting offer."
I couldn't help my smile. "Come on, it'll feel good. I'll do my very best."
Amayah groaned. "Finee, are you sure you're okay with it though?"
I nodded, chuckling a bit. "Of course, I'd be happy to."
I grabbed the oil from the cabinet and went to sit on a chair next to her. Although still reluctant, Amayah placed her feet on my lap. I started a gentle twisting motion to warm her up before doing the actual massages, from the underside of her feet, toes, heels, achilles tendon and the bottom of her feet. I couldn't help but let a smile form on my lips when a moan escaped her, eyes closed and letting out little sighs as well.
"How does it feel?" I asked, doing a circular movement.
She hummed. "That feels good."
It was a few more minutes before Amayah made me stop, and I could see that her body's already relaxed. Happy with myself, I waited as she fixed herself, the smile not leaving my face.
Amayah bit her lip, eyes regarding me with a hint of playfulness. "I may or may not want a back massage."
"My service is free."
"I'll keep that in mind."
