"*Kiss* Wake up. *Kiss* The kids and I have a surprise for you. *Kiss*" Opie's low voice pulled me from my slumber along with the feeling of his facial hair tickling me.

I groaned and wrapped my arms around his neck pulling him down with me I snuggled into him attempting grab hold of the last few wisps of sleep I could manage. Opie's rumbling laugh didn't help as he sat up pulling me with him.

"Come on Lyssa. You gotta get up." He laughed rubbing my back with a soft kiss to my face.

"I don't wanna." I grumbled sleepily.

"I brought bacon, toast and tea from the diner." He enticed.

"Mmm. Fine. But only for the bacon." I mumbled rubbing my hands over my face.

I pried my eyes open and flung the covers off of me before standing up. Opie had a shit eating grin on his face as I stood from the bed and stretched. I looked down and realized I was only wearing a sports bra with pyjama booty shorts.

I smiled and shook my head. "Oh you are gonna be all mine tonight baby." He got up and wrapped his arms around my waist leaning down to kiss down my neck softly.

"Mmm." I hummed softly as I opened my underwear drawer, I pulled out a nice blood red coloured bra and panty set. "Opie?"

He hummed in response. "What should I wear today?" I asked.

"Jeans for sure we are going on a bike ride later. So casual will suffice." He told me. "Now, I'm gonna go before I spoil our night and just take you right now." He said lowly nipping my earlobe.

He left my bedroom and I sighed happily. Him and the kids planned a surprise for me? I looked at the calendar and noticed it's October third. Which means it's my birthday. That must be the reason for the surprise.

I quickly dressed in a pair of dark wash skinny jeans and a black ribbed tank top. I threw my hair back into a loose french braid and made my way downstairs. I saw my dad, Opie, Des and the kids all plating up the food and I smiled stepping into the dining room.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY LYSSA!" Everyone yelled in sync.

I laughed lightly. "Thanks guys."

"How does it feel to be thirty seven?" Dad asked me laughing.

"Ugh. Don't remind me I'm old." I told him.

"Aye! Feck off brat." He told me before we both started laughing.

Opie shook his head watching us. He handed me a plate before sitting himself down with his own. I smiled at him in thanks and we all dove into the food.

"So Des, how's everything between you and Happy?" I asked her.

She blushed a deep red. "Great. He uh, he wants me to get his crow." She told me.

"That's awesome Des!" I smiled at her.

"Curiosity, that crow on your ribs, is that the one you got for him?" She asked pointing at Opie.

I nodded. "I got mine at seventeen after he asked dad." I told her.

"I think I shit my pants when he asked me if he could give it to her." Dad laughed.

"Why didn't you ever cover it when you left?" Ellie asked me.

Opie even perked up to hear my answer to that, it was a question I've been wondering when he'd ask me. Now everyone's eyes were on me, curiosity written across all their features. "Umm..." I hummed uncomfortable. "This is gonna sound really mushy but I guess it's cause I always knew I'd come back to Charming and I didn't want to forget what we shared. We had a lot of really great memories together aside from the painful ones. I guess I didn't want to let go of that part of my past." I told everyone.

I could see Opie smiling in satisfaction. Everyone else accepted my answer and nodded with happy smiles before going back to their food. Opie's eyes met mine and his grin widened, his eyes were shining happily.

We all finished breakfast and I hugged Dad and Des goodbye. Opie grabbed my truck keys before we headed out. We all climbed into my truck, Opie taking the drivers seat and we were off. "So where exactly are we going?" I asked curiously.

"You'll see." Kenny replied from the back seat with the same shit eating grin his father had.

I huffed and the three of them laughed as we continued to drive. We ended up at a tattoo parlor just outside of Lodi. "A tattoo shop?" I asked curiously intrigued.

"I remember you telling me about that tattoo you wanted so I had the kids research the best artist to do it. I already called and explained it all to him he had it all sketched out and ready for you." Opie explained.

I had no words I was shocked but so excited. When we got out of the truck I hugged the three of them tightly before Opie grasped my hand and we stepped into the shop. "You must be Opie and Alyssa!" A man greeted us.

"We are." I said quietly.

"Here's your sketch, if anything is off just let me know and I'll fix it, then we will get you back and ready. Where are you planning to put it?" He asked.

"On the side of my right thigh." I answered taking the book.

He nodded. "By the way, names Max." He smiled.

I looked at the sketch and gasped. It was perfect. Almost exactly as I pictured it in my head. "This is perfect." I whispered still staring at it.

It was a dreamcatcher. Inside of the larger webbing was a clock. The time on the old analog clock read 10:18. It was the time that Caylee was born. 10:18 PM. I handed the book back to Max and hugged Opie tightly again trying to hold back the tears.

"Is it okay?" He asked concerned.

"Ope it's perfect." I spun and hugged Ellie and Kenny both holding them to my chest. "This is the best birthday already. Thank you three so much. I love all of you." I gushed happily.

"We love you too Alyssa." Both kids said in unison and Opie smiled softly, his eyes glinting with love.

Max led us to the back where I got situated and ready. Prep was fast and simple. "Is this your first tat?" He asked me.

"No. I have a crow on the left side of my ribs and a couple of small pieces." I explained.

He nodded and Opie grabbed my hand. Max got started on my tattoo and I sighed in content. "You guys are the best you know that?" I told the three of them.

"We aren't done yet Lyssa." Opie smiled kissing me softly.

"I can't wait." I told them happily.
